What is “Free Speech”?

Is House Intel Chairman Mike Turner’s response we hear in this interview protected as “free speech?”

Question: What did the Founding Fathers of our Constitution have in mind when they adopted the First Amendment to our Constitution, the first among the ten amendments referred to as the Bill of Rights?

The video below of Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo’s interview with House Intel Committee Chair Mike Turner (R-OH) gives us a very clear example of how the narrative surrounding the UFOs/UAP reality has been controlled in such ways that the average American citizen looks away and goes back to their business. Turner’s deceptive response to Bartiromo’s question that clearly references UFO/UAP whistleblower David Grusch’s testimony, which Grusch has declared to Congress under oath, will serve to discredit Grusch’s allegations in the minds of many viewers. That is Turner’s mendacious intention. Watch the interview below and listen to what Turner has to say:

Rep. Mike Turner doing his part to maintain the UFO/UAP cover-up!

The First Amendment

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

What did the Founding Fathers have in mind when they included “freedom of speech” in the first amendment? Although the Supreme Court has defined what constitutes freedom of speech in certain contexts, it has never specifically addressed whether words addressed to the American public by a government official with an intention to deceive are protected under the First Amendment. We, The People would all agree that they shouldn’t be.

David Grusch vs. Rep. Mike Turner

We can now be certain we are dealing with a decades-long US government cover-up of the UFO/UAP reality. Does “freedom of speech” mean that all the lies that have been spoken to enforce the “UFO Truth Embargo” have been acceptable under the First Amendment?

TURNER: “You know, Maria, I always love it when somebody comes forward and testifies about things that they do not know anything about.”

Turner’s response to Bartiromo’s question is a string of deceptive statements (lies) from start to finish. They are defamatory statements intended to discredit David Grusch’s testimony. Remember, Grusch has testified that he has already briefed members of the Senate and House Intel committees, handing over to them documents, photographs, and summaries of his interviews with 40 individuals who are or have been directly involved in what Grusch refers to as “The Program” to capture and reverse-engineer craft and technologies stemming from a Non-Human Intelligence (NHI). There is no way that Mike Turner is not aware of all the facts.

If it’s not clear to you yet, it has become clear to me that Rep. Mike Turner knows about the UFO/NHI reality yet apparently remains a steadfast supporter of the UFO/UAP cover-up. In this interview he abuses his gravitas as Chair of the HOR Intel committee to discredit David Grusch and lie to the American people.

If you are a registered voter in Ohio’s 10th Congressional district, please note that your Representative, Mike Turner, is a liar who does not deserve your vote in the next election. I intend no deception behind this statement which, therefore, should be protected as free speech under the First Amendment. If Congress does truly represent the citizens of this country, further evidence supporting this assertion should soon be forthcoming with the passage of Senator Chuck Schumer’s amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2024 (S.2226) titled The Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Act of 2023 (S. Amt. 797).

Mr. Turner, you are on the wrong side of history! If they haven’t already, Ohio voters will soon realize this and remove you from the high office you are abusing.
