Cattle Mutilations

Montana case, Cascade Colony, July 2018. Photo obtained by a MT Dept. of Livestock inspector.

Another variation of the stereotypical facial excisions seen in a majority of cases of cattle mutilation. Note how the mandible has been stripped completely bare of any tissue. When discovered, this 650 pound calf was presented to the rancher as lying flat on its back, legs straight to the sky, positioned on a slope while propped against a rock to prevent it from rolling down slope. Both halves of the steer’s mandible were discovered to be devoid of any tissue, even far down into the foramen of the mandibular nerves, yet there were no scrape marks or burn marks evident on any surface of the mandible! The MT livestock inspector was at a loss to explain this finding. What remained of either half of the mandible was only pristine bone and teeth. Also relevant was the inspector’s surprise that both halves of the animal’s mandible could be easily removed (disarticulated) from the animal with minimal force, yet the animal had been dead for less than 24 hours.

What do we know about cattle mutilations?

What is known about cattle mutilations, at least in the private sector, has primarily come from the efforts of journalist Linda Moulton Howe (LMH) (https://www.earthfiles.com/), Chuck Zukowski (https://www.ufonut.com/), and Christopher O’Brien, author of Stalking the Herd: Unraveling the Cattle Mutilation Mystery. Montana sheriffs Pete Howard and Keith Wolverton of Montana, who personally investigated a number of cattle mutilations, have also contributed to this fund of knowledge. Of these, LMH has accomplished the lion’s share of research on cattle mutilations. A good synopsis of her findings is presented in this documentary titled A Strange Harvest:

A list of facts concerning cattle mutilations

  1. Cattlle mutilations (CMs) are not rare. The most recent I have heard about occurred on A Land of Grass ranch near Conrad, MT in June 2025. https://billingsgazette.com/news/state-regional/crime-courts/article_519428aa-729d-4f83-8d68-ec96131452a6.html
  2. CMs often occur in open pastures that are hundreds of acres in size.
  3. CMs involve previously healthy, large and small mammals (cattle, horses, bison, elk, deer, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, and even 1 marmot ). Regarding cattle, these animals are physically powerful and would be very difficult (for humans) to subdue without an act of violence or the use of pharmaceuticals. However, evidence of gunshot wounds, arrows, pharmaceutical darts, burns (lightning strike), neck abrasions (lasso), tire tracks, or signs of a struggle are entirely absent in genuine CMs.
  4. CMs present some combination of stereotypical, wide excisions of tissues involving the lateral face, ear, eye enucleation, tongue, floor of mouth, esophagus, udder, teats, penis, scrotum, and vaginal/peri-rectal tissues. A classical CM can be visually recognized a short distance from the animal victim.
  5. Wound margins appear surgical, as if made by a sharp instrument, and are sometimes cauterized.
  6. Wound margins can sometimes appear serrated. To my knowledge (as an anesthesiologist), there is no surgical instrument that creates a clean but serrated wound margin / incision.
  7. Occasionally, pelvic and long bone fractures are present, suggesting the animal has been dropped from a height. Anecdotal eyewitness accounts from ranchers who have seen their animal drawn up into a UFO have been reported by LMH.
  8. There exists one report from 11 forest service workers in Washington state who witnessed an elk being captured by a disc-shaped UFO and transported for some distance while suspended underneath the UFO.Eleven of the witnesses signed an affidavit attesting to the veracity of their story. (http://www.ufoevidence.org/Cases/CaseSubarticle.asp?ID=340).
  9. LMH reported on a mutilated cow that was found with its head stuffed so far down into a post hole it was difficult for the rancher to extract.
  10. LMH reported a fully grown cow whose heart was missing but the pericardial sack surrounding it was completely intact. This finding completely rules out humans as being responsible for this act. Humans or any other “natural predator” simply could not do this.
  11. Many mutilated cattle have been discovered with all of their internal organs missing as well as their entire blood volume (approx. 10 gallons in a full grown cow) evacuated, yet with no evidence of blood on the surrounding ground or snow.
  12. Due to the UFO cover-up and its manufactured social stigma, veterinarians who have undertaken proper forensic investigations of these cases have been limited to ascribing their cause to “natural predators”. It is certain that these cases are not due to natural predators. I have written to the AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) in an attempt to bring this to their attention, but to no avail.
  13. During a telephone conversation with previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), Luis Elizondo told me that investigators within the Pentagon have confirmed a connection between ETs and cattle mutilations. He went on to say that these investigators have some idea about the types of instruments being used to carry out these procedures. He would not go further than that.
  14. Despite intense investigations by law enforcement officials in multiple states, no human or group of humans has ever been found responsible for these crimes.
  15. This map provided by Linda Moulton Howe indicates that cattle mutilations have occurred in every U.S. state and almost every Canadian province.
This map provided by LMH indicates that cattle mutilations have been reported in every U.S. state and in almost every Canadian province.

It’s Aliens

Cattle mutilations are not rare. Ranchers throughout the U.S. have walked up to a shocking scene like the ones shown above many times over the past half century. The exact numbers are unknown, but it is widely agreed by investigators that these cases number in the hundreds and probably in the thousands. Due to the UFO / NHI (Non-Human Intelligence) cover-up and its manufactured social stigma, ranchers and veterinarians have been disallowed from saying “it’s aliens” without sounding absolutely crazy. But I will say it here;

It’s aliens who are doing this.

This drawing provided by Linda Moulton Howe was made by an eyewitness (among several) who watched a cow being levitated up into a UFO near Orlando, FL in summer, 1995.

When we consider all the evidence, there is no other reasonable explanation for these horrific events. The most meaningful questions we can ask about the nature of these events is, “Why are these crimes against innocent living animals being perpetrated and what can we do to prevent them?”

Adult Angus bull discovered dead and mutilated May 1, 2017, Montana. Scrotum and testicles absent, cleanly excised. Penis dissected free of surrounding tissue and dangling through scrotal wound.

Look at the photo above. That was not done by “natural predators”. The wound margins are too well defined, we do not see blood oozing from the wound, the internal penis has been expertly dissected away from surrounding fascia and appears to have been purposefully left dangling from the wound. There was no evidence of a bullet wound found anywhere, so how would a human have subdued this large, powerful animal out in an open pasture?

A Way Forward

  1. Newly discovered cattle mutilations must be forensically documented, recorded, and catalogued as a separate and distinct subclass of animal predation.
  2. Forensic documentation should include extensive photos, a description of the surrounding area (signs of struggle?, tire tracks?, open gates?, darts/needles?) and the condition of the animal (neck abrasions (lasso)?, burns (lightning strike)?, surgical cuts?, unusual positions of repose?, dropped from a height?, cauterized wound edges?, hide penetrations, stereotypical incisions or excisions?).
  3. Locations of each discovery must be recorded and compiled. The distance of the carcass from the nearest nuclear weapons site is a determination that must be addressed and documented.
  4. A blood sample from animals discovered dead for < 24 hours and that exhibit the stereotypical incisions and excisions should be obtained, frozen, and shipped on dry ice to an accredited lab for GCMS (gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy) blood analysis (looking for pharmaceuticals or poisons).
  5. States experiencing cattle mutilations should initiate a task force that will review each suspected case and render a ruling on remuneration for the rancher, the amount determined by current market prices.
  6. States experiencing cattle mutilations should work cooperatively to compare and contrast collected data with the goal of determining why these events keep happening and what measures might be undertaken, if possible, to prevent them.

A Cattle Mutilation Lab Report

There is one important piece of data to add to the CM puzzle – a lab report from the UC Davis Veterinary Medicine laboratory. This analysis was carried out on a blood sample acquired from a CM that occurred on the Cascade Hutterite Colony near Great Falls, MT. This blood sample was obtained by an official MT livestock inspector who immediately placed the blood sample on ice. The animal, a fully grown Angus cow , had been killed in an open pasture approximately 18 hours before the sample was obtained.

In short, that blood sample was analyzed with GCMS (gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy) and no drugs or poisons of any kind were detected in that blood sample. Additionally, bacterial cultures carried out on the blood showed no growth of any pathogens that would explain the animal’s death.

This data is significant because, as far as I am aware, it is the only comprehensive GCMS analysis of blood obtained from what was clearly a stereotypical and easily identifiable CM.

Question: How was this fully grown, 8 year old angus cow subdued in an open pasture with no evidence to suggest she was shot with a bullet, an arrow, or a pharmaceutical dart? Additionally, no evidence of burns due to lightning strike, no neck abrasions suggesting she was lassoed, no evidence she was attacked by a (usual suspect) predator, no signs of a struggle, and no tire marks nearby.

This lab report is clean. There is nothing to suggest that any pharmaceutical agent was used to subdue this very powerful animal in a large, open pasture.

Cattle Mutilations are absurd. What do I mean by that and why is that significant?

Absurd(def): Wildly unreasonable, illogical, or inappropriate.

Addressing the question of why these horrific acts of violence are being repeatedly carried out, those who have looked into these cases in detail have only been left to speculate about the reason(s) these cases have occured and continue to occur.

I use the word absurd to describe these repetitious mutilations being perpetrated on innocent animals. Why? Because absurd is the only word that adequately conveys the unreasonable, illogical, and inappropriate level of violence these repetitive attacks inflict on innocent animals. I am unable to imagine any logical reason to explain why these attacks keep happening – except for one possible reason that we should not be ignoring.

In my opinion, the only reasonable explanation for these attacks is they are intended to send a message (warning) to mankind from their ET perpetrators. That message could be, and I believe is, that these ETs are not only capable of, but also willing to engage in horrific acts of violence against innocent living beings if sufficiently provoked to such action. It’s the same message conveyed by the medieval scene of a ‘head on a pike’, a scene so emotionally disturbing and viscerally frightening that anyone looking upon it will internalize that message as one that must be taken as seriously as a heart attack.

What would provoke such a warning?

We can be grateful that human beings have not yet fallen victim to such attacks, at least not in the wholesale fashion that cattle and other large ungulates have. This is a status we should not take for granted.

There is, apparently, a red line that we humans must not cross as we interact with these ET species. If we cross that line, from what we have learned about cattle mutilations, there will be no effective defense against such mutilations being perpetrated on humans. We know that these attacks happen quickly and employ tools and techniques that we do not have and we do not understand. If all of this frightens you, it should. It does me. And I wonder if our U.S. military may be flirting with that red line.

What is the red line?

For decades a NHI has been “tampering with” (temporarily disabling) our nation’s nuclear weapons. These events have now been corroborated by several persons serving within our government and by several individuals who were there when these events happened. The message seems to be that the NHI involved in these events do not approve of our nuclear weapons. Do you?

We have also heard recent rumors from whistleblower Jake Barber of kinetic weapons being used by the U.S. military to bring down UFOs in attempts to gain possession of them and study how they function. This, despite claims by Harald Malmgren and others, that our government has received ‘donations’ of intact, functional craft like the ones that were recovered near Kingman, Az and Aztec, NM.

Because almost everything UFO is ‘classified’, private citizens and even our elected representatives in Congress know little to nothing about this overt aggression. However, if reports of such ‘donations’ are true, my advice to the U.S. military is do not look a gift horse in the mouth. Take what you have been given, be grateful for it, and run with it.

CMs will remain completely “unexplainable” while we remain under the shadow of the UFO cover-up. This cover-up and the secretive actions it is allowing our government to take against the ETs may be placing all of us in real and present danger.

As we emerge from under the shadow of the UFO cover-up, veterinarians will finally gain the social license to properly forensically investigate CMs from the perspective of an entirely different reality – one in which we are certain that “we are not alone“! That needs to happen soon and before all patience is lost by our visitors from the stars.
