A Globally Directed Announcement From Dr. Steven Greer. UFO Disclosure NOW!

UFO whistleblowers! It is time to gather your courage, step up, and reveal your truth to the world. We must have the hard UFO evidence that proves what we know to be true.

President Trump, the world needs to know that ETs exist, they are here, and we are not alone. You are the person who can make that happen. You have granted legal immunity to thousands of people. UFO whistleblowers merit that same legal immunity you have granted to many others. Please make it so.

Dr. Greer has now sent this “Unless Otherwise Directed” letter to President Trump and to numerous individuals serving in the Trump administration and in Congress.

We will see how President Trump and Congress will respond to this ultimatum. Can Dr. Greer bring forward the hard evidence of recovered UFO materials and/or alien “biologics” as he states he will do? What will happen on the UFO Disclosure front between now and September 1 may get interesting if the recipients of this letter take it seriously and respond appropriately, as they should.

  • UFO Disclosure: What Can We Expect from Trump?

UFO Disclosure: What Can We Expect from Trump?

ONE WOULD THINK that, with the unprecedented momentum that has been building toward UFO Disclosure, the truth that “we are not alone” will be spoken out loud by President Trump and the Joint Chiefs of Staff any day now.

Fueled by the USG’s own admission that UAP/UFOs are real (ODNI’s Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, June 25 2021), we have recently seemed to be hurtling, at speed, toward that momentous announcement. After seeing Dan Farah’s revelatory documentary The Age of Disclosure , and after seeing President Trump’s February Tweet calling for the release of “any and all” USG files related to UFOs, UAP, aliens, and/or extraterrestrial life, it seems that we might be justified in assuming that UFO Disclosure must be just around the corner.

Screenshot of a tweet from Donald J. Trump discussing the release of government files related to extraterrestrial life and unidentified aerial phenomena.

Before We Get Into This, What is Fascism?

Hear is an AI definition of fascism:

Fascism is a far-right authoritarian political ideology and movement characterized by a few core features that most historians and political scientists agree on, though precise definitions vary:

    • Ultranationalism: An intense belief in national or ethnic rebirth/renewal, often tied to myths of past greatness and decline.
    • Authoritarianism: Rejection of liberal democracy and pluralism in favor of centralized, often dictatorial, single-party rule.
    • Totalitarian aspirations: A drive to subordinate most aspects of society—culture, economy, education—to the state or movement’s ideology.
    • Militarism and glorification of violence: Viewing struggle, conflict, and military strength as purifying or necessary for national vitality.
    • Charismatic leadership: Concentration of power in a single leader presented as embodying the will of the nation.
    • Suppression of opposition: Hostility toward communism, liberalism, and independent institutions (free press, unions, opposition parties), often enforced through violence or intimidation.
    • Scapegoating: Frequently targets minority groups, immigrants, or perceived internal/external enemies as threats to national purity or unity.

A commonly cited scholarly shorthand comes from historian Robert Paxton, who described fascism as a form of mass political behavior marked by obsession with national decline, cults of unity and purity, and the redemptive value of violence, typically allied with traditional elites to suppress democratic freedoms and pursue expansion or purification through whatever means seem necessary.

What Might UFO Disclosure Look Like? Scenario # 1 – Democratic Disclosure

If we still have a democracy, real UFO Disclosure happens in the near future with President Trump and the Joint Chiefs of Staff standing together at a press conference podium. President Trump states the following points:

    • For some time the U.S. government (USG) has been aware that several species of extraterrestrial beings within our galaxy have discovered Earth. They have come here and they have been engaging with this planet, with our government and other world governments, with our military, and with our people for at least many decades.
    • The long-standing rumor surrounding a UFO crash and its recovery, along with its occupants near Roswell, NM in July 1947 is true. For better or for worse, our USG has lied about this since the day it happened. The claims that this event involved a Project Mogul balloon and crash-test dummies are false. Not only our citizens, but also the whole of Congress have been deliberately misled about the true nature of that event. However, the truth is that a flying disc of non-human origin, along with its occupants, were recovered by our military in July 1947. Neither this craft, nor its occupants, originated on Earth.
    • Scientists employed in our National Laboratories have been busy studying and attempting to replicate the performance characteristics of that craft, and dozens of other recovered ET craft, over decades. We have tried to put your tax dollars to good use and we have made some scientific progress through those efforts.
    • It is true that UFOs and their occupants, I will call them “ETs”, have tampered with and even temporarily disabled our ICBM nuclear weapons on numerous occasions. The most famous of these events occurred at Malmstrom AFB in March of 1967. Courageous whistleblowers like Capt. Robert Salas have previously told you about that event. Today, we confirm that the Malmstrom incident, and several other similar events have happened, and the ETs have continued to show interest in our nation’s nuclear assets through the present day. We will answer your questions about those incidents to the best of our knowledge.
    • The primary intention of this press conference is to begin a long overdue process of truth and reconciliation between this government, its citizens, Congress, and the press about this new reality and to begin a discussion about where we go from here.
    • Presently, the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is working to establish peaceful and transparent diplomatic relationships with those ET species who have or will respond to our invitations to communicate. We will update you on the progress of those efforts as more information becomes available.
    • We have established a White House website and published a fact sheet that will help to explain what we know and what we do not know about these various ET civilizations that are here and are engaging with this planet .
    • We invite your questions and will make every attempt to answer them, but I remind you that much of the technical information derived from the study of the recovered Roswell craft, and other recovered ET craft, must remain classified in the interest of our national security.
    • Lastly and most importantly, our best current assessment is that the presence of these ET species on and around Earth presents no risk of harm to our citizens that we have been able to determine. Citizens will be notified immediately should that assessment change in the future.

What Might UFO Disclosure Look Like? Scenario # 2 – Fascist Disclosure.

At some indeterminable time in our future a U.S. President and the Joint Chiefs of Staff stand together at a press conference podium. The President states the following points:

    • The All-domain Anomaly Resolution office (AARO), in concert with Dr. Avi Loeb, the scientists comprising the UAP Scientific Advisory Council, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) UAP Governance Board have informed me that we can now state with absolute certainty that some UAP do originate from a non-human, extraterrestrial source.
    • Through the study of their observed and recorded relativistic performance characteristics, scientists working in our National Laboratories have been able to partially determine their power source, how they defy gravity, and how they function with amazing efficiency in space, in air, and in our oceans.
    • Based upon years of these observations and data collections, our nation’s private corporate military contractors have been able to engineer and replicate many of those performance characteristics and incorporate them into advanced spacecraft of our own design.
    • We invite your questions but remind you that most information surrounding this topic must and will remain classified in the interest of our national security.
    • The intentions of these ET species here on our planet remains undetermined at this time. Although they have shown no overt hostility to date, our U.S. Space Force is equipped and stands ready to defend our nation and our planet should military action become necessary. We will keep you posted on any new developments.

How Are These UFO Disclosure Scenarios Different?

The differences between these two UFO Disclosure scenarios are not subtle. They are worlds apart and will take us down two completely different paths. Scenario #1 helps bring our nation and our world together. Scenario #2 will direct us further down the road to fascism. If you want to know whether the USA is still a democracy or we have transformed into a fascist authoritarian system of governance, pay attention as this process of UFO Disclosure continues to unfold.

In UFO Disclosure scenario #1 there is a USG confession followed by the opportunity for our nation to begin healing from this profound breach of trust by the Executive Branch over time. Congress is finally invited to take on its rightful and meaningful role in making decisions that will affect mankind’s relationship with these various ET species for years to come. The Constitutional foundation of our government begins to be repaired. Congress and our citizens become aware that government secrecy and Executive Branch overreach have been ramping out of control for decades. The Executive Branch has admitted this. The work of determining which Constitutional guardrails need to be reinforced to prevent such an abuse of power by the Executive Branch from ever happening again is undertaken by a Congress that has now become fully informed and aware. Our eyes are now wide open.

The result of scenario #2 leaves citizens and Congress only partially aware, disengaged, and results in our deeper decent into authoritative fascism. That appears to be where we are presently heading today. There is no question that Donald Trump leans toward fascism. Recent news from AARO and ODNI discussed below supports that conclusion.

Where Does the Truth Lie and Why Does it Matter?

We can presume that the awareness and curiosity of millions who have watched and will watch Steven Spielberg’s newest blockbuster film Disclosure Day constitutes a rising tide in our collective consciousness. Notably, Spielberg himself has publicly stated his informed opinion that what he presents to the public in Disclosure Day is more grounded in fact than in fiction. Listen to what Spielberg says toward the end of this interview.

Have You Visited https://war.gov/UFO? Billions of People From Around the World Already Have!

Let us also consider the U.S. Department of War’s recent, sequential releases (now three) of vetted military video footage of UAP/UFOs, along with numerous official USG documents like “The Twining Memo” shown below, through its purpose-built DoW website . This website was specifically created for the release of declassified USG UFO/UAP files to the public. Note that the URL reads “war.gov”, not “DoW.gov”. That seems significant, as if they are preparing us for a future of hostile military actions directed at aliens. Perhaps their feathers are still ruffled about those UFOs vs.nuclear weapons incidents? But has anyone considered proposing a worldwide ban of nuclear weapons? If that happened, would we be in a dangerous and expensive war with Iran? Would the ET species present here become willing to engage with us as peers rather than as threats? Would every world citizen breathe a sigh of relief?

The 23 September, 1947 “Twining Memo”

The September 1947 “Twining Memo” was leaked and has circulated within the public domain for many years. Throughout those years, no one from the ODNI or DoW would admit it is real. It has now been vetted as genuine and released to the public by the U.S. Dept. of War. Thanks for that. Finally.

A top-secret document dated September 23, 1947, discussing the U.S. Army Air Forces' opinion on unidentified flying objects, referred to as 'Flying Discs.' The letter outlines findings from an investigation into reported sightings and includes analysis by engineering and intelligence personnel.
Document with the title 'SECRET' discussing flying objects, detailing characteristics such as absence of trails, shape, formation flight reports, and associated sounds.
A confidential document marked 'SECRET', dated July 30, 1963, discussing the investigation of 'Flying Discs' by the AMC. It includes a directive for data interchange and mentions key personnel involved.

In 1947 the USAF knew the craft recovered at Roswell was not from the Russians or the Chinese. They already had the alien bodies (“biologics”) extracted from the Roswell craft and they knew they were non-human. Both a Roswell Army Air Field nurse and Lt. Walter Haut said they saw the nonhuman bodies, and Haut’s posthumous affidavit confirming this is considered a deathbed confession. What Haut described seeing was not, as the USG claimed, a Project Mogul weather balloon or crash test dummies.

Written 2 months after the Roswell UFO crash and its recovery, the text of Twining’s memo in pp. 2(h)(2) reads “The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash-recovered exhibits…” tells us:

    • A crashed object was recovered.
    • The debris recovered was not that of a Project Mogul balloon. Lt. General Twining and Major Jesse A. Marcel, Sr. would have recognized that immediately.
    • The planform of the Roswell craft was almost completely destroyed on impact. The debris remained, but the overall shape of the craft could not be accurately determined.

In his book Imminent: Inside the Pentagon’s Hunt for UFOs, UFO whistleblower and UAP Task Force insider Luis Elizondo makes it clear that Roswell happened and involved the recovery of a UFO of non-human origin. In his book The Day After Roswell, Col. Phillip Corso wrote that he saw the alien bodies recovered from the Roswell crash site.

At the time he wrote this now-famous memo, Nathan Twining, a Lt. General, had apparently not yet been fully informed about the recovered alien bodies.

I am also confident that Roswell involved the recovery of a UFO of non-human origin because I knew and worked with Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, M.D., an ENT surgeon, for nearly three decades. He was both a friend and a trusted medical colleague to me, and he was a first hand witness to the Roswell UFO crash debris. He handled and inspected the crash debris. Dr. Marcel was a man of unassailable integrity and I am certain that neither he nor his father would have lied to the world about what happened at Roswell in 1947. They both said Roswell happened. They both said the debris recovered at Roswell was of non-human origin. The USG has been lying about Roswell for decades and we find ourselves in an abusive relationship with our USG. Full stop.

The DoW and ODNI are Stonewalling the Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets

Many remain unaware of the existence of the Congressional UAP Caucus composed of several members of Congress. Representatives Tim Burchett, R-TN, Eric Burlison, R-MO, Anna Paulina Luna, R-FL, and Jared Moskowitz, D-FL have all been very outspoken about the need for UFO Disclosure. They say they are firmly dedicated to gaining UFO Disclosure and their recent statements support that claim. However, like many UFO whistleblowers, what they can say about what they have been briefed on about UFOs in Secret Compartmented Information Facilities (“SCIFs”) is constrained by their Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

NDAs are the root cause of excessive USG secrecy and they should be abolished. Short of that, the definition of “national security” needs to be revisited , more strictly defined, and codified in law.

Recall that on February 12, 2025 the House of Representatives’ Committee on Oversight and Accountability inaugurated its Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets . It has been chaired by UAP Caucus member Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL). Closely held information about UAP/UFOs is one of the specific targets for which this task force was created to ferret out and address. Members of the UAP Caucus spoke about the stonewalling they have encountered from the DoW and ODNI at a recent press conference (below).

Congress is struggling to find their footing in this struggle for power between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. We will further gravitate toward a full-on fascist government if Congress loses this fight.

The June 9, 2026 Press Conference

These members of the UAP Caucus were all present for the June 9, 2026 press conference held on the steps of the U.S. Capitol when we heard UFO whistleblower Col. David Grusch issue his newest and somewhat shocking statements. Listen below to what Col. Grusch and others had to say:

This press conference was organized and presented as a direct appeal to President Trump from Col. David Grusch, from members of the UAP Caucus in Congress, from several credible and courageous UFO whistleblowers, and from members of the Disclosure Foundation . They were all asking President Trump to mandate the declassification of all information related to UFOs, UAP, aliens, and recovered alien bodies that Col. Grusch has referred to as “biologics”. They were not asking for the declassification of any information that could infringe on our national security.

Journalist Lesile Kean put forward a strong argument that the existence of any deceased alien bodies that have been recovered and are being closely held for study by the USG should not be classified, and the withholding of this information from the world is, in fact, a crime against humanity.

They appealed to President Trump to nullify the NDAs previously signed by those who have had firsthand experience within the USG’s alleged “legacy programs” tasked with studying recovered alien craft and bodies. They asked President Trump to hold these and other first hand UFO whistleblowers harmless from any retribution that might come from the UFO secret keepers operating deep within the DoW, the DoE, the DHS, and DoNI.

President Trump, please issue a Presidential Directive granting blanket amnesty to all UFO whistleblowers. This must be done if transparent UFO Disclosure can continue to move forward.

If you listened to that press conference video above, when asked how many ET craft the USG has recovered, you heard Col. Grusch reply “dozens”. According to Grusch, the bodies of some of the extraterrestrial occupants of those dozens of craft have also been recovered and are being studied by scientists working within the black world of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs). Since Roswell happened in 1947, you and I have been paying for those UFO recovery operations; the specialized training required, the salaries of the qualified personnel involved, the unique equipment that might have been needed, and the salaries of those scientists involved in studying those recovered craft and alien “biologics”. We deserve to be told the whole truth and nothing but the truth about all of this, but will we? Are you tired of being a target of USG counterintelligence efforts to cover up the truth?

At the end of the press conference, an appeal was made to every citizen (you) to contact President Trump and your representatives in Congress and let them know that you want all of this information related to recovered alien craft, alien bodies, and alien technologies declassified and released into the public domain. If we want to get to the truth about all of this, then all of us need to participate and put forth some effort to help get all of this out into the open.

How Are These Alien Craft Being Brought Down?

We should all be asking how and why this has been happening. It is hard to believe that alien spacecraft simply fall out of the sky! How are these alien craft and bodies being brought down for their immediate recovery? Is the USG in a hot war with aliens that neither Congress nor We, the People, have ever been informed about? Is it possible, as some members of the Congressional UAP Caucus suspect, that billions or even trillions of U.S. taxpayer dollars have been and are being spent on “legacy programs” tasked with reverse-engineering recovered or captured alien hardware? Have there been clandestine reallocations of approved Congressional funding (e.g. money laundering) and is this why the Pentagon has never been able to pass a single financial audit? Is this where The Missing Money discovered by Dr. Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts has been going? How many people have been threatened or perhaps even murdered to keep all of this information away from the public? These are all legitimate questions that go to the very heart of our U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.

Col. Karl Nell on Why We Should Take These Claims Seriously.

Col. Karl Nell, a previous member of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force, has been a vocal proponent of UFO Disclosure. In this video we hear Col. Nell reiterate and expand upon the message he first brought to the SALT iConnections conference held in New York City on May 21, 2024. It was at that gathering that he was asked directly about his certain knowledge that UFOs and aliens are real. His now historical reply? “There is zero doubt”.

Matt Gaetz: A Human-Alien Hybridization Program?

Matt Gaetz held office as a member of Congress in the House of Representatives for 8 years. He served on the House Judiciary Committee. Here he makes bold statements about the existence of numerous, top-secret locations throughout the country where human-alien genetic hybridization programs exist. Although these claims by Mr. Gaetz approach almost anyone’s edge of believability, it seems just as unlikely that a man in a U.S. military uniform representing the U.S. military would walk into Gaetz’s Congressional office and make such a claim in front of Gaetz and his staff if there were not some grain of truth to it. Given that we have almost no idea about the nature of our USG’s relationship with the various ET species they have been interacting with, nor why, we should remain skeptical but open to all potential possibilities. If such programs that Gaetz is reporting do exist, there is no doubt that you and I are paying the salaries of those involved in these genetic hybridization programs. If this is true, would you be OK with that, knowing we are living in a country whose government appears to be increasingly calloused toward the needs of its citizens, many of whom are going without health care, food, or shelter? Which of these would you prioritize?

Despite all the momentum that appears to be inexorably pointing us toward some form of UFO Disclosure, I am disheartened to report that, after an announcement I heard today (6/15/2026) coming from Harvard University’s Dr. Avi Loeb, I am feeling increasingly doubtful that we are quickly heading toward full and transparent UFO Disclosure. The root of my suspicion is due, once again, to the notorious machinations of AARO (the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office) presently led by Dr. Jon T. Kosloski. I am suspicious that an evolving UFO Disclosure strategy that will look more like Scenario #2, a UFO Disclosure grounded in fascism, is presently in the works.

Has Dr. Avi Loeb Been Baited Into Project Blue Book 2.0?

Listen to yesterday’s 6/14/2026 announcement that came directly from Dr. Avi Loeb:

    Sounding the Alarm

Let us never forget that Dr. J. Allen Hynek worked as the scientific consultant for Projects Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book from 1947 -1969. He was present during the convening of the January, 1953 Robertson Panel . Within the UFO Disclosure community, the Robertson panel is widely regarded as the instigating force behind the deliberately constructed social stigma / taboo surrounding UFOs and aliens that we are still struggling with today. Here is one of the Robertson Panel’s primary recommendations:

“That the national security agencies take immediate steps to strip the Unidentified Flying Objects of the special status they have been given and the aura of mystery they have unfortunately acquired;”

For 22 years, Dr. Hynek went along with the program before he finally broke ranks with the UFO secret keepers and publicly stated that Project Blue Book was a public relations exercise that was masking a UFO cover-up. To set the record straight, Dr. Hynek wrote his own book titled The UFO Experience. Over those 22 years, either Hynek was never given the full details about what happened at Roswell, or he was working under the constraints of an NDA that forever restricted him from any mention of the facts about Roswell. In the end, what he did tell us is that UFOs are definitely worthy of our attention. Hynek did not discount the possibility that some UFOs may be of non-human origin. In fact, he considered the “Extraterrestrial Hypothesis” to be the most likely explanation for some of the UFO cases he investigated under Project Blue Book.

Cover of 'The UFO Experience' by J. Allen Hynek, featuring the title prominently in bold letters, with a colorful subtitle about evidence and research on UFOs.

    The UAP Science Advisory Council

So, is this new “UAP Science Advisory Council” (UAPSAC) announced by Dr. Loeb while being assembled by AARO and the White House the real deal? Or, is this a new public relations campaign designed to kick the UFO can further down the road in the same fashion as did Project Blue Book? Congress, the American people, and Dr. Loeb need to pay close attention to this because an individual named Michael Shermer has been announced as a member of the UAPSAC. If you are aware of Michael Shermer’s history in the context of UFOs, then you know that is probably not good news.

For several years and through today, the mantra of AARO has been “UAP are real, they may be a threat to national security, but we don’t know what they are.” This posture implies one of two things. Either the Roswell craft and its recovered “biologics” have been stuffed so far down the stovepipe of a Lockheed Martin “Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Program” that they have been made inaccessible even to AARO, or Dr. Kosloski and AARO are lying to our faces.

But if Kosloski and AARO are not lying, then why on Earth would AARO/ODNI invite UFO skeptic Michael Shermer, of all people, to be a standing member of the UAPSAC?

We do not know whether Kosloski/AARO are lying or not. However, with so many testimonies coming from serious and credible people who are telling us that recovered UFO/UAP reverse engineering programs do exist, it seems that AARO should grant them the credit they merit and begin “kicking in doors” rather than kicking the can. Afterall, many of those testimonies have been freely given under oath before Congress under penalty of perjury. Because I credit those testimonies and because I am certain that Roswell happened, I can see no reason why President Trump would not take the actions requested of him by Col. Grusch and the others at the June 9 press conference. If President Trump truly wants, as he once promised, to “drain the swamp”, then he must order the declassification of all files related to UFOs, UAP, extraterrestrials, recovered alien craft, etc. that do not breach our national security. Additionally, President Trump must grant UFO whistleblowers the protective legal immunity (amnesty) they demand and deserve that will allow unfettered UFO Disclosure to move forward.

If those who have withheld from AARO the probative information about what happened at Roswell, NM, or Kingman, AZ, or Kecksburg, PA , or the alien craft Jake Barber claims he recovered for a private aerospace corporation will dare to maintain their secrecy and continue to withhold that information after it has been made explicitly illegal to do so , then they will eventually get what is coming to them. And I will applaud as their prison door slams shut.

“Shermerizing” the UAP Science Advisory Council.

As I mentioned, Dr. Michael Shermer has been appointed as a member of the UAP Science Advisory Council (UAPSAC). Shermer has a BA in psychology and a PhD in the history of science. Not in biology. Not in astrophysics. Not in astronautics. Not in biochemistry. This is alarming.

Over the years, what Shermer has been really adept at is convincing the public, for decades, that UFO-related eyewitness testimony is worthless. That UFOs and ETs are topics that are not worthy of your serious consideration. That there’s really nothing to see here and only stupid or gullible people think there might be.

Those are the typical attitudes we have seen in the past repeatedly expressed by Michael Shermer. If his performance remains true to form, Michael Shermer will act as a “hired gun” on the UAPSAC. His role will be to argue, disrupt, obfuscate, naysay, and belittle any first hand UFO whistleblowers who can muster their integrity and find their courage to step forward and tell the world their truth. However, without the requested legal immunity for UFO whistleblowers granted by President Trump, or with another (4th) failure of the UAP Disclosure Act to pass by Congress this year, we are not going to hear from those would-be whistleblowers anyway. They will choose to remain in the shadows.

That Michael Shermer’s appointment to the UAPSAC apparently came at the request of Dr. Kosloski and AARO should raise the suspicions of everyone involved, but especially those of Dr. Avi Loeb and other members of the UAP Science Advisory Council.

    On the Other Hand

Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson has been another outspoken critic of UFO eyewitness testimonies for many years. He has challenged (more like belittled) those claiming contact with ETs to “steal an alien ash tray” and then show the world that physical evidence. But recently Dr. Tyson’s public statements about UFOs have softened. As the status and credibility of UFO eyewitnesses has risen, Tyson has admitted there is more to this story than he originally thought. UFO whistleblower testimonies from a US Navy Commander (David Fravor), a US Navy Rear Admiral (Tim Gallaudet, previous Director of NOAA), F-18 fighter pilots (Ryan Graves, Alex Dietrich), a USS Princeton Radar Chief (Kevin Day), a senior intelligence officer (Col. David Grusch), and previous members of the UAP Task Force (Col. Karl Nell, Luis Elizondo) offer testimonies that, today, are impossible to dismiss. Dr. James Lacatski, previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Special Applications Program (AAWSAP) has plainly written that the USG has a UFO of non-human origin in its possession and has gained access to its interior. (See Lacatski’s book Inside the US Government Covert UFO Program: New Insights).

Perhaps Michael Shermer has also taken note of this new generation of UFO whistleblowers. Will this modify his stance on the value of eyewitness testimony in the absence of physical evidence. We will see.

Will They Erase the Sins of the Past?

Official statement from the Director of National Intelligence regarding the establishment of the UAP Governance Board, outlining its mission and coordination efforts with military and civilian agencies.

I can read it, but I cannot tell you what it is saying. But it appears that AARO’s and the DoW’s strategy in creating the UAPSAC and this new ODNI / FBI / DoW UAP Board of Governance may be to erase the sins of the past and begin a new scientific study of UAP/UFOs that is solely focused on national security, starting from square one.

We have reached a fork in the road to UFO Disclosure. Erasing the sins of the past leads us to UFO Disclosure scenario #2 supporting a solidly fascist government. The waste, fraud, and unconstitutional abuse of Executive power over many decades must not be swept under the rug. If Congress (we) allow that to happen, it will be to the detriment of every citizen and everything this country has ever stood for.

    New Paradigm Institute

I am a donating member of New Paradigm Institute (NPI) and a co-lead for NPI’s Citizens for Disclosure campaign in its Mountain West region. Our mission is to gain full USG transparency about UAP/UFOs and the non-human intelligence behind them. We are lobbying every member of Congress, asking them to support full and transparent UFO Disclosure. We will only be satisfied with a democratic UFO Disclosure as described in Scenario #1, and we intend to keep working at this until we make it so. Please join us in this effort.

  • Energy: the Nexus Between UFOs and the New Environmentalism

Energy: the Nexus Between UFOs and the New Environmentalism

How do environmentalists win the battle with the fossil fuels industry? We make them irrelevant.

A New Front in the Fight for Our Planet:

Why Environmental Organizations Should Pursue UAP Disclosure

Submitted to the Montana Environmental Information Center

    By Richard O’Connor, M.D.

For decades, organizations like the Montana Environmental Information Center (MEIC) have waged courageous legal and legislative battles against the coal and petroleum industries. MEIC’s attorneys have walked into courtrooms in Helena and Washington, D.C., armed with scientific data, public trust doctrine arguments, and an abiding love for Montana’s rivers, skies, and communities. Those battles have mattered enormously, and the people who fought them deserve every ounce of credit we can give them.

But I want to ask a harder question — one that I believe every serious environmentalist needs to sit with: What if we are now spending our finite time, money, and political energy fighting the wrong war?

What if, while we are in court battling over the margins of coal ash regulations and natural gas pipeline permits, the key to ending the fossil fuel era entirely is locked away in a classified government vault — and has been for decades?

I am not speaking in metaphor. I am speaking about Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (aka UFOs), and about the extraordinary physics that a team of credentialed scientists has now published in a peer-reviewed journal. The numbers they have produced should stop every environmentalist cold.

    The Day the Physics Changed

On November 14, 2004, the USS Princeton — a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser equipped with one of the most sophisticated radar systems in the world, the SPY-1B — was conducting routine training exercises off the coast of Southern California with Carrier Strike Group Eleven, which included the nuclear aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. Over the preceding two weeks, Princeton’s radar operators had been tracking objects behaving in ways that defied any known explanation: objects appearing at altitudes of 80,000 feet or higher, then dropping to near sea level in seconds, with no sonic booms, no heat signatures, and no exhaust.

On that November morning, the objects returned. The Princeton’s radar tracked one of them drop from 28,000 feet to sea level — approximately five miles of altitude — in 0.78 seconds. That’s an average velocity of 24,475 mph. The ship’s captain ordered an intercept. Commander David Fravor and Lieutenant Commander Alex Dietrich of the U.S. Navy, both experienced combat aviators, were dispatched in F/A-18F Super Hornets. What they found hovering above a churning disturbance on the ocean surface was a smooth, white, wingless, cylindrical object roughly 40 feet long — approximately the size of an F/A-18 itself — with no visible flight control surfaces, no exhaust ports, no wings, and no discernible means of propulsion. The object accelerated away at a speed that Commander Fravor, with decades of military aviation experience, described as unlike anything he had ever seen.

A second pilot, Lieutenant Chad Underwood, captured a similar encounter on his aircraft’s Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) pod — footage that the U.S. Department of Defense officially declassified and authenticated in 2020. That video, which shows the object moving against the wind with no heat trail and no propulsion signature before abruptly departing the frame, is now part of the public record.

The incident would likely have remained a classified curiosity except for what came next: a group of credentialed scientists decided to do what scientists do. They ran the numbers.

The Physics No One Is Talking About

In 2019, Dr. Kevin H. Knuth, a professor of physics at the University at Albany (State University of New York) and former NASA research scientist, together with Robert M. Powell and Peter A. Reali of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies, published a paper titled “Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles” in the peer-reviewed journal Entropy (Vol. 21, No. 10, 939). The paper is open access and freely available through the U.S. National Library of Medicine’s PubMed Central database.

Dr. Knuth and his colleagues did not speculate. They used established physics, conservative assumptions, and standard kinematic equations to calculate what the observed maneuvers of these objects would require in terms of acceleration and energy. The results are staggering.

The Tic Tac object tracked by the USS Princeton’s radar during its 0.78-second descent from 28,000 feet was calculated to have undergone an acceleration of approximately 5,880 times the force of Earth’s gravity — written as 5,880 g. For perspective, the human body begins to lose consciousness at approximately 5 g. The airframe of an advanced military fighter jet is stressed to withstand perhaps 9 g briefly. A conventional aircraft or missile subjected to 5,880 g would be reduced to fragments in an instant. The Tic Tac exhibited no such structural failure. It left no sonic boom. It left no heat signature commensurate with the energy its movement implied. It simply moved.

The authors of the paper went further. They estimated the peak power output required to execute maneuvers of this nature. Their calculations, accounting for a craft of the observed size, produced an estimated power output of approximately 1,100 billion watts for specific maneuvers — with other maneuver sequences requiring estimates that reach into the tens of thousands of billions of watts.

To grasp what that number means, consider this: a single household incandescent light bulb consumes 60 watts. A typical American home uses roughly 1,200 watts on average. The entire nuclear power generating capacity of the United States — every nuclear plant operating in this country — produces approximately 100 billion watts of electricity in total. But the comparison that should truly stop you cold is this: according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the total electricity-generating capacity of the United States from every source combined — every natural gas plant, every coal plant, every nuclear reactor, every wind turbine, every solar panel, every hydroelectric dam — amounts to approximately 1,190 billion watts. The power estimated for a single maneuver of a single craft the size of a fighter jet is nearly equal to the entire generating capacity of the United States of America. All of it. At once.

The paper’s conclusions are characteristically restrained in the way that good science demands. The authors write that the extreme estimated flight characteristics reveal that these observations are either fabricated or seriously in error, or that these craft exhibit technology far more advanced than any known craft on Earth. Given the weight of the witness testimony — which we will examine next — the authors favor the latter conclusion.

    The Witnesses Are Not Cranks

Environmental advocates are accustomed to dealing with the credibility wars that industry wages against scientific witnesses. We know what it looks like when fossil fuel companies try to discredit researchers, and we know how important witness credibility is to every argument we make in court and in the legislature.

By any standard we would apply to testimony in an environmental proceeding, the witnesses to the 2004 Nimitz encounters are exceptionally credible.

Commander David Fravor retired from the U.S. Navy after 18 years of service, including combat deployments. He has spoken publicly and repeatedly about what he witnessed on November 14, 2004, describing an object that appeared to react to his aircraft, mirroring his movements before departing at a speed he described as instantaneous compared to anything in his experience. Lieutenant Commander Alex Dietrich, his wingman that day, has provided independent corroborating testimony. Lieutenant Chad Underwood, who captured the FLIR video, has spoken in detail about the object’s failure to produce any heat signature in the infrared spectrum consistent with any known form of propulsion.

The radar operators aboard the USS Princeton had been tracking anomalous objects for approximately two weeks before the November 14 intercept. Senior Chief Operations Specialist Kevin Day, who has spoken publicly about his experience, tracked the objects on the Princeton’s SPY-1B radar over that extended period, watching them behave in ways that he could not reconcile with any known aircraft. The SPY-1B is not a consumer product. It is one of the most sophisticated phased-array radar systems in the U.S. military arsenal, designed specifically to discriminate real targets from noise and electronic countermeasures.

The encounter was cross-corroborated by multiple sensor platforms simultaneously: the Princeton’s surface radar, the airborne radar of an E-2C Hawkeye early warning aircraft, the F/A-18s’ onboard radar, and the ATFLIR infrared imaging system. Dr. Knuth and his colleagues note explicitly in their paper that they selected cases for analysis specifically because they involved multiple professional witnesses observing the UAV in multiple modalities — sight, radar, and infrared imaging simultaneously — making fabrication or simple misperception extraordinarily unlikely.

In December 2017, the New York Times broke the story of a classified Defense Department program called the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which had been studying UAP encounters in secret. This was followed in 2020 by the Pentagon’s official authentication of three UAP videos, including the Nimitz FLIR footage. In 2022, Congress established the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) specifically to investigate UAP incidents. In 2023 and 2024, multiple members of Congress held public hearings at which former military and intelligence officials testified under oath about the existence of UAP programs and, in the case of former intelligence official David Grusch, about alleged government possession of non-human craft, alien bodies (“biologics”), and materials.

We are not talking about fringe claims. We are talking about a subject that has moved into the domain of serious congressional oversight, peer-reviewed scientific literature, and authenticated Department of Defense documentation.

What This Means for the Planet

Now let us return to the question that ought to matter most to every person who reads this magazine.

The climate crisis is, at its foundation, an energy crisis. Everything we burn — coal, natural gas, oil — we burn because we need energy. We need energy to heat our homes, power our factories, run our transportation systems, and sustain our food supply. The fossil fuel industry does not survive because people love carbon emissions. It survives because it has, for over a century, offered the most energy-dense, transportable, and economically accessible fuel source humanity has possessed.

Everything MEIC does — every lawsuit, every legislative intervention, every public comment against a new mine or pipeline — is, at its core, an attempt to make fossil fuels more expensive and more difficult to develop, in the hope that we can hold back the tide long enough for alternatives to become economically viable. It is important work. It is necessary work.

But it is also, increasingly, a rearguard action. The fossil fuel industry has resources that dwarf those of every environmental organization in Montana combined. Every courtroom victory we achieve is met by industry with an appeal, a regulatory workaround, or a lobbying campaign in the next legislative session. We win battles. The planet keeps warming.

Now consider the possibility — seriously, soberly, as the scientists are beginning to do — that there are craft flying through our skies that are generating power on the order of 1,100 billion watts from a propulsion system that leaves no exhaust, no heat dump, and no sonic boom. Whatever is powering those objects, it is clearly not combustion. It is not nuclear fission in any configuration we understand. It is, based on the physics, something categorically beyond our current technological vocabulary.

If that technology could be (or currently is) understood — even partially — it would represent the most significant scientific and engineering development in the history of our species. A propulsion and energy system that can produce thousands of billions of watts from an object the size of a small aircraft, with zero detectable emissions, would make every coal plant, every gas well, every oil pipeline as obsolete as the horse and buggy. Not marginally cleaner. Not incrementally more efficient. Obsolete.

The fossil fuel industry would not survive contact with such technology. MEIC would not need to fight any more pipeline battles. Montana’s rivers and skies would not need defending from extraction industries that would simply have no customers.

The Argument for a Strategic Pivot

I am not suggesting that MEIC shut down its legal operations tomorrow. I am suggesting that the organization, and the broader environmental movement, needs to begin treating UAP disclosure as an environmental issue — because it is, potentially, the most consequential environmental issue of our time.

What would that look like in practice?

It would mean demanding, in MEIC’s public communications and legislative advocacy, that the U.S. government fully disclose what it knows about UAP propulsion systems. It would mean joining the growing chorus of voices — including members of Congress from both parties — calling for the release of classified materials related to UAP technology. It would mean funding or supporting scientific research, like the work of Dr. Knuth and his colleagues, that takes this subject seriously as a matter of physics rather than folklore.

It would mean recognizing that the peer-reviewed science already exists. Dr. Knuth’s paper is not a speculative document. It is a careful application of Newtonian mechanics to observed data, published in a legitimate scientific journal, indexed in the National Library of Medicine, and freely available for anyone to read. The paper concludes that these craft exhibit technology far more advanced than anything on Earth, and it invites the scientific community to take that conclusion seriously.

It would mean having the intellectual courage to say, publicly, what the physics implies: that somewhere — whether in classified government archives, in the hands of private defense contractors, or in the materials that witnesses like David Grusch have described under oath — there may exist evidence of energy and propulsion technology that could, if disclosed and made available to scientists, end the fossil fuel era within a generation.

Environmental organizations are not strangers to courage. MEIC has taken on coal companies, oil pipelines, and hostile state legislatures with limited resources and enormous tenacity. That same tenacity, directed at the question of what our government knows about non-human technology and energy systems, could open a door that no amount of courtroom litigation has ever been able to open.

    A Word About Credibility

I anticipate the objection. It goes like this: If MEIC starts talking about UFOs, we will lose credibility with the policymakers, judges, and journalists we need to take us seriously on climate and environmental issues.

This objection deserves a direct answer.

Fifteen years ago, the suggestion that UAP should be taken seriously as a scientific subject would have been professionally risky for any credentialed researcher. Today, a professor of physics at a State University of New York campus has published peer-reviewed work on the subject. The House Committee on Oversight has held multiple hearings. The Pentagon has authenticated video footage. Former senior intelligence officials have testified under oath. The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics has begun issuing statements acknowledging the scientific significance of the data.

The credibility risk has changed. What would have seemed eccentric in 2005 is, in 2026, a matter of active congressional investigation and published scientific literature. The question is no longer whether UAP are real. The Pentagon has told us they are real. The question is what they are and — critically — what they can teach us.

An environmental organization that says, clearly and soberly, “We believe that the peer-reviewed scientific evidence regarding UAP flight characteristics demands that our government disclose what it knows about these propulsion systems, because that knowledge may be the key to ending the fossil fuel era” is not making a fringe argument. It is making a logical argument, grounded in published physics, from a position of principled advocacy for the planet.

That is exactly what MEIC has always done.

Montana Is Already in the Crosshairs — And the Government Knows It

There is one more dimension of this story that belongs in any honest conversation about Montana’s environment, and it is perhaps the most sobering of all.

Malmstrom Air Force Base, located just outside Great Falls, is home to the 341st Missile Wing, which operates and maintains approximately 150 Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles dispersed in silos across a vast swath of the Montana plains — in Cascade, Fergus, Judith Basin, Meagher, Wheatland, Golden Valley, and Musselshell counties, among others. These weapons, each carrying a nuclear warhead of enormous destructive power, make Montana one of the most strategically significant — and strategically targeted — pieces of real estate on the planet. If the United States and Russia or China were ever to exchange nuclear strikes, Montana would not be a bystander. It would be among the first places on Earth to be hit, and hit repeatedly.

Every river MEIC has defended, every wilderness it has protected, every community it has helped shield from toxic contamination — all of it exists within the blast and fallout radius of what would happen to this state in a nuclear exchange. Environmental law, however well crafted, offers no protection against a 300-kiloton warhead. This is the ultimate threat to Montana’s environment, and it is one that almost no environmental organization in the country is talking about in connection with UAP.

They should be. Because UAP have a documented history of showing up at Malmstrom — and they have not been friendly to the missiles.

In March 1967, then-Lieutenant Robert Salas was on duty as a deputy missile combat crew commander, stationed 60 feet underground in a launch control facility at Malmstrom AFB. In the early morning hours, his flight security controller called from the surface, reporting strange lights in the sky making maneuvers no known aircraft could perform — stopping on a dime, reversing course, moving in total silence. Salas told him to keep watch. Minutes later, the controller called again, his voice frantic: a large, glowing, pulsating red oval-shaped object, roughly 30 to 40 feet in diameter, was hovering directly over the facility’s front gate. Guards had drawn their weapons. Salas woke his commanding officer. And then, one by one, alarms began flashing on the launch control console. All ten of the nuclear-armed Minuteman ICBMs under the facility’s control went to a “no-go” status — unable to launch.

Eight days earlier, on March 16, an almost identical event had occurred at another Malmstrom launch control facility — Echo Flight — where ten more missiles had simultaneously gone offline while security personnel reported a UAP hovering directly above one of the launch sites. In total, at least twenty nuclear-armed missiles under Malmstrom’s control were disabled during a roughly two-week period in March 1967, coinciding directly with documented UAP sightings at the facilities.

The Air Force investigated. The Boeing company, which manufactured the Minuteman systems, was brought in to determine what had caused the shutdowns. Their conclusion, according to subsequent accounts, was that the guidance and control systems (“logic couplers”) had been disrupted by an external electromagnetic signal — one that had penetrated deep underground through jamming systems designed to prevent exactly that kind of intrusion. No official report was published , nor was any conventional explanation ever publicly confirmed. Salas and other personnel were ordered by Air Force investigators to sign non-disclosure agreements and never speak of the incidents. Salas honored that silence for nearly thirty years, finally breaking it in 1996 after discovering a published reference to the incidents in a UFO research book. He has since testified publicly before Congress, signed sworn affidavits, and written three books on the subject.

Salas is not alone. Captain David Schindele was a Minuteman ICBM launch crew commander and deputy commander stationed at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota in September 1966 — just months before the Malmstrom incidents. On his very first duty shift at a launch control facility near Mohall, he was met by security personnel who described an object, estimated to be 80 to 100 feet wide, with bright flashing lights, that had hovered just outside the perimeter fence during the night. Every one of the ten nuclear missiles at that facility had been taken offline while the object was present. Schindele and everyone who witnessed the event were told, in no uncertain terms, that it had never happened — that they were never to speak of it. He carried that secret for nearly forty years. He has since written a book titled It Never Happened, Volume 1: U.S. Air Force UFO Cover-up Revealed and has testified at public forums including the Citizens Hearing on UFO Disclosure held at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

Former nuclear missile targeting officer Captain Robert Jamison, also stationed at Malmstrom in that period, independently corroborated the pattern. He was dispatched on one occasion to re-target missiles at the Oscar Flight launch facility that had inexplicably gone offline, only to learn upon arrival that the county sheriff had reported a UFO in the area at the same time the missiles failed. Jamison’s summary, offered at the 2021 National Press Club press conference alongside Salas and Schindele, was blunt: “Even though I never saw a flying saucer or a UFO, I do know they exist because they knocked down our missiles. That just doesn’t happen every day.”

The pattern of UAP incidents at nuclear weapons facilities is not limited to Montana and North Dakota in the 1960s. It stretches across decades and continents. Dr. James Lacatski, the Defense Intelligence Agency rocket scientist and intelligence analyst who designed and managed the U.S. government’s largest acknowledged UAP investigation program — the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program, or AAWSAP — has stated publicly that UAP interventions at nuclear weapons facilities have occurred not once or twice, but “dozens of times”. He made that statement during an appearance on Weaponized, the investigative podcast hosted by filmmaker Jeremy Corbell and award-winning investigative journalist George Knapp. Almost none of these incidents have ever been officially disclosed to the public, precisely because they are classified. The men and women who witnessed them were ordered to silence.

What is the message in all of this? Captain Salas, who has thought about little else for thirty years, believes he knows. When asked at a congressional hearing what he thought the disabling of nuclear missiles was meant to communicate, he was direct: the visitors, in his view, were sending a message about nuclear weapons — a message that our most destructive technology is known to others, that it is being watched, and that its continued existence is, at minimum, a matter of concern to intelligences beyond our own.

Whether one accepts that interpretation or not, the environmental implications are stark, and they are entirely separate from any question about the origin of these craft. Montana’s Minuteman missiles are, today, primary targets for any adversary contemplating a first strike against U.S. nuclear capabilities. If those missiles were ever to become the aiming targets for Russian or Chinese ICBMs — and military planners on all sides agree that they would be — the environmental devastation visited upon Montana would be devastating and permanent. The rivers, the wilderness areas, the air quality, the human communities that MEIC has spent decades protecting: all of it would cease to exist in any meaningful sense.

This threat is not on the radar of environmental organizations. It is not the subject of any lawsuit MEIC has filed, any legislative testimony it has delivered, or any public comment it has submitted. It is invisible to the environmental movement not because it is unreal, but because it is classified — because the government that controls these weapons has, for sixty years, refused to tell the public what it knows about the craft that have already demonstrated the ability to neutralize U.S. nuclear weapons.

That is the final argument for UAP disclosure as an environmental cause. It is not merely about clean energy, though the energy implications alone are transformative. It is about the survival of the place we are trying to protect. You cannot save Montana’s environment after it has been incinerated and made radioactive. And the only path to ensuring that it is not incinerated runs through a full, honest accounting of what our government knows — about the weapons pointed at this state, about the craft that have already visited those weapons, and about the technology that may offer humanity a way out of the nuclear trap it has built for itself.

What You Can Do Right Now: Join the Fight for Disclosure

None of this will change on its own. Classified programs do not declassify themselves. Secret keepers do not voluntarily open their vaults. The history of every major government transparency movement — from the Pentagon Papers to the Church Committee hearings to the declassification of CIA programs that once seemed permanently buried — tells the same story: secrets yield to sustained, organized, public pressure. Nothing else has ever worked. Nothing else will work here.

The good news is that the organizational infrastructure for that pressure already exists, and it is gaining momentum in Congress right now. We must let the secret keepers know that we are ready to officially receive the truths recently expressed by Col. Karl Nell –  “So, non-human intelligence exists, non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity. This interaction is not new, and it’s been ongoing, and unelected people in the government are aware of that.”

The New Paradigm Institute and its grassroots campaign Citizens for Disclosure, led by legendary civil rights and environmental attorney Daniel Sheehan — a man who has spent more than fifty years taking on the hidden architecture of government power, from the Pentagon Papers case to the Iran-Contra investigation — is working directly with members of Congress to draft and pass a bipartisan, standalone UAP Disclosure Act. Sheehan is co-drafting the legislation alongside Representatives Eric Burlison of Missouri, Anna Paulina Luna of Florida, and Tim Burchett of Tennessee — a bipartisan group (https://uapcaucus.com) that has become the most persistent and vocal UAP transparency coalition in Congress. The bill would establish a UAP Records Collection at the National Archives, create an independent review board with real subpoena authority, mandate the release of UAP records more than 25 years old, provide legal immunity for Legacy Program whistleblowers who come forward, and ensure that disclosure is conducted responsibly while safeguarding legitimate national security concerns. As Representative Burlison has stated plainly: “I’m asking you to act and push on members of Congress, because otherwise they won’t do anything about it.”

This is not a fringe effort. It is a bipartisan, constitutionally grounded legislative campaign, backed by former senior intelligence officials, military officers, and credentialed scientists, working through the normal channels of democratic government. It is exactly the kind of effort that a broad public coalition can push over the finish line — if enough people show up.

That is where you come in. And that is where MEIC, the Sierra Club, the Nature Conservancy, and every other environmental organization in this country come in.

Environmental groups have something the UAP disclosure movement urgently needs: organized, passionate constituencies that know how to apply political pressure, how to contact legislators, how to show up at hearings, how to generate media attention, and how to sustain a campaign over years. The UAP disclosure movement, in turn, has something the environmental movement urgently needs: a potential path to the most transformative clean energy breakthrough in human history, and a new argument for why the existential threat of nuclear war — and Montana’s place at the center of it — demands a level of government transparency that has never yet been achieved.

These two movements belong together. An alliance between NPI and environmental organizations like MEIC would represent exactly the kind of unexpected, broad-based coalition that changes political calculations in Washington. When the people demanding disclosure are not only UAP researchers and retired military officers, but also the hunters and fly fishermen who care about the Blackfoot River, the ranchers who worry about what a nuclear exchange would do to Montana’s vast grazing lands, the parents who want their children to inherit a living planet rather than an irradiated one — that is when the secret keepers have to start paying attention.

Learn more about NPI and the UAP Disclosure Act. Visit newparadigminstitute.org to read the legislation, understand the arguments, and sign up for action alerts. NPI’s Citizens for Disclosure initiative exists specifically to mobilize ordinary citizens into this campaign. There is a chapter in Montana.

Contact your elected representatives. Montana’s U.S. Senators and House Representatives need to hear from their constituents on this issue. Tell them you support the UAP Disclosure Act. Tell them you believe government transparency about UAP technology is an environmental issue, an energy issue, a national security issue, and a fundamental question of democratic accountability. Ask for their pledge to support the UAPDA. Tell them the people of Montana — who live next door to 150 nuclear-armed missiles and who have spent decades fighting to protect one of the most beautiful environments on Earth — deserve to know what their government knows.

Urge MEIC and other environmental organizations to engage. Ask MEIC to formally express support for the UAP Disclosure Act and to explore a working alliance with NPI. Ask the Sierra Club’s Montana chapter to do the same. Ask every conservation and environmental organization you belong to why UAP disclosure is not yet on their policy agenda — and make the case that it should be.

Share this conversation. The most powerful thing any citizen can do in the early stages of a movement is expand the circle of people who are paying attention. Share this article. Talk to your neighbors, your colleagues, your hunting and fishing partners, your fellow hikers. The conversation about UAP has been confined too long to a small community of specialists and enthusiasts. It belongs to all of us — because the implications of what is already in the public record touch every one of us, and every living thing on this planet.

The secret keepers have held their ground for eighty years by relying on one simple advantage: most people were not paying attention. That advantage is shrinking. Congress is paying attention. Scientists are paying attention. Former intelligence officials are paying attention. The question is whether the broader public — and the organizations that claim to speak for the future of this planet — will pay attention before the window closes.

    Conclusion: The Bigger Fight

The coal companies and the oil industry have benefited enormously from the public’s willingness to accept the premise that there is no alternative — that hydrocarbon combustion is the best we can do, that the transition to clean energy must be agonizingly slow, that each new pipeline and each new mine is a regrettable necessity.

What if that premise is false? What if the alternative is not solar panels and wind turbines alone, but a form of energy generation so far beyond our current technology that it operates without any of the physical signatures we associate with power production? What if it has been observed, documented, tracked on military radar, and filmed on military cameras — and what if governments have kept that knowledge classified for reasons that have nothing to do with the good of the planet?

Dr. Knuth and his colleagues have given us the physics. The witnesses have given us their testimony. The Pentagon has given us authenticated footage. Congress has given us hearings. Captains Salas and Schindele have given us their sworn accounts, at great personal cost, of what happened beneath the Montana and North Dakota plains sixty years ago. What remains is for the environmental movement — which has always been, at its best, a movement willing to speak uncomfortable truths to powerful interests — to demand the transparent UFO Disclosure that could change everything.

MEIC has spent decades defending Montana’s environment against the destructive power of the fossil fuel industry, battle by battle and courtroom by courtroom. That work is honorable and it matters.

But the biggest battle may not be in the next courtroom. It may be in demanding that our government tell us what it knows about the craft that left no exhaust over the Pacific Ocean in November 2004 — what is powering them, what they were doing over the missile fields of central Montana in 1967, and what their presence among us means for the future of this planet and every living thing on it. Once we know the truth, we can take it from there.

    Again, Four Alien Species!

In this excellent interview recently posted on Diary of a CEO‘s YouTube channel, several questions are addressed by Dan Farah (producer of the film The Age of Disclosure) and physicist Dr. Hal Putoff who has acted as a scientific advisor to USG private contractors involved in reverse-engineering recovered alien technologies. By the way, we’ve heard the same statement, “four alien species”, from Dr. Eric Davis, during his interview with Representative Eric Burlison who is a member of the House of Representatives’ Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. Dr. Davis has also served as a scientific consultant to USG/private corporation military contractors involved in Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (“USAPS”) tasked with reverse-engineering recovered alien craft and technologies.

Almost everything concerning the alien/ET presence around this planet has been hidden from the public and from our elected representatives in Congress for almost 80 years. We all have a lot of catching up to do. Releases of information like this are one way that that’s being done. The truth is slowly but surely coming out, as it should. New Paradigm Institute‘s grassroots campaign, Citizens for Disclosure, is made up of citizens like you who are working as volunteers to make certain that our elected representatives in Congress will play their vital role in making decisions that will affect our nation’s relationships with these alien species for years to come. A key factor in making that happen is Congressional passage of the UAP Disclosure Act (aka The UAP Transparency Act) this year. That is the immediate goal of Citizens for Disclosure and we are working hard to make that happen.

If you live in AZ, NM, NV, UT, CO, ID, MT, or WY, please consider joing our Mountain West Region Citizens for Disclosure Meetup group and register your name with New Paradigm Institute as well. Both are free to join but your donations to New Pardigm Institute allow us to continue this work and are very much appreciated! Onward toward UFO truth and transparency!

UFO Disclosure: The Role of Congress and NPI

Normally I do not take time to listen to long podcasts, but I made an exception for this one. What we hear reinforces the reasons why the mission of New Paradigm Institute (NPI) is so important.

Thanks to The SOL Foundation for making this forum available to all of us!

Kirk McConnell is a retired congressional national security staffer who spent more than 35 years working on defense and intelligence policy in the U.S. Congress. He served on the staffs of the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, helping oversee military intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technology programs. He retired from the Senate in 2024 following a long career advising lawmakers on national security issues. Most importantly, Mr. McConnell is a strong proponent for UFO Disclosure.

NPI is presently interfacing with every member of Congress, insisting on their formal pledge to support UAP/UFO transparency from our government. Each member’s of Congress response to this pledge will be posted for all to see on NPI’s website. McConnell makes it clear that the road to UFO Disclosure is best paved through Congress. When our elected representatives become educated about UFOs/UAP and convinced that transparency about this topic is what their constituents want and insist upon, Congress will become a powerful motivating force to make that happen. That is the mission of New Paradigm Institute, a well organized and working liason between We, the People and our government regarding UFO truth and transparency. Please watch and consider joining NPI as a member volunteer. It’s free to join. Working together and with Congress, we can make UFO Disclosure a reality.

A New Front in the Fight for Our Planet:

Why Environmental Organizations Should Pursue UAP Disclosure

Submitted t0 the Montana Environmental Information Center

    By Richard O’Connor, M.D.

For decades, organizations like the Montana Environmental Information Center (MEIC) have waged courageous legal and legislative battles against the coal and petroleum industries. MEIC’s attorneys have walked into courtrooms in Helena, MT and Washington, D.C., armed with scientific data, public trust doctrine arguments, and an abiding love for Montana’s rivers, skies, and communities.

Karl Nell:

“So, non-human intelligence exists, non-human intelligence has been interacting with humanity.

The paper discussed in this article — “Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles” by Kevin H. Knuth, Robert M. Powell, and Peter A. What’s Happening

Montana Citizens for Disclosure are convinced there are other, non-human intelligent species and their craft engaging with this planet and our people. However, our personal convictions about this are not enough to change the direction in which our civilization is heading. This is why New Paradigm Institute’s Citizens for Disclosure Campaign is so important.  We are UFO Disclosure activists who intend to expose this truth through the legislative process in such a way that it becomes an undeniable and unavoidable consideration in the conduct of our global human affairs.

As an example, we are allegedly at war with Iran to prevent a jihadist Islamic regime from obtaining a nuclear weapon. However, there has been no discussion about whether ANY nation should be allowed to have nuclear weapons. While U.S. hypocrisy in this “debate” is obvious, the multiple (“dozens” according Dr. James Lacatski and UFOs and Nukes researcher Robert Hastings) instances when ETs have made it clear nuclear weapons are unacceptable to the ETs has never been raised as a legitimate issue in discussions that solely focus on which nations should have nuclear weapons, and which should not. We aim to catalyze that discussion and move it in a new direction – toward worldwide nuclear disarmament. Relevant to this, a new witness’s story worth listening to can be viewed here:

We aim to change our global energy paradigm by emphasizing the immediate need for the research, development, and deployment of advanced UFO energy systems that are implied by observed UFO performance capabilities (Elizondo’s “Five Observables”). Our continuing reliance on fossil fuels is, at the very least, markedly enhancing the rate of global warming and is not sustainable. We aim to make it certain that technologies derived from the study of UFOs (using unknown sums (billions to trillions?) of our tax dollars) are used for peaceful purposes only, purposes that will redound to the benefit of this planet and everyone on it, including all our relations. We aim to make our elected reps in Congress finally become relevant in all these discussions, as our nation’s Constitution mandates. I could go on, but I want to get to what Citizens for Disclosure is doing now to help make these positive changes come to fruition.

New Paradigm Institute (https://newparadigminstitute.org) (NPI) is presently designing a pledge campaign we will be sending out to all members of the House of Representatives (HOR) and to individuals who are running for a public office at any level in every state.  We are presently identifying who they are and how to contact their schedulers, national security advisors, legislative directors, and their Defense Fellows assigned by the Pentagon.

Their pledge will promise their support for transparency regarding UAP/UFO, declassification of all UFO-related files, documents, videos, etc. that do not threaten national security, and their commitment to providing legal immunity for ”Legacy Program” first-hand whistleblowers. All this will be codified within a new and improved UAP Disclosure Act currently being drafted by Daniel Sheehan, CEO of New Paradigm Institute, and Representatives Burlison, Luna, and Burchett. They will be pledging to pass the UAP Disclosure Act into law this year!

I will be sending out these pledge requests to our representatives and hopeful candidates here in MT. I will let you know when each pledge request is sent out, to whom it was sent, and their contact information. I ask that each of you will then take time to contact those representatives and political candidates, remind them to sign and return the pledge, and explain to them why you think this is important.

If you are a UFO activist in another state, seek out your state’s Citizens for Disclosure coordinator by signing up with New Paradigm Institute.

    A New Development

On February 19, 2026 President Trump presented this proclamation through Truth Social:

Tweet by Donald J. Trump discussing the identification and release of government files related to alien life, UFOs, and other related phenomena.

Although this statement sounds promising, President Trump has not issued a formal Executive Order to this effect. It appears President Trump will be leaving the coordination and implementation of this process to AARO, the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office. Under the “leadership” of Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, AARO consistently misled (lied to) both Congress and the public about the true nature and significance of the UFO related information they continue to hold close. We will see if AARO’s current leader, Dr. Jon T. Kosloski, is more forthright in AARO’s dealings with Congress and the American people.  It is critical that Congress become involved in the oversight of this UFO Disclosure process and the direction it takes. There are several members of Congress who are ready, willing, and educated enough about this UFO/ET subject matter to assume that oversight role. Our pledge campaign will be asking for every member of Congress to promise to follow through on this this year.

I encourage each of you to watch the video below in its entirety. You will realize that, despite its glacial rate of progress, UFO Disclosure is, in fact, moving forward. If we do our homework, 2026 will be the year we get this done!

    What can you do now?

    1.     Contact Representative Burlison’s DC office (202-225-6536) and let him know you stand behind him 100% in his efforts to get to the bottom of the UFO Legacy Programs.

    2.     Talk to your friends, relatives, and neighbors about Montana Citizens for Disclosure. Let them know about our Meetup group. We now have 106 members!

    3.     Follow and share our MT Citizens for Disclosure Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/UFOTruth.

    4.     If you are skilled in the nuances of social media, particularly Instagram, please contact me (rkojaml@gmail.com) if you have time to share on this.

    5.     Try to make it to our Meetup at the JAML on Tuesday evening, April 7 at 7 PM.

    6.     Meetup does not share your contact information with me! If you have recently joined our Meetup group, please direct message or email me with your contact information so that you will be included on our MT C4D master contact list!

Thanks for your interest in and support of Montana Citizens for Disclosure!

  • The Alienation of Our Democracy

    The Alienation of Our Democracy

Upon watching Dan Farah’s new documentary film The Age of Disclosure, we are led to draw the following important conclusions. These conclusions remain somewhat tentative, but most are probably accurate:

    1. UFOs demonstrating very advanced performance characteristics grounded in principles of physics that are not widely understood by most human scientists do exist.
    2. Some of those UFOs stem from one or more biological species exhibiting higher order intelligence who have co-inhabited this planet in parallel with humans since at least 1947 and possibly long before that. For simplicity, I refer to these various intelligent, non-human species as “aliens”.
    3. There has been a deliberate and systematic cover-up of the existence of UFOs and aliens in contact with this planet for nearly 8 decades.
    4. This UFO cover-up has stunted the broader scientific, social, and spiritual evolution of our human family throughout its duration.
    5. The U.S., Russia, and China have each recovered (or been gifted) some of these alien craft and are involved in a competitive race to be the first nation to understand, replicate, and deploy vehicles and weapons technologies with similar performance characteristics.
    6. “The Roswell Incident” of 1947 did happen. A crashed alien craft along with 4 alien bodies were recovered by the U.S. military and were transferred to Wright Field, now Wright-Patterson AFB, for future study and reverse engineering efforts.
    7. Conclusion # 6 refutes all previous public statements made wittingly or unwittingly by U.S. government officials that deny the recovery of any alien (“extraterrestrial”) craft and/or technology. Such false denials have been issued by U.S. government officials representing sequentially established UFO study initiatives including the Department of Naval Intelligence’s UAP Task Force (2017), the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (2021), the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (2022), and NASA’s UAP Independent Study Team (2022).
    8. Conclusion # 6 makes the often repeated statement “We don’t know what they are” a patently false statement.
    9. In the U.S., the research and development programs (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs)), also known as “black programs”, involved in attempts to reverse engineer recovered alien technology have been hidden from Congress, from American citizens, and even from most Presidents for almost 8 decades. In the film, these USAPs are collectively labeled “The Legacy Program” (TLP).
    10. Methods and means to maintain secrecy surrounding TLP have been applied through strict U.S. government classification of all photos, videos, documents, hardware, etc., and through counterintelligence programs targeting every American citizen. Castigation, intimidation, and/or murder of potential UFO whistleblowers have been ongoing features of the strategy to maintain UFO secrecy.
    11. U.S. taxpayer dollars legally allocated by Congress to fund the Department of Defense (DoD), the “Intelligence Community” (IC), Department of Energy (DoE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and possibly other government agencies (Housing and Urban Development?) have, in some manner, been illegally and unconstitutionally redirected toward funding the TLP. According to insider information told to the film’s producer Dan Farah, “It’s at least over a trillion dollars since the 1940s”, yet we are living in the only developed nation that does not provide universal health care for its citizens.
    12. The aliens co-inhabiting this planet with us have clearly signaled their interest in and deep concern about our nuclear weapons’ production and launch facilities, both here in the U.S. and in Russia. According to a previous Advanced Aerospace Weapons Special Applications Program (AAWSAP) Director Dr. James Lacatski and others, the aliens have disabled U.S. ICBM nuclear weapons on dozens of occasions and, on at least one occasion, temporarily activated Russian ICBM nuclear weapons directed at the U.S.. Until now, all of these events have been hidden and kept secret from the American people.
    13. These aliens’ interventions with U.S. nuclear weapons are regarded by the DoD, IC, and DoE as potential acts of hostility and are characterized by UAP Task Force member Jay Stratton as an ongoing problem for the U.S. military through the present day.
    14. A face-to-face meeting took place between representatives of at least one alien species and representatives from our U.S. military and CIA at Holloman AFB in 1964.
    15. Clandestine factions within the DoD, IC, DoE and private aerospace corporations continue to be successful in persuading key members of Congress to cooperate in maintaining the secrecy surrounding the TLP and their goal of reverse engineering alien hardware in order to achieve full-spectrum U.S. military geopolitical dominance throughout the world.
    16. These members of Congress need to be rejected and replaced. We cannot have members of Congress who support the existence of counterintelligence programs being actively waged against the American people by factions of our own government.
    17. A growing number of our elected representatives in Congress have become aware of and are acknowledging the facts about this insidious “alienation” of our nation’s democracy that has been severely impacted by these covert cells of “UFO gatekeepers”.
    18. For three consecutive years Congress has attempted but failed to pass the UAP Disclosure Act (UAPDA) which, when passed by Congress and signed by the President, will require every U.S, government agency and private government contractor holding any information about UFOs, aliens, etc. to surrender that information to a special classified collection held in trust by the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The UAPDA prescribes the steps that will be subsequently followed to declassify most of that information and make it available within the public domain.
    19. The UAPDA’s provision that the U.S. government maintain “eminent domain” over any originally recovered alien craft, hardware, technology, and bodies remains a point of contention with private aerospace companies involved in TLP’s reverse engineering efforts over decades. These corporations intend to financially profit from the craft and technologies they have been gifted and have thereby monopolized.
    20. Scientists involved in TLP’s study of UFOs have determined that UFO performance characteristics are grounded in their ability to alter (“engineer”) their immediately surrounding spacetime environment via the colossal energy densities produced by the alien craft.
    21. According to Dr. Eric Davis, the electrical power produced by a single UFO is estimated to be “1100 billion watts” and exceeds the total daily electrical power produced in the U.S. by a factor of 100.
    22. If the energy system of a UFO can be (has been?) successfully reverse engineered, this will provide almost unlimited electrical power that could provide an immediate solution to global climate change and would negate the need to continue using fossil fuels for energy production.
    23. According to the film’s producer Dan Farah, he has been told by credible insiders who are privy to knowledge gained through TLP that a U.S. aerospace corporation has successfully reverse engineered many of the performance parameters of alien UFOs to a point where those craft can now travel anywhere within our solar system
    24.  Over decades, potential “UFO whistleblowers” having inside knowledge about TLP have been victims of threats, physical intimidation, and alleged murders to ensure that the secrecy surrounding UFOs, aliens, and TLP is maintained.
    25. Iron-clad guarantees of whistleblower protections will be required to incentivize additional first-hand UFO whistleblowers who have been directly involved in TLP to courageously step forward and report what they know to Congress.

Insightful commentary from the film’s producer Dan Farah expanding on some of these points can be heard on The Joe Rogan Experience HERE.

    Hard Pills to Swallow

The information we gain from this documentary is groundbreaking if it is true. Given the risk to the reputations, the careers, the personal credibility, and the positions of high authority the individuals featured in the film presently hold or have held within our government, we can be reasonably certain that most, if not all of this, is true.

But what we have heard in The Age of Disclosure may only scratch the surface of what has transpired between clandestine factions of our government and the alien species in contact with our planet and our people over many decades. For example, what was communicated during the face-to-face meeting between a representative of an alien species and individuals representing the U.S. military and the CIA remains unknown? What did this exchange entail? How many times has this happened?

For us rank-and-file citizens who have now been exposed to this information, we can be justifiably shocked to learn that factions within the Executive Branch of our government have been targeting American citizens and our elected representatives in Congress with UFO-related counterintelligence programs for almost 8 decades. Felony crimes involving misappropriation of funds, intimidating American citizens and, potentially, murders have been repeatedly committed by successive generations of UFO gatekeepers working within our DoD, IC, and DoE in order to maintain strict UFO secrecy.

Through this day, these gatekeepers continue to withhold the basic knowledge from every world citizen that we are not alone as an intelligent and sentient species on this planet and that aliens have been repeatedly disabling our nuclear weapons for decades. Those same counterintelligence programs have undoubtedly also been targeting U.S. citizens’ awareness of other phenomena related to the alien presence including alien abductions, cattle mutilations, and crop circles. Mr. Farah’s film does not delve into these.

    Amnesty for Whistleblowers

I have worked as a volunteer with New Paradigm Institute (NPI) as a state coordinator for its grassroots Citizens for Disclosure campaign in Montana from its beginning. I’ve been impressed by attorney Danny Sheehan and his partner Sarah Nelson and their vision for our human family’s scientific, social, and spiritual evolution that are moving in concert with mankind’s nascent relationships with the alien species we know are here and are influencing our present. NPI’s desire to ensure these relationships are and remain peaceful, respectful, and mutually beneficial is a laudable goal that we must all keep in mind and strive toward. NPI’s plan to involve citizens in decisions concerning how we will responsibly integrate newly understood alien cultural knowledge and technologies into the geopolitical framework of our human civilization on this planet is critical to our future success. NPI’s goal is to usher insightful and productive stewardship of not only our own civilization, but also the biosphere of this planet upon which we all depend.

Nuclear weapons can never be considered acceptable nor play any role in that responsible stewardship of this planet.

But to reach the point where any of these goals become relevant, we citizens must first be informed about where we stand in relation to these alien species. Has our government’s zeal to acquire alien technologies and thereby achieve “full spectrum military dominance” over the planet already corrupted our relationship with these alien species? Is our military involved in a kinetic war to “bring them down”? Has our government been formally requested to dispose of its nuclear weapons and intransigently refused to do so? Have alien beings been captured, held captive, or perhaps even tortured in attempts to gain more technical information? How much in taxpayer dollars has been spent to reverse engineer alien craft and to what extent have these efforts been successful in ways that can be applied to mitigate global climate change? Do the DoD, IC, and DoE consider any species of aliens as hostile and, if so, why have they drawn this conclusion and what are they doing about it?

These are questions to which we need answers, and we need those answers now. Getting to those answers is what New Paradigm Institute’s vision of UFO Disclosure is all about.

Clearly, it will be more difficult to get this information from whistleblowers who may refuse to cooperate if they perceive they will spend the rest of their lives in prison if they (or others) reveal all that they know. Without their honest testimonies freely given before Congress under oath, we will remain mired in the morass of UFO /alien misinformation and disinformation we have been trapped in for the past 80 years.

It is on this point of amnesty for UFO gatekeepers who have previously been involved in the worst of the profoundly illegal misdeeds of the UFO cover-up that my opinion differs from that of NPI ‘s founder Danny Sheehan. Mr. Sheehan maintains that the worst offenders, for example those allegedly involved with murders, must be ferreted out, exposed, and severely punished for their unconscionable actions.

However, we must acknowledge that present day gatekeepers inherited “The Legacy Program” from their gatekeeper predecessors. They became ensnared in the machinations of the UFO/alien cover-up the minute they were brought into the secretive fold of the gatekeepers. They would find themselves suddenly living under the same intractable mandates imposed by non-disclosure agreements and threats of violence against themselves, their careers, and their loved ones if they allowed their discretion about any of these matters to lapse. Who among us would not have succumbed to such malevolent threats implied, stated, and written while also being “persuaded” that what we were being asked/ordered to do was in the best interests of our nation’s national security? There are few who would not have decided to take that path of least resistance, cooperate, and help to maintain the secrecy surrounding UFOs and aliens.

To circumvent any potential obstacles to Congress’s ability to uncover all the truths that have been hidden by the UFO cover-up, consider this proposal:

A promise of judicial amnesty for every whistleblower who becomes willing to step forward and tell Congress, in open hearings under oath, the truth and nothing but the truth about what they know.

This is of paramount importance to the unimpeded process of full and transparent “UFO Disclosure”. This promise must be accompanied by this one as well:

A promise of life in prison for those who will not step forward must also be an integral part of any Congressional strategy to get to the truth.

When Congress has gained full knowledge of and appropriate control over these matters, consideration should be given to the following measures:

    1. Passage of a new Constitutional amendment that specifically prohibits any U.S. government agency from initiating or maintaining any program that involves any counterintelligence measures targeting American citizens.
    2. Creation of an apolitical Presidential/Congressional advisory panel to include a balanced assembly of experienced, PhD-equivalent, private citizen experts in science, medicine, sociology, psychology, world religions, domestic and international law, engineering, world history, linguistics, international relations, and political science.
    3. Acceptance of any outside remuneration intended to influence panel members, financial or in-kind, would be cause for immediate expulsion from the panel.
    4. Panel member candidates will be nominated and selected by a ranked choice vote of American citizens willing to participate and will make non-binding recommendations to the President and to Congress concerning all matters related to our human civilization’s evolving relationship with alien species, their technologies, and their cultural beliefs and practices.

The Power of We, the People

The Age of Disclosure makes it abundantly clear to all of us that generations of UFO gatekeepers have decided to dispose of the Constitutionally mandated checks and balances that were originally intended to undergird our democracy.

Decades of a wildly successful UFO cover-up have served as a primer and a training ground for military and intelligence authoritarians who have regarded full spectrum military dominance of our nation over the rest of the planet as necessary, justified, and worthy of any actions they have deemed necessary to make it so. They have regarded U.S. citizens and our our elected leaders as potential obstacles to those plans who must therefore be deliberately misled about the facts and thereby made irrelevant. Due to these actions, the potential for the Legislative Branch to check and balance the Executive Branch has gradually eroded to a point where, today, it has become almost non-existent. What can we, as U.S. citizens, do to help reverse this ever down sloping curve in the power of Congress and, therefore, the power of the people over time?

    New Paradigm Institute

As the 2026 mid-term elections are ramping up, New Paradigm Institute (NPI) has plans to issue pledge cards to every candidate running for public office. By signing that pledge card, that candidate will pledge to work for passage of the newly revised UFO, ET, UAP Disclosure Act (UFOETUAPDA) presently being co-drafted by NPI’s attorney Danny Sheehan and by Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO). Those candidates who neglect or refuse to sign the pledge will be publicly named through the NPI website and every media outlet we can muster. To support New Paradigm Institute in this mission go to https://newparadigminstitute.org and sign up as a member. It’s free to join.

NPI will continue with our efforts to contact staffers of members of Congress holding key positions on committees that will hold sway over the introduction and passage of the new UFOETUAPDA.

    The “Nuclear Option”

In time, citizens may need to take “the nuclear option” to secure the information we require and put an end to the UFO cover-up. “The nuclear option” sounds violent, but it is just the opposite. Through a highly concerted effort, citizens can exercise their ultimate power and prerogative to simply do nothing at all. We can shut this country down for a day, a week, a month, or a year – whatever it takes to demonstrate to those who think they are in charge that the ultimate power in this country resides where it has always been, and that is with We, the People.

If push comes to shove, will you have the fortitude and the courage to sit down and do nothing? If it comes down to doing this, I will if you will, and I will do my best to help support you and your family when you do. We are all living through The Age of Disclosure , we must get this right, and we must do this together. To that end, New Paradigm Institute is the way forward.

  • USAF Still Flying Below the Radar on UFOs – but Why?

USAF Still Flying Below the Radar on UFOs – but Why?

A military officer in a uniform looks distressed and is bound by ropes, with an alien figure standing behind him and a UFO in the sky.
Has a Non-Human Intelligence overtaken the United States Air Force? Is that why they do not speak?

Hey USAF, do you remember the meaning of the word “democracy”? You have stolen ours, and we want it back. Like now.

I can’t say this any better than Christopher Mellon does here. Congress must take action on this. The USAF must start talking about what they know about UFOs and the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind them, at least to our elected representatives in Congress. If they won’t, either their hands have been tied by the ETs, or they simply do not give a damn about representative democracy. So USAF, which is it?

Maybe the USAF remains silent because, once this national conversation about the NHI/ETs in our presence really gets rolling, a national debate over concerns about nuclear weapons of mass destruction will become center stage and unavoidable. The ETs have made it clear that nuclear weapons are unacceptable and non-negotiable. I agree with them. How do you feel about this? Should we follow the ET’s advice and rid our world of nuclear weapons?

  • On Secrecy – a Cancer in the Soul of Our Nation

On Secrecy – a Cancer in the Soul of Our Nation

The new UFO documentary titled The Age of Disclosure makes the following points crystal clear:

    1. UFOs are real and more than one ET/NHI (Non-human Intelligence)/alien species behind the UFOs are here and are sharing this planet with us. Their bases of operations may be located within Earth’s oceans.
    2. The ETs/NHI behind UFOs may be a potential threat (this remains unknown) to the sovereignty of our human civilization on Earth. It (allegedly) remains unknown why they are here and what their intentions are. (In my opinion, if they ever do become a threat, it will be due to our own decisions and actions regarding nuclear weapons.)
    3. A faction of individuals in the U.S. government, as well as individuals in private industry (military contractors) have been aware of this truth for almost 8 decades but have kept that knowledge from the world. This is characterized as the most successful cover-up in U.S. history.
    4. The Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Energy have been the USG agencies that have been most deeply involved in maintaining the UFO cover-up.
    5. Over that time, non-disclosure agreements, threats, and murders have been the strategies used to strictly enforce the UFO/ET/NHI secrecy and maintain the UFO cover-up.
    6. The UFO crash at Roswell in 1947 happened. That craft, along with 4 alien bodies, and subsequently other craft of non-human origin with other alien bodies have been recovered.
    7. A UFO landing event took place at Holloman AFB in 1964 during which a face-to-face meeting between ETs and USG military personnel took place.
    8. Efforts to reverse-engineer recovered NHI/ET craft/technologies have been ongoing for 8 decades within the strictly enforced confines of U.S. military contractors under extreme secrecy.
    9. The U.S., Russia, and China are involved in another cold-war arms race to be the first superpower to successfully reverse engineer alien technologies. An estimate of the financial costs of these programs over the past 8 decades is not mentioned.
    10. The ETs have disabled U.S. ICBM nuclear missiles on dozens of occasions and, on at least one occasion, temporarily activated a flight of Russian nuclear missiles aimed at the U.S. The intentions behind these interventions remain uncertain.
    11. ET tampering with U.S. nuclear assets is an ongoing and persistent issue. Speculation is offered about what these interventions may mean. The overall sense from the USG’s perspective is that these are acts of hostility.
    12. ET “range-fouler” activities involving UFO craft interfering with U.S. military training exercises are happening with increasing frequency.
    13. The Schumer – Rounds UAP Disclosure Act has failed to pass for 3 years in a row, but efforts to successfully pass this critical legislation will continue until successful. It is left to U.S. voters to pressure their representatives in Congress to pass this legislation.
    14. Notably, there is no mention in the film of ancillary phenomena related to UFOs and ETs: crop circles, cattle mutilations, and the abductions of humans.

    In a similar vein…

UFO Disclosure advocates Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp’s Weaponized podcast features an interview with Dr. James Lacatski, PhD.

(Surprisingly, Dr. Lacatski, founder and previous Director of the U.S. government’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Special Applications Program (AAWSAP), does not make an appearance in The Age of Disclosure.)

The AAWSAP program was created to study, reverse engineer, and exploit recovered ET craft (UFOs) and technologies. You can listen to that podcast HERE and HERE, but I can summarize for you the main points that are covered by Dr. Lacatski in that interview:

    1. The U.S. government has (at least) one UFO of unknown origin in it’s possession and has breached its hull. (AAWSAP researcher Dr. Colm Kelleher has said the same thing.)
    2. The UFO crash recovery and study program called Kona Blue exists and remains in place today. Shown below are the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents that explain the Kona Blue project.

    3. Lacatski declined to comment on Jeremy’s question addressing whether or not direct contact has occurred between an ET liaison and any representative of the U.S. government.

However, relevant to this point, consider Lt. Charles Hall’s claims of a known ET base located within a mountain that lies inside the boundaries of a U.S. military bombing range near Indian Springs, NV. Hall writes about his interactions with “Tall White” ETs there in his series of books titled Millennial Hospitality. Consider also Dan Sherman’s claims of his official communications with ETs detailed in his book Above Black on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Now we hear substantiation of a 1964 face-to-face meeting with ETs/NHI and USG military personnel at Holloman AFB presented in The Age of Disclosure. There can be little doubt that direct communication between ETs/NHI and representatives of the USG has occurred on multiple occasions and is likely ongoing. How deeply are ETs embedded within U.S. military and intelligence organizations?

    Secrecy is Always a Choice

My wife and I have been happily married for 45 years. We married in 1980, long before the internet existed. While growing up and for most of our adult lives there were no emails, no texts, no Google maps, no websites, no YouTube. Inept as we were in the late 1990s when we began wading into all that has become the internet, we adopted a single, shared email address, a single Apple ID, and a shared Verizon account, each of which we still share today. For those reasons, we still see all of each others texts, emails, and voicemails.

This arrangement precludes any possibility of secret plans, secret liaisons, secret anythings that can and often do lead to failed long-term relationships. This arrangement is rarely inconvenient and, mainly due to inertia, neither of us has ever sought to change it. Secrecy is anathema to our relationship.

We must make this so in the relationship between U.S. citizens and our government. Secrecy is killing the bond of trust between American citizens and our government.

It is safe to say the average U.S. citizen and even our elected representatives in Congress have no idea about what, exactly, is going on in the relationship between “the deep state” within our government and the ET species co-inhabiting this planet with us.

Secrecy Has Become a Cancer in the Soul of Our Nation.

Do you think a world without secrets would be a better world? I do. Could we ever have a world in which secrecy is banned? We can have any kind of world we collectively choose to have. What would our world look like today if secrecy was banned? Would a secret “legacy program” funded by U.S. tax payer dollars intent on capturing and reverse engineering ET craft and technologies have been allowed to happen? Would any of the following events have happened?

    1. The Manhattan Project: dropped 2 atomic bombs on the heads of hundreds of thousands of innocent Japanese civilians and vaporized them.
    2. The Roswell UFO cover-up: denied every world citizen the certain knowledge that we are not alone as a sentient and intelligent species. We might have been able to divorce ourselves from fossil fuels long ago and thereby avoided the worst effects of global climate change.
    3. MK Ultra: the illegal psychological abuse/”mind control” of U.S. citizens, including children, involving the administration of psychoactive drugs such as LSD.
    4. The Iran Contra scandal: involved the CIA’s distribution of arms to Nicaraguan rebels that was financed by the CIA’s importation and sale of cocaine and heroin to U.S. citizens.
    5. The Watergate scandal: Nixon’s attempted burglary of important documents from the Democratic party permanently tainted the office of the U.S. Presidency.
    6. The Kennedy assassination: involved members of the CIA and may have resulted from Kennedy’s desire to “scatter the CIA to the wind”.
    7. Project Mockingbird: has corrupted the U.S. “free press” through CIA meddling and censorship of the mainstream media.
    8. Project Paperclip: imported thousands of Nazis employed in the U.S. space program whose philosophies, methods, and means have taken root inside the USG.
    9. Operation Delirium: experiments with chemical weapons (tabun, phosgene, Agent Orange) on unsuspecting American citizens.
    10. 9/11: the official story of 9/11 promulgated by a compromised mainstream media, that is what happened and why, is provably false. From this came the so-called Patriot Act which greatly expanded U.S. government surveillance of citizens, its powers of search and seizure, and suspension of habeus corpus rights of immigrants.
    11. The Epstein scandal: secrecy allowed the sexual exploitation and abuse of children by powerful men (and a few women).

Secrecy is the Primary Ingredient of Corruption

The UFO Disclosure we are getting now is all clearly orchestrated and has taken us right up to the line of “official” UFO Disclosure. President Trump may well become “The Disclosure President”. The unenlightened decision to cover-up UFOs/ETs was made in the 1940s by U.S. military and intelligence officers who are now all dead.

Those who have continued to maintain the UFO cover-up inherited the problem from their predecessors and were either convinced it was their patriotic duty to maintain it, or else were made aware that, if they chose to buck the system, they would be harshly dealt with and potentially killed, possibly along with their wives and children. These were completely unsatisfactory options for those who unwittingly walked into this trap of U.S. government secrecy.

We need a new Constitutional amendment

I’m completely onboard with granting amnesty to UFO whistleblowers who will come forward and reveal to Congress and to the American people what they know about “The Legacy Program” and the UFO cover-up.

However, granting that amnesty must come with a concomitant amendment to our Constitution that specifically proscribes any future counterintelligence efforts targeting the American people and makes any such actions punishable by life in prison without parole.

We need a reboot. We need responsible and transparent UFO Disclosure, we need it now, and we need to do whatever is necessary to get to it. That would include granting amnesty for those still involved in maintaining the UFO cover-up. That would include you, Robert Boyle.

Metaphorically speaking, calling for “heads on pikes” isn’t going to help and will make those still involved in the cover-up double down in their efforts to hide the truth. We learn from our mistakes. The UFO cover-up has been a big one. Calling for revenge isn’t going to cure the problem and will likely make it worse. Let’s lean forward, let’s get the truth out, let’s get that new Constitutional amendment down on paper, and let’s move forward toward a post-Disclosure world that will allow our nation to begin to heal itself from the abuses of secrecy in the past.

Oh, and lets begin the much needed discussion about ridding this planet of nuclear weapons. The ETs don’t want them here, I don’t want them here, and you probably don’t want them here either.
