Our Mission
The Jesse A. Marcel Library (JAML) exists to help educate the public about non-human UFOs/UAP, to provide a safe-space, non-judgmental meeting place for citizens to come together to learn about and discuss UFO/UAP, and to facilitate the transition of our relationship with The Others from military oversight to world citizens through the US Congress and the United Nations.
