AAWSAP Director Dr. James Lacatski says it here, plain as day. The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) overriding mission has been to weaponize the recovered alien technologies they presently have in their possession that stem from a Non-Human Intelligence (NHI). He relates that, for years, there has been a sub rosa, top secret international competition going on among the U.S., Russia, and China, with each of these countries striving to be the first to replicate the energy and propulsion systems seen in captured NHI craft. Leaders of these countries apparently believe that the first country to successfully reverse engineer these complex systems will emerge as “the winner” in their efforts to achieve “full spectrum dominance” over every other nation on earth.

A dozen questions right off the cuff
Shouldn’t our nation’s time, effort, and money that is being spent on understanding and replicating advanced NHI technologies be, as the Buddhists say, “for the benefit of all beings”?
Is weaponizing these NHI-derived technologies the most laudable goal we could and should be pursuing as a nation that hopes to lead our world toward a better tomorrow?
Would it be more proper to regard these new NHI-derived technologies as belonging to everyone on planet earth?
Should considerations and deliberations concerning how these technologies will be introduced to and implemented by our human family be more appropriately addressed in an international forum like the United Nations?
Should the United Nations implement an international treaty mandating how these NHI-derived technologies can be used while proscribing how they may not be used?
As a U.S. citizen, would you rather that our nation have universal healthcare or the world’s most powerful weapon? Perhaps we cannot afford both.
As a socialist, do you resent having your tax dollars spent on grand public projects you are told nothing about and that you have been disallowed from even knowing about? Is this taxation without representation?
As a capitalist, do you resent being deliberately excluded from competing for grand public project dollars in order to maintain UFO secrecy?
Is our nation’s leadership moving toward an authoritarian style government in order to effectively deal with the repercussions that UFO Disclosure is going to inevitably bring with it?
If so, have nearly 8 decades of UFO cover-up resulted in the fatal undoing of our U.S. democracy? Will we ever be able to regain it once it is lost?
Will Congress ever be able to effectively deal with this, or will they continue to allow the Executive branch to lead them by the nose toward developing the ultimate weapon?
Would energy technologies derived from the study of NHI craft be better used for supplying our civilization’s increasing needs for energy rather than applying it toward developing the ultimate weapon?
The deleterious effects of UFO secrecy
I don’t recall ever being asked my opinion about this mission Dr. Lacatski alleges and I seriously doubt that, over many decades, my representatives in Congress were ever asked their opinions about it either. What I do remember clearly is 70 years of a 78-years-long UFO cover-up that has slowly been unraveling since December 2017.
If, like me, you have been paying close attention to all of this over many decades, you know that the cognitive dissonance that has been deliberately inflicted on you by the counterintelligence efforts that have been required to keep all of this secret have been psychologically injurious. For some, it may have resulted in serious damage to personal reputations, limited job opportunities, and the disruption of interpersonal relationships. Dr. James McDonald, Phil Schneider, and Bill Cooper, among others, may have been murdered to maintain the UFO secrecy. If, like many, you have chosen to simply ignore the saga of UFOs and aliens, it is time to awaken yourselves to this new reality.
The NHI have been here for thousands of years and they are not going away. We must learn to live with them as co-stewards of planet earth. In that co-stewardship of earth, the NHI has made it clear that nuclear weapons are non-negotiable. They don’t want them, I don’t want them, and, hopefully, you don’t want them either. The only people who want them are the weapons manufacturing profiteers and narcissistic military leaders who beat their chests and hold this entire planet hostage with their nuclear weapons. We can and we must do better than this.
The continuity of human civilization on earth hangs in the balance
For the reasons explored in this article, the United Nations must become involved in this. In the meantime, Congress needs to take the helm and begin leading this country as they were intended to do from the beginning. The Republican vs. Democrat squabbles over molehills must be shelved and superseded by serious consideration of the challenges this new reality places before us. The right decisions will not be made in the absence of informed and insightful leadership.

In which U.S. government agency are the decisions made that concern what change in nomenclature will be sanctioned as the newest descriptor our society will accept and use to refer to aerial craft that stem from The Others? By “The Others”, I mean the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI / ETs) presently engaging with this planet and our people. To answer this question, perhaps we should query which government agency employs a gaggle of PhD-level psychologists and explore their connections to the mainstream media. I have no doubt that these terms are strategically chosen to bend public perception in the direction the UFO gatekeepers want it to go.
Our human family needs to switch lines before it’s too late.
Throughout our human family’s social evolution, mothers and have sought to provide consolation to their children during physically or emotionally stressful events. Such consolation has often come in the form of euphemisms or tales intended to frame the event in such a way as to make the situation appear innocuous, non-threatening, or even as a positive occurrence in the life of their children. The “tater wagon” serves as an example.
The Tater Wagon – a poem
My grandma used to say “Here comes the tater wagon.” Whenever she would hear the thunder roar. We never saw this wagon Or any potatoes And most times after that, the rain would pour But we would always look For this wagon full of taters It amused grandma to see our eyes so wide And when she would tell that tale We would climb up on her lap Watching for that tater wagon on its ride
As a young child, the “potato wagon” (our mom never said “tater”) was explained to my brother and I as a wagon full of potatoes pulled by an angel. When the wagon hit a bump, the potatoes were loudly spilled in heaven. Between successive claps of thunder, the angel busied itself with picking up the potatoes, reloading the wagon, and pulling it onward through heaven until the next bump, spillage of potatoes, and resulting thunderclap occurred. As a two year old living in the tornado alley of Oklahoma, I accepted that explanation and found comfort in it.
“Drones” are the new tater wagon
For decades, we referred to aerial craft of non-human origin as “flying saucers” and then as “UFOs”. In 2017 they suddenly became “UAPs”, with this term first defined as “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena” but then redefined as “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena”. These three words are potential candidates for the most nebulous words that could possibly be chosen from the English lexicon. They convey the impression that an aerial object a witness has seen is not only unknown, but is presently unknowable. That’s perfect if a government does not want its citizens to confront the UFO reality.
Most recently, our ears and eyes have been inundated with the newest word that has been officially sanctioned to characterize these craft, and that word is “drones”. We all know what a drone is, and the aerial objects they are referring to are not that. “Drones” are the new tater wagon.
What is gaslighting?
“The psychological manipulation of a person, usually over an extended period of time, that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one’s emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator.”
Yes, we are being gaslit with “drones”
To understand this, you need to read this article written by Christopher Sharp summarizing “drone” incursions that have been occurring over both U.S. and European military and civil airspace over the past few years.
Take note that all of these events are happening over NATO member countries.

A neighbor has repeatedly complained about our nuclear weapons
According to Dr. James Lacatski, Luis Elizondo, Christopher Mellon, Robert Hastings, Capt. Robert Salas, Capt. David Schindele, and others who would know, “our” nuclear weapons have been temporarily disabled by The Others (ETs, aliens, NHI, whatever you want to call them) “dozens of times”. In my opinion, these actions can only be regarded as warnings.
A conflict of interest
There’s clearly a conflict of interest here and it has been brewing for decades. It has by now become abundantly clear that The Others / NHI want nuclear weapons gone from this planet that we apparently share with them. Do you blame them for this? If you do, then you lend your support to a problem that these increasingly frequent “drone” incursions are underscoring and bringing to the world’s attention. There are reasons to believe this conflict is going to come to a head at some time in the future. When it does, are you going to approve of potentially engaging in a nuclear war with the NHI? That decision is where this is headed, I believe it is coming, and that day may not be so far into our future.
Over the past couple of years, this “drone” activity we are seeing over U.S. and European controlled airspaces has clearly been escalating. Major international airports and military bases are being sequentially and temporarily shut down and each nation’s militaries have been powerless to stop it.
I would characterize these actions on the part of the NHI as ongoing peaceful protests. As a peaceful means of pressuring NATO to reconsider its posture concerning nuclear weapons, I approve of the NHI sequentially closing down airspace and believe this strategy is not only warranted, but necessary. If the NHI is here to wield the sword of justice, i cannot imagine a more effective yet non-violent means of doing that. How do you feel about this? Do you approve or disapprove of NHI’s actions to gain and focus the world’s attention on the dangers of nuclear weapons?
We do not want this to escalate toward armed conflict!
However, if this does continues to escalate (that ball is in our court), based on what has been observed for decades concerning the capabilities of The Others’ expertise in applied advanced technology, there is every reason to conclude that the human race is going to come out on the short end of that stick, if and when such a conflict erupts. Unless we change course, I believe that is going to happen.
Such a conflict may have already happened on Mars.
To understand this, you are referred to this book written by plasma physicist Dr. John Brandenburg, PhD. His research was funded by the Department of Defense and approved for publication by DOPSR – the Pentagon’s Department of Pre-publication Security Review.
In short, Dr. Brandenburg concludes that a population on Mars was deliberately annihilated by a colossal nuclear holocaust that was inflicted by a “third party”. He concludes that Mars was deliberately sterilized of life. This is not science fiction.
A nuclear holocaust on Mars did not turn out well for the Martians.
Cattle mutilations also deliver the message
What we are still seeing in the ongoing phenomenon of cattle mutilations serves as a sobering reminder of what lies in store for humans if we persist in pressing this nuclear weapons issue. We can suspect that every one of these hundreds of cases is symbolic, essentially, of a “head on a pike”. I feel bad for the cattle and I would prefer that this stop happening. I think we can make that so – if we will jettison our nuclear weapons.
If our human family wishes to become accepted and responsible members of our galactic community, then every nuclear-armed nation must abandon their nuclear weapons. They need to do this now. As weapons of mass destruction, nuclear weapons are immoral and they risk making earth’s entire ecosystem uninhabitable due to their radioactive fallout. Like what happened on Mars.
National governments are no longer trustworthy
As citizens, we must desist in believing anything that our governments and/or our mainstream media are telling us about “drones”. Since 1947, it has all been nothing but a pack of lies from the very beginning.
Imagine what could happen when America’s citizens wise up to the fact that they have been the targets of a successful U.S. government counterintelligence effort surrounding UFOs / NHI for their entire lives. Maybe our government would decide that an authoritarian style government would be the only safe prescription for handling the potential backlash when that dawning realization occurs? Is that what is happening now?

I have previously written about this to the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), asking them to publicly endorse the fact that “we are not alone” and that The Others have been repeatedly disabling our nuclear weapons for good reasons. I have never received a response.
ICAN’s headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland. I will be watching to see if Geneva’s international airport (Geneva Airport; GVA) is next in line to be temporarily shut down by a tater wagon. This would not surprise me at all.

Government whistleblowers used to be as rare as a four-leaf clover. Nowadays, it’s becoming difficult to keep up with all of the UFO whistleblowers previously employed by the U.S. government who are stepping forward.
Here is a new one. Dr. Gregory Rogers’ video testimony tells the story of his witnessing a video of a disc-shaped UFO apparently possessed by the USAF. This happened in 1992! When he asked where such technology came from, he was told by his superior (with his thumb pointing skyward), “We got it from them.” By now, I think we all know what he meant by that.
This is not the first time we have heard about the U.S. government’s possession of Alien Reproduction Vehicles (ARVs). For many years, Dr. Steven Greer has been pushing for disclosure of this fact to both Congress and to the American people. Greer’s Disclosure Project witness Mark McCandlish first came forward with allegations that the U.S. government had in its possession ARVs in the early 2001. Approximately forty new, firsthand whistleblowers involved in reverse engineering recovered alien craft are waiting to tell their stories under oath before Congress.

Since the landmark article in the December 16, 2017 publication of the New York Times,we have seen a profound evolution toward today’s UFO/UAP narrative. What initially began as a modest but official government admission that “UFOs/UAP are real, but we don’t know what they are” has transformed into recent statements from credible, high-ranking government officials like intel officer Col. David Grusch and Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet who are now claiming that our government possesses intact craft, “numbering in the double digits”, that stem from a non-human intelligence (NHI).
Has President Biden been informed, to the fullest extent possible, about UFOs (UAP)? We don’t really know what President Biden has been briefed on regarding UFOs because he has been completely and inappropriately silent about this topic. This is concerning because, according to retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, “we are in contact with non-human intelligence” (NHI). Rear Admiral Gallaudet is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he was the chief meteorologist for the U.S. Navy, and he was a previous Administrator of the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). We can assume that Gallaudet would not be making the claims we hear in this video unless he knows, for a fact, that U.S. military pilots are experiencing contact with craft stemming from a non-human intelligence – i.e., aliens.
The Schumer-Rounds Amendment is down but not out.
Some say the historic “Schumer-Rounds Amendment” to the National Defense Authorization Act of 2024, also known as The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023, would not have been written as it was without direct input from the Biden administration. I concur! Given that amendment’s multiple references to recovered non-human craft and technologies of non-human origin stemming from a “non-human intelligence” (this is mentioned 22 times in the original Senate amendment), and “Legacy (aerospace) Programs” (think Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, Radiance Technologies, Boeing, and others) involved in reverse-engineering those technologies, it seems certain that President Biden would have been consulted about the aims, structure, and content of the amendment prior to its passage by a bipartisan vote in the U.S. Senate. No other topic enjoys such bipartisan support in Congress as the issue of UFO/UAP Disclosure! However, we have not heard a single word uttered by President Biden about UFOs/UAP and the non-human intelligence behind them. That has to change. With UFOs/UAP the cat is out of the bag, so to speak, and we cannot have a leader holding the highest office of our nation who remains unwilling to talk about this!
A sampling of one paragraph of the 64-page Schumer-Rounds amendment.
Unfortunately, that Schumer-Rounds Amendment as written and as passed by a bipartisan vote in the Senate met with obstruction in the House of Representatives. Specifically, Representatives Mike Turner (R-OH-10), Mike Rogers (R-AL-3), and Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) created an effective barrier to the passage of the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023 as it was originally written which, otherwise, enjoyed widespread support among other members of the House of Representatives. Apparently, these men value the campaign contributions they receive from the aerospace industry more than they value truth and transparency about UFOs/UAP coming from our government to the American people. Hopefully, voters in Ohio, Alabama, and Kentucky will keep this mind when these men come up for re-election. We must make UFO/UAP Disclosure an election issue!
The thin silver lining.
Despite this legislative failure, yesterday, on December 14, 2023, less efficacious but still significant UFO/UAP legislation was passed by the both the House and Senate that will be included in the NDAA 2024. That legislation establishes a historical UFO/UAP records collection within the National Archives, pending President Biden’s signature. Unfortunately, decisions regarding which records must be submitted to the National Archives UFO/UAP collection will be left to the same government entities that have been covering up the UFO/UAP reality for decades! Unfortunately, under the amendment that was passed, there will be no nine-members, presidentially appointed, independent citizens review board with the power of subpoena that was originally included in the Senate version of the UAP Disclosure Act of 2023.
For a detailed account of the “watered down” UFO/UAP language that was passed and will be included in the NDAA 2024, and a comparison of what might have been if not for the obstruction presented by Turner, Rodgers, and McConnell, I refer you to this well-researched article written by Douglas Dean Johnson.
When we listen to this colloquy (below) between Senator Schumer and Senator Rounds that transpired on the floor of the Senate yesterday, we can know that we still have reason to hope that many of our representatives in Congress, both Democrat and Republican, will continue the fight for more truth and transparency from our government regarding UFOs/UAP. It is critical that this happen! What we will discover through the reverse-engineering of these advanced, non-human UFO/UAP craft and technologies will help solve some of the serious problems confronting our civilization today. Therefore, these materials must be made available to the world’s broader scientific community. The hoarding of these materials by our government for over eight decades for the purpose of developing more advanced weapons must be condemned as unethical, short-sighted, and contrary to the well-being and progress of our global human family. How much money has been spent on these UFO reverse-engineering programs is unknown but could, by now, number in the trillions of dollars. And all of this spending has happened without the slightest bit of input or oversight coming from our elected representatives in Congress! This situation must change.
The New Paradigm Institute
Attorney Daniel Sheehan is strategizing a path to litigate our way toward UFO/UAP Disclosure. Any plan to accelerate UFO/UAP Disclosure is a good thing. His plan is to accomplish this through a nonprofit organization called The New Paradigm Institute (NPI). In the video below, Mr. Sheehan implores those who recognize the compelling need for truth and transparency about UFOs/UAP from our government to utilize a tool available on the NPI website. This tool allows you to easily forward a pre-written letter you will find there to your representatives in Congress. This letter will let your representatives in Congress know that you want Congress to hold additional open Congressional hearings through which approximately 40 UFO/UAP whistleblowers (who are already waiting in the wings) can give their testimony before Congress. This will allow them to tell Congress and the American people, under oath, some of what they know about the legacy programs they have been involved in and that presently exist within the miliary-industrial complex that are attempting to reverse-engineer recovered non-human crafts and technologies. How these craft, allegedly numbering in the double digits, came to be in the possession of our government is another question the answer to which we all have a Need to Know!
August 23, 2023. During the recent Republican Presidential debate, candidate Chris Christie was asked a legitimate question about UFOs. Listen to this clip of that exchange.
October 31, 2007. During a Democratic Presidential debate, Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich was asked this question about UFOs.
Seventeen years separate these two events, yet apparently little has changed in how a US political audience will respond to hearing “the UFO question” posed at a Presidential debate. When a question about UFOs was asked, the audience (and in this case also the moderator Martha MacCallum) still predictably responded with inappropriate laughter. Presidential candidates are still being allowed to dodge the UFO question while offering their less than insightful responses to the question with minimal elaboration. Do they really know anything about UFOs? We can’t really tell.
But in their defense, they take their immediate cues from their laughing audience. How do we explain this odd behavior, considering the one thing UFOs are not, is funny? UFOs are, or should be, regarded as serious business. We, that is the voting public, must do better than this if we want our representatives in Washington D.C., and especially our President, to take the matter of UFOs seriously. We should expect the moderators of Presidential debates to ask their UFO question with a demeanor of seriousness that the topic merits.
A lot has changed since 2007
A great deal of reliable information about UFOs now exists in the public domain since Dennis Kucinich was asked “the UFO question” in October 2007. However, either most people are still unaware of what we have learned or, alternatively, they simply won’t care about UFOs and will continue to regard them as a joke unless and until they are shown real, physical evidence of a UFO stemming from a non-human intelligence. I understand this but remind them that all such physical evidence has been and remains locked away today as highly classified information that is unwisely labeled as a threat to US national security. That is not going to change until a politically relevant number of US citizens demand UFO transparency and an end to the UFO cover-up.
In the interest of enlightening those who are not aware of new information surrounding the topic of UFOs that has come to light over the past 17 years, please consider the following important developments in the UFO narrative – none of which are a laughing matter. The US government has officially admitted that UFOs are real.
In 2007, previous Canadian Minister of Defense Paul Hellyer stated, “UFOs are as real as the airplanes flying over our heads.” This knowledge initially came to him through his privileged conversations with an unnamed US military General.
In 2007, previous governor of Arizona Fife Symington revealed his personal experience as a firsthand witness to the remarkable “Phoenix Lights” incident that occurred in March of 1997. Listen to his description HERE.
In July 2008, Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, publicly stated that the Roswell UFO crash happened, non-human pilots were recovered, and “we have been visited.” Listen to Dr. Mitchell speak about this HERE.
In 2009, researcher Robert Hastings published UFOs and Nukes – Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites in which Hastings reveals that US nuclear missiles have been disabled by UFOs on multiple occasions at multiple nuclear weapons sites. In August 2010 journalist Leslie Kean published her authoritative book on UFOs titled UFOs: Generals, Pilots, and Government Officials go on the Record. This book lent a new respectability to the reality of UFOs due to the high credibility of those who contributed their individual chapters to the book’s collection of firsthand UFO eyewitness accounts.
In April 2013 Steven Bassett, head of Paradigm Research Group, together with Canadian financier Ruben Langdon put together the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. This UFO Disclosure exercise was presented in Washington D.C. at The National Press Club. An assembly of 40 eyewitnesses testified about their UFO related experiences , under solemn oath, before a panel of six retired members of Congress during what was termed “mock Congressional hearings”. Dr. John Brandenburg has published the book Death on Mars: The Discovery of a Planetary Nuclear Massacre in which he presents his conclusion that an intelligent civilization on Mars was destroyed by nuclear weapons in the remote past (>300 million years ago.) Brandenburg’s research involved the analysis of specific isotopes of trace gases in Mars’ atmosphere and was funded by the US DoD who gave him permission to publish his findings. Brandenburg’s conclusions should give all of us pause as we consider the question of why the non-human presence here with us keeps on disabling our nuclear weapons.
3 USG videos (termed Tic Tac (or FLIR 1), Go Fast, and Gimbal) of still unexplained UFOs have been “leaked” by Christopher Mellon to the public. In September 2019, the USG confirmed these videos are real. Mellon has freely admitted to his role in this “leak”. Christopher Mellon is still a free man. Conclusion: we are in the midst of a “Controlled Disclosure Campaign”. They want you to know but are going about presenting these revelations through a gradual process in order to minimize the “ontological shock” that a full and abrupt UFO Disclosure would undoubtedly precipitate.
The US Navy has now established specific reporting requirements for its pilots who encounter UFOs.
Several US Navy pilots (David Fravor, Chad Underwood, Alex Dietrich, Ryan Graves) have spoken publicly about their airborne encounters with UFOs that they all believe are of non-human origin.
USS Princeton Chief of Radar Operations Kevin Day has revealed that his radar screen displayed fleets of UFOs over a period of two weeks which he described as appearing to be “raining UFOs”.
Radar data recalled by Kevin Day has been analyzed by Dr. Kevin Knuth, et al, in a paper titled Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles. Their estimate of peak power exhibited by a UFO was 1100 GW (1100 million watts). This power output exceeds the entire nuclear power output of the US by more than a factor of ten! Now, more than ever, we could use a source of power like that!
The existence of official US government programs titled Advanced Aerial Weapons Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) and Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), both tasked with studying UFOs and UFO-derived “metamaterials” has been revealed. Bigelow Aerospace was involved in those studies.
Robert Bigelow has stated, unequivocally, that “there is an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.” Listen HERE.
Scientists Dr. Eric Davis and Dr. Hal Putoff have confirmed their involvement in Bigelow Aerospace’s study of recovered UFOs of non-human origin. Listen HERE and HERE.
Previous USG intel officer Jay Stratton has gone on the record to reveal his involvement with the USG UFO studies programs (AAWSAP and AATIP), and the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon Task Force (UAPTF).
As a previous Director of AATIP, Luis Elizondo has gone public with his involvement in AATIP and its mission to study UFOs. Elizondo has stated UFOs are not the product of any nation on Earth. Elizondo has unmistakably hinted at his awareness that some UFOs stem from a non-human intelligence. Elizondo has confirmed that UFOs have disabled US nuclear missiles on multiple occasions.
A previous Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon has spoken publicly of his awareness of legacy USG programs intent on reverse engineering captured UFOs stemming from a non-human intelligence. He has stated that, to his knowledge, UFOs are not produced by any nation on Earth. He would know this. He, too, has confirmed that UFOs of non-human origin have disabled US nuclear weapons.
Congress has established the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), presently headed by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, to “study” UFOs. Thus far, the AARO office appears to be the latest iteration of decades of non-stop US DoD counterintelligence efforts bent toward dissuading American citizens from taking a greater interest in UFOs. Do not be fooled by AARO. They offer only more of the same drivel/propaganda we have been meanly subjected to by elements with our own government’s intelligence community since the time of the Roswell UFO crash in July 1947. After more than a year of existence they have no phone number to call, no website to contact, and a Twitter (now X) account with no Tweets. AARO is a scam.
NASA has established a working group to advise on how to study UFOs. Their report is due out any day now. How will they play this?
An interstellar object named Oumuamua has transited our solar system and has been determined by Harvard astrophysicist Dr. Avi Loeb to most likely be an artificial, intelligently designed probe of non-human origin propelled by a light sail.
Dr. Avi Loeb of Harvard University has created The Galileo Project to study UFOs.
In his book In Plain Sight, journalist Ross Coulthart revealed that previous Director of Naval Research Nat Kobitz admitted his knowledge of clandestine USG programs tasked with reverse engineering captured UFOs of non-human origin.
Dr. Garry Nolan of Stanford University has revealed his involvement in a USG study of approximately 100 individuals who have experienced physically harmful side effects from up close exposure to UFOs of non-human origin. If you encounter a UFO, keep your distance.
Decorated veteran and high-ranking US intel officer David Grusch has testified before Congress, under solemn oath, about the real existence of several legacy USG/private contractor programs responsible for recovering, studying, and reverse engineering captured UFOs and their non-human pilots. (Listen to an interview with David Grusch at the bottom of this post.)
Grusch alleges there has been misappropriation of taxpayer funds to keep these legacy UFO reverse engineering programs off the books and therefore invisible to Congress and to the American public.
Nonetheless, previous Director of HUD Katherine Austin Fitts and economics professor Dr. Mark Skidmore of Michigan State University analyzed public records of DoD spending, their analysis revealing that a colossal minimum of US $21 trillion dollars in “unsupported vouchers” that could not be accounted for. (For MAGA supporters, the “Deep State” will be outed with full UFO Disclosure.)
Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG) Thomas Monheim has reviewed the claims of David Grusch and characterized them as “urgent and credible”. Monheim allegedly referred Grusch’s claims and evidence to both the Senate and House Intel Committees for follow up. That process remains in progress.
US Senators Chuck Schumer (D-CA), Michael Rounds (R-SD), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Todd Young (R-IN) and Martin Heinrich (D-NM) have introduced an astounding bipartisan amendment to the NDAA 2024 titled The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023. This amendment details additional legal protections for UFO whistleblowers, declares USG imminent domain over any recovered non-human craft or technologies, and requires that any private corporation, USG asset, or private individual holding information pertaining to UFOs must release that information to a UAP Records Review Board for inclusion in the National Archives. Within the document, the term “non-human intelligence” appears twenty times. It is unlikely that this amendment would have been composed and presented as it is without the input of the Biden administration. Read it HERE.
Representatives Tim Burchett (R-TN), Anna Paulina Luna (R-NY), Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Andy Ogles (R-TN), Eric Burlison (R-MS), and Nancy Mace (R-SC) have recently sent this letter (below) to IC IG Thomas Monheim requesting his further validation of the information provided by David Grusch. Monheim’s response remains pending. (HoR Democrats need to get on the ball with this or be left behind.)
Here I must beg the pardon of film producer James Fox, film producer Randall Nickerson, tireless UFO researcher Dr. Steven Greer, Dr. John Mack, Dr. David Jacobs, Stanton Friedman, Linda Moulton Howe, and many others who have made major contributions to advancing the cause of UFO Disclosure. There is simply too much to include in this single article.
Does any of this sound funny to you?
Then why was a (presumably) astute political audience as well as Martha MacCallum herself laughing at her UFO question? This isn’t funny. According to David Grusch, Luis Elizondo, Christopher Mellon, and many others, there has been a mendacious campaign to target and mislead the American public about UFOs for many decades. By now there can be no question that this is true. Elements of the USG have employed counterintelligence techniques to deliberately confuse the American public about UFOs. Because every US citizen has been targeted, many citizens have been purposefully confused about UFOs (or UAP) and still do not yet know what to think about them. They are waiting to be told what UFOs are, who’s behind the wheel, what they want, where they come from, how they get here, how long they have been here, and how we should respond to them etc.. Therefore, presently and pathetically, they can only respond to the UFO question with laughter. Perhaps they also enjoy seeing a politician being “put on the spot” with the UFO question. There is no doubt that full Disclosure of the non-human presence on Earth is going to cause some people a lot of nervous anxiety given the vast array of serious implications associated with this dawning realization.
I am not a psychologist, but whatever the reason is behind this inappropriate response of laughter, we must all agree that if we want UFOs to be taken seriously by our political leaders, then we must not emasculate the importance of the UFO question when it is posed during upcoming Presidential debates with our derision and laughter. UFOs are no longer a joking matter. We need to know what our next President thinks about UFOs, what he/she will do to end the UFO cover-up, and how he/she intends to respond to the non-human intelligence behind UFOs. Apparently, Chris Christie doesn’t think UFOs are very important – but he is wrong about this.
Do you know what else isn’t a joking matter? Global climate change and its inextricable link to our use of fossil fuels for energy. Is there a way out of the complete mess we are creating with global climate change? UFOs may provide some of the answers we are looking for to combat this very real menace to the smooth continuity of human civilization on Earth. After all, 1100 GW of power produced by a single UFO is a lot of power! How much progress has been made toward reverse engineering UFO energy systems and can that progress, if any, be applied toward finally and for the rest of time divorcing our civilization from the use of fossil fuels for energy? How much progress has been made toward determining why this non-human intelligence has been disabling our nuclear weapons? We all have a need to knowthe answers to these questions!
But we may never know if we cannot stop laughing about UFOs. We must do better than this. Presidential debate moderators must ask their UFO questions with a poker face and no laughter as they hold our politicians’ feet to the fire while expecting and deserving a serious and insightful answer to their UFO question.

The News Nation interview with David Charles Grusch

Below is The Debrief article that introduced UFO whistleblower David Charles Grusch to the public. This article, in part, led to the July 26, 2023, US House of Representatives (HOR) Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs’ hearing on UFOs/UAP. It was Inspector General Intelligence Community (IG IC) Thomas A. Monheim who referred David Grusch to the Congressional Intel Committee with the admonition that Grusch’s allegations were “urgent and credible”. He should be questioned about this under oath.
On July 26, 2023, US intel officer turned UFO whistleblower David Grusch testified to Congress, under oath, the following:

He is coming forward with this information due to his sense of obligation to honor the oath he took to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
From 2019 to 2021 he served on the original UAP Task Force (UAPTF). (The UAPTF at that time reported to the Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist.)
The United States Government (USG) has retrieved multiple extraterrestrial (ET) spacecraft, some damaged but some intact.
The US government has known about the existence of crashed spacecraft of non-human origin since 1933 when such a (crashed) craft was recovered near Magenta, Italy and was then “scooped” by the United States’ military.
“The Program” (the term used by Grusch) to study and reverse-engineer these multiple non-human spacecrafts has existed within the US Department of Defense (DoD), liaising with privileged private US aerospace companies, for many decades.
Non-human (ET) UFO pilot remains, which Grusch refered to as “biologics”, have been recovered, retained, and studied in “The Program”.
“The Program” is directed by a group of career government officials who are both in and out of government.
For decades there has existed a counterintelligence / disinformation campaign intended to disenfranchise American citizens from this critical information, and he is aware of the “tradecraft” that has been applied to accomplish this mission. He will detail that “tradecraft” in a classified setting.
He and many other potential whistleblowers (~ 40?) have been harassed and threatened in malicious attempts to discourage their coming forward to Congress and to the public with this information. Grusch refers to this as “administrative terrorism”.
He declines to answer in this public hearing but would answer in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) whether some people have been murdered to keep these facts away from the American public.
He can provide a list of insider individuals “in the know” who are either hostile to or supportive of disclosing this information to the public.
He alleges misappropriations of government (taxpayer) funds that are illegally funneled to corporations based on IRAD (Independent Research and Development) invoices rather than competitive government bidding.
He stated he believes the “secrecy” and the deliberately constructed stigma surrounding UFOs/UAP has become a threat to the national security of the United States.
On April 22, 2022 Grusch briefed the head of AARO, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, about“his concerns” and provided Kirkpatrick with details of “where to look”.
History
The UAP Task Force (UAPTF) was established by The Pentagon at the behest of Congress on August 4, 2020. Retired intel officer turned whistleblower David Grusch testified that he was on the staff of the original UAPTF. On November 23, 2021, the UAPTF inexplicably morphed into the awkward sounding AOIMSG, the Airborn Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group that was headed by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, PhD. Within 8 months, AOIMSG devolved into the present-day All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), established on July 20, 2022, that continues to be headed by Dr. Kirkpatrick. Grusch has never claimed that he worked with AARO but has noted that he reported certain findings to AARO during his subsequent work with the NRO (National Reconaissance Office) and/or the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency). In a letter (below), Dr. Kirkpatrick denies this.
In his book In Plain Sight, journalist Ross Coulthart writes that during a series of phone calls with a dying US Dept. of Naval Research director Nat Kobitz, Coulthart asked him about “The Program” to reverse engineer recovered alien technology. Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, PhD
When we listen to Dr. Kirkpatrick’s recent interview with ABC News correspondent, at the 6:20 mark we hear this exchange:
DWYER: “You can say categorically that you have seen no convincing, confirmable evidence of intact spacecraft kept by the US government?”
KIRKPATRICK: “No, I have seennothing that leads me to that conclusion.”
DWYER: “Is it possible there is some secret program that you are just not aware of?”
KIRKPATRICK: “I don’t think so. I have access to anything and everything I need.”
At 6’20” mark Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick denies that he has “seen” any conclusive evidence of ET craft or technology.
So, there is a glaring conflict between the testimony given under oath to Congress by David Grusch and what Dr. Kirkpatrick casually states in this interview with ABC’s Devin Dwyer. Must American citizens parse every single word spoken by our employees in government to get to the truth about non-human UFOs/UAP and the legacy programs in place to reverse-engineer them?
On July 28, 2023, this letter of rebuttal, allegedly written by Dr. Kirkpatrick and posted to his LinkedIn account, appeared on social media. I saw it on Twitter.
The letter is undated. There is no DoD letterhead. The letter is unsigned. Regarding the contents of the letter, we should question the following:
Why is Dr. Kirkpatrick responding to Grusch’s allegation (that he gave Kirkpatrick the names of corporations, divisions, and individuals involved in “The Program” on April 22, 2022) via his personal LinkedIn page in a letter that does not carry the DoD or DNI letterhead, i.e., in an apparently unofficial capacity?
If AARO is trying to remove the stigma attached to UFOs/UAP, why does Kirkpatrick claim that those who chose to work for AARO did so “with not unreasonable anxieties about the career risks this would entail.” Such a statement subtlety reinforces the UFO/UAP stigma.
During the July 26 hearing there was no specific statement from Grusch that any member of AARO was personally responsible for the retaliation, harassment, threats, and even murders that Grusch alleges or intimates have occurred, yet Kirkpatrick’s response suggests that such allegations against AARO were made by Grusch. I did not hear that in Grusch’s testimony.
Kirkpatrick states that Grusch refused to speak with AARO. Grusch stated that he spoke with Kirkpatrick about “his concerns” on April 22, 2022. Thus, Grusch presented his concerns to AOIMSG which was also headed by Kirkpatrick in April 2022. Therefore, Kirkpatrick has received the information from Grusch about “The Program” but has either ignored it or, for some reason, failed to act on it. Either way, one of these two men is lying.
Kirkpatrick states that some information Grusch has presented to Congress has not been presented to AARO. Given that Congress specifically mandated the establishment of AARO to get to the truth about UFOs/UAP, this allegation seems highly unlikely. If Kirkpatrick doesn’t have that information, how would he know this?
During AARO’s briefing of the Senate Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities chaired by Kirsten Gillibrand in April 2023 (3 months ago), Dr. Kirkpatrick went out of his way to make this statement, for the record, but not under oath: “AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.” He added that, “In the event sufficient scientific data were ever obtained that a UAP encountered can only be explained by extraterrestrial origin, we are committed to working with our interagency partners at NASA to appropriately inform U.S. government leadership of its findings.” In other words, that will never happen.
In the last paragraph of his rebuttal, Kirkpatrick doubles down on his position that “AARO has yet to find any credible evidence to support the allegations of any reverse-engineering program for non-human technology.”
The AARO Executive Council (AAROEXEC), led by Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (USD(I&S)) Ronald Moultrie, will provide oversight and direction to the AARO along these primary lines of effort:
1. Surveillance, Collection and Reporting 2. System Capabilities and Design 3. Intelligence Operations and Analysis 4. Mitigation and Defeat (of what?) 5. Governance 6. Science and Technology
In none of these “lines of effort” is AARO instructed to break down the doors of the corporations, divisions, and individuals that have been named by Grusch as part of “The Program”. AARO has not been tasked with analyzing historic UFO events like the Roswell incident, the Phoenix Lights incident, the Aztec NM incident, the Ariel School contact event, the Tehran Iran incident, the Varginha Brazil incidents, the 1952 UFOs over the US Capital incident, or any other past UFO events. Nor has AARO been tasked with following up on the claims of any whistleblowers like Robert Salas regarding multiple instances when UFOs have disabled US nuclear weapons. None of this is supposed to be in the wheelhouse of AARO, so why has Dr. Kirkpatrick gone out of his way, once again, to rebuke the whistleblowers and the Congressional subcommittee that held last Wednesday’s hearing while reiterating his pronouncement that AARO “has yet to find any credible evidence of any reverse-engineering program for non-human technology”? Is the meaning of “He who doth protest too much” reflected in Dr. Kirkpatrick’s somewhat bizarre behaviors? I think so.
Of course, Dr. Kirkpatrick and AARO have not found such evidence. They have not been looking for such evidence because it is not in their job description! Why does Dr. Kirkpatrick seem to want us to think that it is, that they have looked, and they have found nothing in regard “The Program”, extraterrestrials, recovered spacecraft, etc.?
Grusch’s Term “Tradecraft” – What Does it Entail?
Control the narrative by controlling classified access to information through claims of national security. That AARO (the only officially acknowledged USG office we have to investigate UFOs) and (counter)intelligence officer Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick answer only to officials only within DoD and DNI is an obvious case of “the fox guarding the hen house”. These are the very same USG organizations within the executive branch that have been involved in gaslighting American citizens about the “nonexistence” of recovered non-human spacecrafts, programs to reverse-engineer those spacecrafts, and the non-human intelligence (NHI) behind those crafts. This, despite citizens reporting UFOs in the skies all over the world for decades. By keeping UFO-related information confined within the DoD and DNI and protecting that information under the guise of national security, the media and the public can only rely on patriotic whistleblowers like Col. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr., MD, David Grusch, Capt. Robert Salas, Col. Philip Corso, Capt. David Schindele, and many others to wrench the truth from those in the DoD and DNI who, like Dr. Kirkpatrick, have no intention of ever revealing any truth about UFOs to American citizens.
Control the narrative by keeping things confusing. It’s no longer UFO. Now it’s UAP. It’s UAP Task Force. No, now it’s AOIMSG (“pronounced AIMSOG”), the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. Wait, instead let’s go with AARO, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office. It’s not “aerial”, now it’s “anomalous”. Get the (confusing) picture? This is our government allegedly working for us.
Control the narrative by controlling a malleable and cooperative mainstream media. It is July 29, three full days after the historic revelations of the July 26, 2023, 10 AM EST Congressional hearing on UFOs/UAP. The story of this event has not appeared in a single front-page headline of the New York Times or the Washington Post. Alarm bells. We find ourselves (gratefully) relying on independent online news sources like News Nation and various online podcasts like Need to Know, Weaponized, and Project Unity to help us understand what is happening. When convenient or necessary, the secret-keepers will use MSM news outlets like ABC (above) to reinforce the notion that “no evidence of extraterrestrials has been discovered.” Today’s example is on full display with SETI’s Seth Shostak penning this article for publication through MSNBC. These are very recent cases of the “extremely unethical and immoral” counterintelligence campaign of misinformation and disinformation (gaslighting) Grusch has mentioned that has been waged against American citizens for decades.
Control the narrative by denigrating or compromising witnesses and whistleblowers. This strategy is exactly what we see in Dr. Kirkpatrick’s letter above as he derides David Grusch and the House Subcommittee for besmirching the work of AARO and implying that accusations of harrassment and threats were leveled at AARO – which did not really happen during the hearing. Watch it (above) for yourself. Dr. Kirkpatrick paints AARO as a whistleblower – friendly organization, inviting whistleblowers to his office within the DoD that has been hostile to UFO Disclosure from the beginning. Whistleblowers are allegedly referring to AARO as a “honey pot” to attract and then “manage” them via tried-and-true measures of counterintelligence. If I could be a whistleblower, AARO is the last place I would look to for support. Go to Congress. Go to Ryan Graves via Americans for Safe Aerospace. Go to George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell. Luis Elizondo or Chris Mellon. Go to any of these other than Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick at AARO. In my opinion he is not to be trusted.
Control the narrative by stirring sentiments of American patriotism. In his letter Dr. Kirkpatrick exhibits this strategy in full bloom, emphasizing how devoted AARO is to truth and transparency. How Grusch’s testimony is an insult to AARO, its employees, and to the (widely beloved) US Dept. of Defense. He expounds on how AARO ‘s staff are “pouring their hearts” into finding the truth while being wrongfully maligned by David Grusch. There is a battle for your mind going on here, and AARO must not be allowed to prevail. The DoD and IC are being painted into a corner, there exists no graceful way out of what is coming, and they will fight tooth and nail with all of these “tradecraft” counterintelligence strategies to worm their way out of the profound mess they have created through decades of misleading the public about UFOs.
Control the narrative by lies of commission and omission. Dr. Kirkpatrick may not have personally seen evidence of non-human technology, or recovered alien spacecrafts, or non-human “biologics”, or “The Program(s)” where these are physically housed, but we can be certain he knows that these exist. He simply has not officially looked for these programs, despite the fact that he was made aware of them in April 2022. Looking for them has never been part of his or AARO’s formal job description. Do not call this man to testify to Congress under oath. That move will mark the end of the beginning of UFO truth and transparency.
Conclusion
It is critical that more USG whistleblowers, preferably first-hand whistleblowers, step forward at this moment in time in support of Grusch’s claims! Grusch reassures us they are out there, and they also want this information revealed! Your country and this planet need your testimony. Please come forward!
It is rumored that another open public hearing will take place in September 2023 in the Senate when Congress returns from its summer recess. Given what we now know, this should happen “toot suite” upon their return to Washington DC. Every allegation made by Grusch is of such importance that no more time should be wasted entertaining the rantings of Dr. Kirkpatrick, Mick West, Steven Greenstreet, Dr. Seth Shostak, Michael Schermer, James Oberg, and others like them who are part of a shrinking faction of citizens and officials within our government who have, for decades, been hiding this information from Congress and the American people by every means at their disposal.
Congress MUST take the reins of the UFO narrative. We do not want a military mindset bent on “mitigation and defeat” of the non-human extraterrestrial civilization(s) currently in contact with this planet and with our civilization to control our responses to what is happening. Any non-human intelligence arriving here will be, a priori, much more advanced in their technology, and that likely includes their weaponry. We live in an ancient and infinite Universe. There will be many intelligent civilizations out there who will arrive here before we get there. Intelligence explores. It’s what they do. Greeting them with nuclear weapons raised will not be a foreign policy in our best interests. A little humility will go a long way here. We are a nascent civilization, and we are at a crossroads.
Global climate change (GCC) is real. Our only planet is literally on fire. Ocean temperatures of 101 F are today reported off the coast of Florida. Sensitive corals are dying worldwide. Both the Arctic and Antarctic ice sheets are collapsing.
Canada and Europe are being ravaged by the worst wildfire seasons they have ever experienced. Billions of creatures died in the horrific wildfires of Australia in 2019.
In this paper titled Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles, a professor of physics at SUNY, Dr. Kevin Knuth, PhD, Robert Powell, and Dr. Peter Reali made an approximate calculation of the UFO’s energy output during the Tic Tac UFO incident using data recalled by USS Princeton radar officer Kevin Day. Knuth’s estimate was 1100 GW (that’s 1000 million watts), more than 10 times the current amount of nuclear energy produced in the US today! Recovered NHI technologies released to the world’s scientific community today might allow us to transition away from fossil fuels in short order and avoid the full-blown consequences of GCC tomorrow.
Our civilization is facing an existential crisis on many fronts. Vladimir Putin is brandishing nuclear weapons in the war in Ukraine. The NHI’s apparent warnings about our nuclear weapons should not go unheeded much longer.
