Some important statements were made by Drs. Hal Putoff and Larry Lemke during the recent SOL Foundation Forum streamed live on YouTube on March 21, 2025. The entire video is worth listening to, but I want to draw your attention to what is said during the following time stamps.

We are being told by long-time UFO researchers, both having U.S. government security clearances, that the NHI behind UFOs are non-human beings. These beings are here with us. They are intelligent to a degree that has allowed them to design and manufacture trans-medium (sea, air, and space), “post-Newtonian” spacecraft that do not rely on chemical propellants and can outperform our most advanced fighter jets and spacecraft by orders of magnitude.
We’ve heard similarly provocative and direct statements made previously by Col. Phillip Corso, Col. Karl Nell, Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Col. David Grusch, Director of AATIP Luis Elizondo, and a host of other “experiencers” who have had direct, face-to-face exposure to a variety of these non-human beings. None of this is being covered by the mainstream media.
An Eerie Societal Silence
As a UFO Disclosure activist, I have taken on the role of Coordinator for New Paradigm Institute’s Citizens for Disclosure campaign in both of Montana’s Congressional voting districts. In this capacity, I have been trying to stir Montana voters to take an active interest in the revelations that UFOs are real, we are not alone, this reality has been covered up by our government for decades, and Congress has been largely excluded from any involvement in the management of our nation’s response to these intelligent, non-human beings. My overtures have not been rebuffed but, instead, are simply being met by a wall of silence. My letters to Montana politicians, city officials, environmental groups, communities of faith, college administrators, and university professors of science are all going unacknowledged and unanswered.
What does this lack of response mean? Is it that people have been so conditioned to dismiss UFOs and aliens that they cannot be persuaded think otherwise? Do they believe that, if this was true, they would already know this? Are they convinced that governments cannot keep decades-old secrets? Is it that they don’t want to believe it because they are frightened by the idea that we are not alone? Are they concerned that this new knowledge will infringe on their preconceived worldviews, like their religious beliefs or, ultimately, who’s in charge of this planet? Are they still under the spell of the artificially created but now crumbling social taboo that once surrounded the topic of UFOs? Maybe it’s all of the above.
Whatever the explanations may be for our society’s torporous response to the fact that we are not alone, we need to get past them, and soon. The interest in and actions against our nation’s nuclear weapons shown by the NHI carries an important message. Failing to correctly interpret the message may have serious consequences for all of us. Guessing at what that message might be has little value. To fully understand the message without ambiguity, we must begin to have open and transparent communication with the NHI. Whether that has already taken place within some faction of our government remains a valid but still open question. If it has, that facet of the “Disclosure Process” we are currently experiencing has yet to unfold – but needs to and soon.
A Big Ask?
Is it asking too much for people to begin appropriately responding to all of this? Hasn’t this gone far enough to not only pique your interest, but to also motivate you to become more actively involved in efforts to let your representatives in Congress know that you want the truth about this? Will you let them know that you will have their back when they aggressively pursue finding out who knows the what, where, when, and how about UFOs and the NHI behind them? Do you want to know how much progress has been made in reverse engineering alien craft, and at what cost to the taxpayer? How close are we to implementing any new energy technologies derived from UFOs that may have been discovered? Should we still be giving billions of dollars to Elon Musk / SpaceX for apparently primitive chemical rockets rather than investing that money in the research and development of recovered UFO technologies? Can we determine who has been responsible for the UFO cover up and how we can prevent something like this from ever happening again? There are many facets to the UFO/NHI story that we need to explore, yet we have barely scratched the surface of any of these. Montana Citizens for Disclosure aims to change that.
