In the video clip below, Dr. Gregory Rogers explains what he witnessed in 1992 on a video monitor in an office at Cape Canaveral Space Center. Dr. Rogers was trusted by NASA to be the designated flight surgeon for 31 manned Space Shuttle missions. His credentials are unassailable.
What does a flight surgeon do? From the NASA.gov website:
“A Flight Surgeon is a physician that has specialized training and board certification in Aerospace Medicine. Most flight surgeons are also board certified in an additional specialty such as family medicine or neurology and maintain their certifications in both specialties. This extensive academic requirement means that most flight surgeons will undergo an average of 12 to 14 years of undergraduate, medical, residency, and clinical training before earning the title. And the training doesn’t stop there. Flight surgeons must stay current on new technologies and advancements in telemedicine, pharmaceuticals, treatment protocols, and diagnostic techniques to address the challenges of medical care for the crew in-orbit.”

If the USAF had successfully (if only partially) reverse-engineered a functional NHI “flying saucer” in 1992, that was 33 years ago. How much progress has been made since then? How much money is being spent on these classified Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs)? How many members of Congress, those we elect to represent us, have been kept consistently informed about these programs to reverse-engineer flying saucers that stem from recovered ET/NHI craft? What are the planned uses for these craft? Will they be used as weapons, vehicles capable of delivering a nuclear weapon anywhere in the world within 1-2 minutes after the decision to launch has been made? Is that what we want to come from the study of these craft? What about clean energy to power our civilization now and into the future? How about a program to communicate with the NHI behind UFOs, to ask them a thousand questions, the answers to which might be of existential importance to the survival of our and millions of other species?

“International UFO Bureau” – more gaslighting from our government?
Finally, what is the International UFO Bureau that Dr. Rogers has aligned with and speaks so highly of? I follow this subject of UFOs closely, and this is the first I have heard of International UFO Bureau. IUFOB refers to itself as “The Vanguard of UFO Research”. Reviewing the IUFOB’s website, board of directors, etc., I have never heard of any of these people.
Personally, I’m sticking with and continuing to lend my support to New Paradigm Institute!
For me, the IUFOB appears to be another smoke screen like SETI – or another “MUFON 2.0”. A new dumping ground for thousands of UFO sightings and reports that never go anywhere. IUFOB’s position appears to be that more scientific research on UFOs is the direction we should be going. I beg to differ. What is urgently needed at this time is what New Paradigm INstitute is demanding – more honesty from our government concerning what is already well known by the USAF about UFOs and the NHI behind them. There are people within our government / USAF who already know many of these answers. According to Dr. Rogers, the USAF knew how to manipulate gravity in 1992! It is likely they learned about this from the study of the craft (and alien bodies) they recovered near Roswell in 1947, near Aztec NM in 1948, and near Kingman AZ in 1952.
We, the People have already paid for all the research that’s already been done on these recovered NHI craft. Your grandparents paid for it, your parents paid for it, and now you are paying for it. It is well past the time when we should be told the truth about what we have been paying for! Citizens have a right to know this information, and the only way we are going to get it is through our elected representatives in Congress passing legislation mandating that this happen.
