So, lets think about what Dan has told us. This happened 19 years ago, yet we have heard nothing about our USAF possessing a craft like this one Dan describes. We did not hear reports of it used in the war in Iraq. Do members of Congress, you know, those we elected, know anything about this? Considering the performance characteristics Dan describes, what would have been the R&D costs involved in producing such a craft? Considering that the U.S. GAO states that the sustainment cost of the USAF’s F-35 stealth fighter in 2023 was estimated to be $1.58 Trillion dollars, it is difficult to imagine what the cost of an “aircraft” like Dan describes would be. I cannot even venture a guess, but whatever it would be, we can be certain the number would also be in the several to many trillions of dollars. It’s no wonder that our national debt recently soared to $38 Trillion dollars and is now climbing faster than ever..
Dan says the football field size craft he witnessed had no signage like “USAF” on it, yet he viewed this aerial display on/over Eglin AFB. This implies that the craft either belonged to the USAF or the U.S. Space Force, or…what? Might it have belonged to a visiting Non-Human Intelligence (NHI / ETs / aliens)? If the craft was owned and operated by aliens, the scenario Dan describes implies that the USAF, USSF, and/or NSA observers on the ground were expecting and prepared for this aerial air show. The portable generators powering bright mast lights were there and ready, and Dan does not describe a scene of pandemonium or terror with respect to the military observers who were present. That the craft engaged in repetitive “touch and go” maneuvers until Dan became bored strongly suggests this was like an airshow performance.
Does all of this mean that the USAF or USSF has a relationship with one or more species of ETs who they are in communication with? Well, we know from a man named Dan Sherman that he was trained by the NSA in psionic techniques that allowed him to communicate with ETs. We live in a country where universal health care is anathema, many of our citizens cannot afford food, homeless numbers are burgeoning, yet we continue to say, “Thank you for your service.” Who are they serving?
None of this seems to matter to the U.S. Department of Defense. They will take your tax dollars and spend them on the war machine faster than you can hand them over. What if we lived in a world where we made war anathema? What would that look like?
Some refer to the long standing UFO cover-up as America’s “Cosmic Watergate”. In his keynote address at this summer’s 2025 Contact in the Desert conference, Australian journalist Ross Coulthart of News Nation castigates U.S. military leaders, members of Congress, and mainstream media “journalists” for their abject failure to meaningfully address to UFO cover-up. Mr. Coulthart’s message, however, also inspires hope for those of us who are no longer tolerant of being gaslighted by our government about the reality of UFOs and the non-human intelligence behind them. We know this is real, and we are winning the battle for UFO truth and transparency!
Even U.S. General Colin Powell publicly stated that “nuclear weapons are useless”. Do we not all agree that every nuclear weapons-armed country must never deploy their nuclear weapons of mass destruction? So, then, why do we have them?
Weapons we cannot use are expensive!
Estimates of the cost of the U.S. nuclear weapons program since its inception amount to $5.8 trillion USD, almost 15% of the current U.S. debt. The projected cost of the presently planned upgrade of the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal is estimated to be around $1.7 trillion over the next 30 years. That’s a significant addition to the current $37 trillion in U.S. debt to pay for nuclear weapons that almost everyone agrees should not and cannot ever be used again. This figure does not include the costs of cleanup of the superfund sites that will be left behind as a result of manufacturing a new generation of the “nuclear pits” (plutonium triggers) that initiate the chain reaction in a nuclear warhead. Your children, grandchildren, and their children are going to be paying for all of that. We must begin speaking up for them because, from a monetary perspective alone, this plan is nothing short of insanity.
Has Trump launched WWIII?
Yesterday, President Trump ordered the “bunker-busting” bombing of three sites in Iran alleged to be involved in enriching uranium to potentially produce nuclear weapons. He took this action without the consent of Congress and despite his campaign promises to be a “President of peace”; a world leader so skilled in “the art of the deal” that he would never need to resort to war to broker equitable solutions to international conflicts.
Now, with Trump and his Generals having potentially started WWIII, all of us are obliged to question how this new and dangerous turn of events might have been avoided. More importantly, what could be done today to prevent the escalation of this war to what could potentially become a nuclear war. How about this deal, President Trump? Let’s everyone agree to rid our world of nuclear weapons! Many will say this could never happen, but perhaps that’s because this has never been attempted!
Should any nation have nuclear weapons?
The issue that provoked this action by PresidentTrump is whether Iran should be allowed to have nuclear weapons. The issue should be whether any nation, including the U.S. and Israel, should be allowed to have nuclear weapons. Threatening (bullying) other nations with nuclear weapons of mass destruction is clearly unethical and immoral. Trump’s ill-advised action has potentially opened the door to a full-blown thermonuclear holocaust, one that could not only decimate our human civilization and send us back to the stone age, but could also irreparably damage the life-sustaining ecosystems of this planet upon which all living beings’ lives depend. Those beings’ lives include every plant and every animal that have evolved on this planet over millions of years. They have no voice at the (prently non-existent) nuclear negotiating table. Those of us with a conscience, who understand right from wrong, must speak for them.
Nuclear weapons are now a liability!
As far as our nation’s pre-Trump and righteous intervention in Putin’s invasion of Ukraine is concerned, Putin’s repeated threats to escalate the war in Ukraine to a nuclear war effectively hobbled our nation’s military response to his blatant military aggression. Was he serious in making that threat? What happens when he invades Poland or Finland and he repeats that threat? Will the U.S. and NATO be forced to back down, once again finding ourselves held hostage under Putin’s threat of nuclear war? Will we ever find it advisable, or perhaps even unavoidable, to call his bluff? If that scenario one day becomes unavoidable, that day may finally lead us to our world’s road to perdition. Do we ever want to take that chance when we could avoid that scenario altogether by enacting a worldwide ban of nuclear weapons?
A nation of Christian values?
The predominantly Christian state of Louisiana wants to see the “Ten Commandments” posted in every public classroom in that state. Those Ten Commandments do not say, “Thou shalt not kill – but consider it OK to drop an atomic bomb on an innocent and unsuspecting population of millions of civilians.” The hypocrisy we see in the U.S. today has simply gone off the scales. Having a “strong military” does not necessarily have to include the threatened ability to incinerate a million innocents in the span of one minute. Surely everyone can agree on that. The ONLY way we are going to avoid this unmitigated future catastrophe is to enact a worldwide ban of nuclear weapons. Every world nation must sign on to the United Nations’ Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons that was ratified on October 24, 2020. We are running out of time to make this happen.
Now, let’s talk about the ET factor.
The non-human intelligence (NHI, or ET) engaging with this planet and with our people have repeatedly disabled both U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons on multiple occasions. USAF officers (missileers) turned whistleblowers, Capt. Robert Salas, Capt. David Schindele, and Capt. Robert Jacobs, among others, who were present when these shocking events happened have told us this. Previous Deputy Assistant SecDef for Intel, Christopher Mellon, has said so. Previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), Luis Elizondo, has said so. Previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Special Applications Program (AAWSAP), Jay Stratton, has said so. If you did not know this before now, then you are behind the times and you need to begin paying attention to the UAP Disclosure Act of 2025 currently making its way through Congress. ET/NHI’s interest in U.S. nuclear assets is mentioned in that document as well.
All who have been paying attention to this agree that there is a message behind these repeated NHI/ET interventions with our nuclear weapons, That message, simply stated, appears to be, “Ditch the nuclear weapons!” So far as I am aware, there has never been an “or else” attached to that message behind these interventions. However, cattle mutilations that we know are perpetrated by NHI/ET on innocent animals exhibit an extreme level of violence that strongly hints at what these beings may be capable of and willing to engage in, if they become adequately provoked. If we begin to discover dead humans subjected to those same stereotypical excisions we are seeing in cattle mutilations, we will know we have crossed a red line we should never have crossed. We will be wise to take these ET/NHI nuclear interventions extremely seriously. Our very lives may depend on that. Once the NHI/ET determine to choose this path, we will not be able to stop it from happening.
That no U.S. President has ever seen fit to formally advise American citizens about these ET/NHI nuclear interventions is unconscionable and irresponsible. This “oversight” constitutes a slap in the face of every U.S. citizen who have been gaslighted (gaslit?) by our own government about UFOs, ETs, crop circles, cattle mutilations, and alien abductions for our entire lives. I once thought of myself as a Progressive Democrat, but no longer. And I certainly will not be supporting the Republican faction, the party of liars, thieves, rapists, pedophiles, and welfare for the rich. I am left in no man’s land within the boundaries of my own, once-beloved nation.
I love the ideals this nation purportedly stands for, but the divergence between theory and practice has become so glaringly disparate it can no longer be ignored, nor can it be tolerated.
What can you do?
Today, right now, you can do three things. You can write to or call your representatives in Congress and express your support for a worldwide ban of nuclear weapons. You can join as a member of New Paradigm Institute (https://newparadigminstitute.org), a nonprofit organization presently working with Congress to pass the UAP Disclosure Act of 2025. If you’re not speaking out about this, then you can count yourself as complicit when the inevitable finally happens.
A Constitutional Crisis Demands a Congressional Investigation—Now
Credible whistleblower accounts point to an alarming possibility: elements of the U.S. government—or private aerospace contractors acting in their name—may be secretly using military force against Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs.
If true, this isn’t just a hidden military program. It’s a direct assault on the U.S. Constitution and democratic oversight.
No sitting president has publicly authorized these actions. No Congress has approved them. And yet, the shoot-downs may be happening—off the books, beyond the law, and possibly even beyond presidential knowledge.
These are the six realistic scenarios:
Presidential Overreach: The U.S. chief executive authorized secret military strikes on UAP without informing Congress, violating the War Powers Act and the Intelligence Authorization Act.
Presidential Exclusion:Rogue military or intelligence operatives have been acting without the President’s knowledge—an extra-constitutional power center operating in the dark.
Privatized War Effort: Aerospace defense corporations use force with tacit executive approval, without congressional oversight or public accountability.
Ghost Chain of Command:A “waived” Special Access Program has been operating under outdated authority—shielded from oversight and immune to audit.
Strategic Ambiguity Abuse:Covert UAP strikes have been justified under vague claims of imminent threat, deliberately bypassing legal checks and balances.
Black-Market Security Regime:Private entities have been engaging in military action against UAP without government approval, motivated solely by profit.
Each scenario is unacceptable. All represent a breakdown of civilian control and constitutional rule of law.
We demand answers. And Congress must act. The War Powers Act and the Intelligence Authorization Act were enacted to prevent this kind of secret, unauthorized warfare. Congress has the legal tools to investigate; it just needs the political will.

First, please listen to this short video clip below taken from a recent interview with Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) on the podcast titled The Benny Show. This interview was uploaded to YouTube on October 9, 2024. While you listen, keep in mind that Representative Gaetz sits on the House Armed Services Committee. This is one of the four powerful Congressional committees that has allegedly been receiving recent oral and written testimonies from approximately forty new, first hand UFO whistleblowers. These whistleblowers are claiming that the U.S. Military-Industrial-Intelligence Complex (MIIC) sponsors an extraterrestrial UFO crash recovery and reverse engineering program. According to journalist Michael Shellenberger, this illegal Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) has been operating beyond the boundaries laid out by our Constitution under the name “Immaculate Constellation”. After watching the clip, I highly encourage you to click on the link above and read Shellenberger’s article. So, you just heard what Representative Gaetz said during this interview. After he said this, he immediately diverted the conversation to a different topic. But Mr. Gaetz, a sitting Congressman on an important HOR committee, said enough for us to know that Shellenberger’s reporting must be an accurate account from a new UFO whistleblower. The USG has a UFO crash recovery and reverse engineering program that Gaetz surprisingly states is now “open source information”. He says “biologics” are being recovered with these crafts. If these were American, Russian, or Chinese pilots behind the wheel of these recovered crafts, Gaetz would have said so. But he said “biologics”, that term previously introduced by UFO whistleblower David Grusch and meaning the (presumably) dead remains of non-human biological beings (NHI, or Non-Human Intelligence). These beings are apparently smart enough to design, manufacture, and operate these UFO crafts that operate in ways far beyond the capabilities of any man-made aircraft, including the USAF’s new F-22 Raptor. Conclusion: we are not alone on this planet as the only human(oid) and intelligent species! There are others, and we are slowly being introduced to their existence through the processof UFO Disclosure. That process is now well underway. In fact, it is becoming difficult to keep up with all of the new developments and revelations coming our way. With UFOs, separating the wheat from the chaff has always been made deliberately difficult. Representative Gaetz’ statement is wheat.
Another story relevant to this discussion.
The Jesse A. Marcel Library (JAML) exists to help raise citizen’s awareness of information available in the public domain that concerns UFOs and the extraterrestrials in contact with this planet. For example, on the shelves of the JAML are a series of books written by Lt. Charles James Hall (ret.) titled Millennial Hospitality. In these books is written the story of Hall’s two year relationship with a race of extraterrestrials he calls “The Tall Whites”. Hall alleges that he encountered these Tall White ETs on multiple occasions during his tour of duty with the USAF. These events occurred while Hall was working as a weather observer at a remote weather station located within Nevada’s now famous Nellis AFB / Area 51! You can watch a documentary of Hall’s story on Apple TV.
Hall’s account goes into surprising detail about his relationship with the Tall Whites. As those events unfolded, it was revealed to him that the Tall Whites occupy a base that exists inside of a mountain that is located within the Nellis AFB complex in Nevada. The Nellis AFB complex, which includes the Tonopah Missile Range, occupies over 5000 square miles in southwest Nevada. Hall claims to have witnessed the comings and goings of the Tall Whites’ UFO craft from the peak of this mountain which Hall never named in his books but which we now know is Urania Peak. This mountain is situated within Nye County, NV and is, in fact, located within the Nellis AFB complex. How do we now know this? Please listen to this interview with Richard Doty who witnessed, first hand, the opening of this Tall Whites’ UFO base on the top of Urania Peak.
This will be shocking information for many Americans who quickly realize the implication that our US government (USG) has had an ongoing relationship with this race of Tall White extraterrestrials. This has likely been the case for many decades. We can surmise that the tight security of the Nellis AFB complex is, at least in part, due to the presence of this Tall Whites’ extraterrestrial base. According to Charles Hall and others, our government helped construct and supply this base and now helps protect it from any potential intruders (us) under the threat of deadly force. How did this arrangement come to be?
We find further corroboration of all of this in a book titled The Universe Beyond the Horizon, written by Israeli Brigadier General Haim Eshed. General Eshed is highly respected in Israel. He is considered to be the father of Israel’s space program. Eshed has held a teaching position in aeronautics and astronautics at Israel’s university of technology called the Technion. In the book, Eshed plainly states his certain knowledge that the USG has had an ongoing relationship with a race of extraterrestrial beings for decades. Eshed reveals the existence of a “Galactic Federation” comprised of several advanced ET civilizations who stem from other planets within our Milky Way Galaxy. Eshed goes on to write that our US MIIC has troops who are stationed within an underground base on Mars and who cooperatively work there alongside a race of ETs!
Are your socks still on?
Presently, US citizens are being informed about all of this via drip after drip of information coming from highly credible sources. Luis Elizondo’s new book Imminent is a must-read, telling us that Roswell happened and two extraterrestrial UFOs were recovered along with their four dead pilots (“biologics”) in July 1947. A previous director of the US AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapons Applications Program), Dr. James Lakatski, has told us that the US MIIC has a UFO derived from non-human intelligence in hand and has “gained access to its interior”. New information is coming at us relatively quickly when compared to the past several decades. For most of our lives we were told that UFOs are not a thing and of no concern to us. Now we find that our government has been funding the construction of an alien base inside a mountain and maintaining its security year after year, yet we citizens were never formally told about this. We still haven’t been formally told, but the evidence is mounting that this is, in fact, the case. I’m sorry if you are just now starting to absorb all of this. It’s a lot to swallow.
There is still much we citizens need to know about the nature of this relationship between our US MIIC and this particular group of Tall White extraterrestrials. Is this a friendly, mutually beneficial relationship? Or did our government enter into this apparent agreement only under duress? Does our government share any common goals with these ETs? Will their energy technologies help save us from the worst case scenarios of global climate change? How many of our tax dollars have been and are still being spent on achieving these goals? Does it number in the millions, billions, or trillions of dollars while our national debt continues to soar? Why is Elon Musk still launching SpaceX rockets using chemical propellants when there is obviously a much better way of achieving space flight? Why have some group of ETs been disabling our nuclear weapons? Are we caught up in a war between ET races? And what about the several phenomena that parallel the UFO phenomenon? I’m referring to alien abductions, crop circles, and cattle mutilations. What does our government know about these “accessory phenomena” that they have also not been telling us? If we aren’t considering these other facets of alien contact with this planet and our civilization then, in my opinion, we aren’t seriously scrutinizing the reality we are living in with the thought motivated by the curiosity that they do indeed merit.
Whatever we eventually learn about the nature of this ongoing relationship, we can be sure that, in terms of the average American citizens’ quality of life in this country, some involuntary sacrifices have been made. Many US citizens have experienced medical bankruptcies because our nation still lacks state funded universal health care. Hundreds of thousands of US citizens are homeless and living on the streets all across this country. US military spending is out the roof and the Pentagon has never passed an audit. If we truly live in a democracy, we would have been made aware of these ET happenings a long time ago and the sacrifices by citizens this MIIC-ET relationship would entail. Truth be told, we do not live in a true democracy any more. What we have is a military junta painted over with a veneer of democracy that deals only with trifling domestic issues. But that doesn’t mean that I am not going to vote this coming November. My vote is all I have to help steer this nation back in the right direction.
Why is the USA lagging behind?
During recent visits to China and Japan, I experienced the convenience and efficiency of traveling by high speed rail. These trains make our US rail system seem antiquated, an anachronism in what Americans believe to be “the greatest country in the world”. Presumably, the absence of high speed rail in the US is due to the expense of such a grand project, but China has done it. Japan has done it. Why haven’t we done it? Is it because billions to trillions of our tax dollars are being spent on reverse engineering alien technology? Our public education system is in decline with our teachers being paid a mere pittance compared to entertainers like the athletes in professional sports who keep us looking at the left hand while the right hand, in this case the US MIIC, is “busy doing other things”. Like building UFO bases inside mountains for extraterrestrials, reverse engineering captured and recovered alien craft, and sending our troops to Mars in the company of ETs.
If our nation’s shortcomings seem upside down in a country touted to be the richest nation that has ever existed on this planet, it’s time we begin to seriously question what’s going on. Does the extraterrestrial presence and our US MIIC’s ambitions to reverse engineer their technologies explain some of this? Has the desire of the US MIIC’s to achieve “full spectrum dominance” over the rest of this world using reverse engineered alien technologies resulted in this slow erosion of the American dream? Welcome to life in the USA that has become a modern day Sparta.
Left in the dark as we have been, we are also left with these myriad but presently unanswerable questions. Are actions to remedy these shortcomings of our nation being held up by requirements imposed by extraterrestrials who are holding our US MIIC hostage? Has our nation secretly surrendered its sovereignty to one or more highly advanced ET races? Even if our government has voluntarily “thrown in” with a race of extraterrestrials but failed to let us know about this, we are still being required to support this alleged democracy with our labor and our tax dollars. Shouldn’t we citizens have a voice in what concessions we are willing to make to ET demands? The ETs may be making unreasonable demands for the attentions and resources of our government to which our government has acquiesced. If so, are these demands working to the detriment of all of us and benefiting only the ETs? Can we get a little interplanetary diplomacy going here? What are our options? We don’t know because we have been deliberately and mendaciously left in the dark about all of this, perhaps at the demand of the Tall White extraterrestrials. We generically call it the “UFO cover up” and it has been ongoing for a minimum of 76 years. But there may be and likely is a lot more being covered up than simply the existence of UFOs in our skies! If these hypothetical questions don’t alarm you, then go back to sleep and we will wake you up when it’s your turn to involuntarily surrender your sexual gametes to the extraterrestrials.
If you are wondering how we citizens can gain a louder voice in determining where all of this is heading, then I refer you to New Paradigm Institute. Right now, goal number one is passage of the Schumer-Round’s UAP Disclosure Act through Congress. This is our path toward full and transparent UFO Disclosure – but that is only the beginning. With UFO Disclosure will come a (dirty) laundry list of past criminal acts, private citizen and corporate grievances, and other new and shocking revelations. Revisions to the foundational beliefs that ground our civilization, all highly relevant to our human story on this planet, will unsettle many. There will need to be established a UFO Truth and Reconciliation Commission. If we want the unvarnished truth, legal amnesty for those in the MIIC who have engineered and orchestrated the UFO cover up will need to be enacted. UFO Disclosure will expose the gaping cracks in our democracy that most of our citizens never knew existed. New Paradigm Institute will serve to offer education, legal and moral guidance, and political clout to help our citizens navigate what will surely be the troubled waters ahead.
My intent in writing this article is not to denigrate or impugn the extraterrestrials. We do not yet have enough reliable public information available to ascertain with any sense of certainty why they are here, how long they have been here, what their agenda is, or exactly what our relationship with them is or where it is headed. What I do hope to convey is that too many credible people have told us these things are happening. The ET presence on this planet is real and our citizens need to start taking all of this seriously. If we want to ensure the best possible outcome of our nascent relationship with the extraterrestrials for the benefit of all beings concerned, then we must all become educated about (see Ubiquity University) and involved in this. By now it is obvious the ETs are not going away.

At this year’s SALT conference in NYC, Col. Karl Nell has become the next in line to tell the world that our civilization is in contact with a “non-human intelligence” – a separate, highly intelligent, technologically advanced race(s?) of beings who are here and interacting with mankind. We have not yet been told who they are, where they come from, where they reside, how many different species there are, why they have come to Earth, how long they have been here, or what, exactly, is our relationship with them. With Col. Nell’s revelations we have just waded several more steps into deeper and uncharted waters for the human race, which is why it is now imperative that the whole of Congress be involved in every decision that will determine what shape our nation’s and our civilization’s relationship with these extraterrestrial races will take.
Congress must pass The UAP Disclosure Act this year! Congressional Representatives Mike Turner and Mike Rogers must be removed from their seats in Congress, for it was they who stood in the way of Congress passing The UAP Disclosure Act of 2023. That must not happen again in 2024. Voters in Ohio and Alabama must remember this and take the appropriate action in the voting booth during this upcoming election in November. Get them out of office!
Remember this. This vital information has come to us during President Biden’s first term in office. During Donald Trump’s watch, he did absolutely nothing to help inform the world about these vitally important matters. It is certain that President Biden was involved in the decision to allow Col. Nell to take the stage and spill this information to the public, and to Wall Street, during this carefully scripted interview. All of this information is dynamite, with the potential to be disruptive to the very foundations of our entire world civilization. The orchestration of complete and transparent UFO Disclosure must be thoughtfully presented to the world in a way that will be least impactful to world markets, religious institutions, corporate interests, public confidence in our institutions, and our national security. This effort must be led by a President who has his head totally in the game. Below is The Debrief article that introduced UFO whistleblower David Charles Grusch to the public. This article, in part, led to the July 26, 2023, US House of Representatives (HOR) Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs’ hearing on UFOs/UAP. It was Inspector General Intelligence Community (IG IC) Thomas A. Monheim who referred David Grusch to the Congressional Intel Committee with the admonition that Grusch’s allegations were “urgent and credible”. He should be questioned about this under oath.

He is coming forward with this information due to his sense of obligation to honor the oath he took to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
From 2019 to 2021 he served on the original UAP Task Force (UAPTF). (The UAPTF at that time reported to the Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist.)
The United States Government (USG) has retrieved multiple extraterrestrial (ET) spacecraft, some damaged but some intact.
The US government has known about the existence of crashed spacecraft of non-human origin since 1933 when such a (crashed) craft was recovered near Magenta, Italy and was then “scooped” by the United States’ military.
“The Program” (the term used by Grusch) to study and reverse-engineer these multiple non-human spacecrafts has existed within the US Department of Defense (DoD), liaising with privileged private US aerospace companies, for many decades.
Non-human (ET) UFO pilot remains, which Grusch refered to as “biologics”, have been recovered, retained, and studied in “The Program”.
“The Program” is directed by a group of career government officials who are both in and out of government.
For decades there has existed a counterintelligence / disinformation campaign intended to disenfranchise American citizens from this critical information, and he is aware of the “tradecraft” that has been applied to accomplish this mission. He will detail that “tradecraft” in a classified setting.
He and many other potential whistleblowers (~ 40?) have been harassed and threatened in malicious attempts to discourage their coming forward to Congress and to the public with this information. Grusch refers to this as “administrative terrorism”.
He declines to answer in this public hearing but would answer in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) whether some people have been murdered to keep these facts away from the American public.
He can provide a list of insider individuals “in the know” who are either hostile to or supportive of disclosing this information to the public.
He alleges misappropriations of government (taxpayer) funds that are illegally funneled to corporations based on IRAD (Independent Research and Development) invoices rather than competitive government bidding.
He stated he believes the “secrecy” and the deliberately constructed stigma surrounding UFOs/UAP has become a threat to the national security of the United States.
On April 22, 2022 Grusch briefed the head of AARO, Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, about“his concerns” and provided Kirkpatrick with details of “where to look”.
History
The UAP Task Force (UAPTF) was established by The Pentagon at the behest of Congress on August 4, 2020. Retired intel officer turned whistleblower David Grusch testified that he was on the staff of the original UAPTF. On November 23, 2021, the UAPTF inexplicably morphed into the awkward sounding AOIMSG, the Airborn Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group that was headed by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, PhD. Within 8 months, AOIMSG devolved into the present-day All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), established on July 20, 2022, that continues to be headed by Dr. Kirkpatrick. Grusch has never claimed that he worked with AARO but has noted that he reported certain findings to AARO during his subsequent work with the NRO (National Reconaissance Office) and/or the NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency). In a letter (below), Dr. Kirkpatrick denies this.
In his book In Plain Sight, journalist Ross Coulthart writes that during a series of phone calls with a dying US Dept. of Naval Research director Nat Kobitz, Coulthart asked him about “The Program” to reverse engineer recovered alien technology. Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, PhD
When we listen to Dr. Kirkpatrick’s recent interview with ABC News correspondent, at the 6:20 mark we hear this exchange:
DWYER: “You can say categorically that you have seen no convincing, confirmable evidence of intact spacecraft kept by the US government?”
KIRKPATRICK: “No, I have seennothing that leads me to that conclusion.”
DWYER: “Is it possible there is some secret program that you are just not aware of?”
KIRKPATRICK: “I don’t think so. I have access to anything and everything I need.”
At 6’20” mark Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick denies that he has “seen” any conclusive evidence of ET craft or technology.
So, there is a glaring conflict between the testimony given under oath to Congress by David Grusch and what Dr. Kirkpatrick casually states in this interview with ABC’s Devin Dwyer. Must American citizens parse every single word spoken by our employees in government to get to the truth about non-human UFOs/UAP and the legacy programs in place to reverse-engineer them?
On July 28, 2023, this letter of rebuttal, allegedly written by Dr. Kirkpatrick and posted to his LinkedIn account, appeared on social media. I saw it on Twitter.
The letter is undated. There is no DoD letterhead. The letter is unsigned. Regarding the contents of the letter, we should question the following:
Why is Dr. Kirkpatrick responding to Grusch’s allegation (that he gave Kirkpatrick the names of corporations, divisions, and individuals involved in “The Program” on April 22, 2022) via his personal LinkedIn page in a letter that does not carry the DoD or DNI letterhead, i.e., in an apparently unofficial capacity?
If AARO is trying to remove the stigma attached to UFOs/UAP, why does Kirkpatrick claim that those who chose to work for AARO did so “with not unreasonable anxieties about the career risks this would entail.” Such a statement subtlety reinforces the UFO/UAP stigma.
During the July 26 hearing there was no specific statement from Grusch that any member of AARO was personally responsible for the retaliation, harassment, threats, and even murders that Grusch alleges or intimates have occurred, yet Kirkpatrick’s response suggests that such allegations against AARO were made by Grusch. I did not hear that in Grusch’s testimony.
Kirkpatrick states that Grusch refused to speak with AARO. Grusch stated that he spoke with Kirkpatrick about “his concerns” on April 22, 2022. Thus, Grusch presented his concerns to AOIMSG which was also headed by Kirkpatrick in April 2022. Therefore, Kirkpatrick has received the information from Grusch about “The Program” but has either ignored it or, for some reason, failed to act on it. Either way, one of these two men is lying.
Kirkpatrick states that some information Grusch has presented to Congress has not been presented to AARO. Given that Congress specifically mandated the establishment of AARO to get to the truth about UFOs/UAP, this allegation seems highly unlikely. If Kirkpatrick doesn’t have that information, how would he know this?
During AARO’s briefing of the Senate Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities chaired by Kirsten Gillibrand in April 2023 (3 months ago), Dr. Kirkpatrick went out of his way to make this statement, for the record, but not under oath: “AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.” He added that, “In the event sufficient scientific data were ever obtained that a UAP encountered can only be explained by extraterrestrial origin, we are committed to working with our interagency partners at NASA to appropriately inform U.S. government leadership of its findings.” In other words, that will never happen.
In the last paragraph of his rebuttal, Kirkpatrick doubles down on his position that “AARO has yet to find any credible evidence to support the allegations of any reverse-engineering program for non-human technology.”
The AARO Executive Council (AAROEXEC), led by Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (USD(I&S)) Ronald Moultrie, will provide oversight and direction to the AARO along these primary lines of effort:
1. Surveillance, Collection and Reporting 2. System Capabilities and Design 3. Intelligence Operations and Analysis 4. Mitigation and Defeat (of what?) 5. Governance 6. Science and Technology
In none of these “lines of effort” is AARO instructed to break down the doors of the corporations, divisions, and individuals that have been named by Grusch as part of “The Program”. AARO has not been tasked with analyzing historic UFO events like the Roswell incident, the Phoenix Lights incident, the Aztec NM incident, the Ariel School contact event, the Tehran Iran incident, the Varginha Brazil incidents, the 1952 UFOs over the US Capital incident, or any other past UFO events. Nor has AARO been tasked with following up on the claims of any whistleblowers like Robert Salas regarding multiple instances when UFOs have disabled US nuclear weapons. None of this is supposed to be in the wheelhouse of AARO, so why has Dr. Kirkpatrick gone out of his way, once again, to rebuke the whistleblowers and the Congressional subcommittee that held last Wednesday’s hearing while reiterating his pronouncement that AARO “has yet to find any credible evidence of any reverse-engineering program for non-human technology”? Is the meaning of “He who doth protest too much” reflected in Dr. Kirkpatrick’s somewhat bizarre behaviors? I think so.
Of course, Dr. Kirkpatrick and AARO have not found such evidence. They have not been looking for such evidence because it is not in their job description! Why does Dr. Kirkpatrick seem to want us to think that it is, that they have looked, and they have found nothing in regard “The Program”, extraterrestrials, recovered spacecraft, etc.?
Grusch’s Term “Tradecraft” – What Does it Entail?
Control the narrative by controlling classified access to information through claims of national security. That AARO (the only officially acknowledged USG office we have to investigate UFOs) and (counter)intelligence officer Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick answer only to officials only within DoD and DNI is an obvious case of “the fox guarding the hen house”. These are the very same USG organizations within the executive branch that have been involved in gaslighting American citizens about the “nonexistence” of recovered non-human spacecrafts, programs to reverse-engineer those spacecrafts, and the non-human intelligence (NHI) behind those crafts. This, despite citizens reporting UFOs in the skies all over the world for decades. By keeping UFO-related information confined within the DoD and DNI and protecting that information under the guise of national security, the media and the public can only rely on patriotic whistleblowers like Col. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr., MD, David Grusch, Capt. Robert Salas, Col. Philip Corso, Capt. David Schindele, and many others to wrench the truth from those in the DoD and DNI who, like Dr. Kirkpatrick, have no intention of ever revealing any truth about UFOs to American citizens.
Control the narrative by keeping things confusing. It’s no longer UFO. Now it’s UAP. It’s UAP Task Force. No, now it’s AOIMSG (“pronounced AIMSOG”), the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group. Wait, instead let’s go with AARO, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office. It’s not “aerial”, now it’s “anomalous”. Get the (confusing) picture? This is our government allegedly working for us.
Control the narrative by controlling a malleable and cooperative mainstream media. It is July 29, three full days after the historic revelations of the July 26, 2023, 10 AM EST Congressional hearing on UFOs/UAP. The story of this event has not appeared in a single front-page headline of the New York Times or the Washington Post. Alarm bells. We find ourselves (gratefully) relying on independent online news sources like News Nation and various online podcasts like Need to Know, Weaponized, and Project Unity to help us understand what is happening. When convenient or necessary, the secret-keepers will use MSM news outlets like ABC (above) to reinforce the notion that “no evidence of extraterrestrials has been discovered.” Today’s example is on full display with SETI’s Seth Shostak penning this article for publication through MSNBC. These are very recent cases of the “extremely unethical and immoral” counterintelligence campaign of misinformation and disinformation (gaslighting) Grusch has mentioned that has been waged against American citizens for decades.
Control the narrative by denigrating or compromising witnesses and whistleblowers. This strategy is exactly what we see in Dr. Kirkpatrick’s letter above as he derides David Grusch and the House Subcommittee for besmirching the work of AARO and implying that accusations of harrassment and threats were leveled at AARO – which did not really happen during the hearing. Watch it (above) for yourself. Dr. Kirkpatrick paints AARO as a whistleblower – friendly organization, inviting whistleblowers to his office within the DoD that has been hostile to UFO Disclosure from the beginning. Whistleblowers are allegedly referring to AARO as a “honey pot” to attract and then “manage” them via tried-and-true measures of counterintelligence. If I could be a whistleblower, AARO is the last place I would look to for support. Go to Congress. Go to Ryan Graves via Americans for Safe Aerospace. Go to George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell. Luis Elizondo or Chris Mellon. Go to any of these other than Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick at AARO. In my opinion he is not to be trusted.
Control the narrative by stirring sentiments of American patriotism. In his letter Dr. Kirkpatrick exhibits this strategy in full bloom, emphasizing how devoted AARO is to truth and transparency. How Grusch’s testimony is an insult to AARO, its employees, and to the (widely beloved) US Dept. of Defense. He expounds on how AARO ‘s staff are “pouring their hearts” into finding the truth while being wrongfully maligned by David Grusch. There is a battle for your mind going on here, and AARO must not be allowed to prevail. The DoD and IC are being painted into a corner, there exists no graceful way out of what is coming, and they will fight tooth and nail with all of these “tradecraft” counterintelligence strategies to worm their way out of the profound mess they have created through decades of misleading the public about UFOs.
Control the narrative by lies of commission and omission. Dr. Kirkpatrick may not have personally seen evidence of non-human technology, or recovered alien spacecrafts, or non-human “biologics”, or “The Program(s)” where these are physically housed, but we can be certain he knows that these exist. He simply has not officially looked for these programs, despite the fact that he was made aware of them in April 2022. Looking for them has never been part of his or AARO’s formal job description. Do not call this man to testify to Congress under oath. That move will mark the end of the beginning of UFO truth and transparency.
Conclusion
It is critical that more USG whistleblowers, preferably first-hand whistleblowers, step forward at this moment in time in support of Grusch’s claims! Grusch reassures us they are out there, and they also want this information revealed! Your country and this planet need your testimony. Please come forward!
It is rumored that another open public hearing will take place in September 2023 in the Senate when Congress returns from its summer recess. Given what we now know, this should happen “toot suite” upon their return to Washington DC. Every allegation made by Grusch is of such importance that no more time should be wasted entertaining the rantings of Dr. Kirkpatrick, Mick West, Steven Greenstreet, Dr. Seth Shostak, Michael Schermer, James Oberg, and others like them who are part of a shrinking faction of citizens and officials within our government who have, for decades, been hiding this information from Congress and the American people by every means at their disposal.
Congress MUST take the reins of the UFO narrative. We do not want a military mindset bent on “mitigation and defeat” of the non-human extraterrestrial civilization(s) currently in contact with this planet and with our civilization to control our responses to what is happening. Any non-human intelligence arriving here will be, a priori, much more advanced in their technology, and that likely includes their weaponry. We live in an ancient and infinite Universe. There will be many intelligent civilizations out there who will arrive here before we get there. Intelligence explores. It’s what they do. Greeting them with nuclear weapons raised will not be a foreign policy in our best interests. A little humility will go a long way here. We are a nascent civilization, and we are at a crossroads.
Global climate change (GCC) is real. Our only planet is literally on fire. Ocean temperatures of 101 F are today reported off the coast of Florida. Sensitive corals are dying worldwide. Both the Arctic and Antarctic ice sheets are collapsing.

In this paper titled Estimating Flight Characteristics of Anomalous Unidentified Aerial Vehicles, a professor of physics at SUNY, Dr. Kevin Knuth, PhD, Robert Powell, and Dr. Peter Reali made an approximate calculation of the UFO’s energy output during the Tic Tac UFO incident using data recalled by USS Princeton radar officer Kevin Day. Knuth’s estimate was 1100 GW (that’s 1000 million watts), more than 10 times the current amount of nuclear energy produced in the US today! Recovered NHI technologies released to the world’s scientific community today might allow us to transition away from fossil fuels in short order and avoid the full-blown consequences of GCC tomorrow.
Our civilization is facing an existential crisis on many fronts. Vladimir Putin is brandishing nuclear weapons in the war in Ukraine. The NHI’s apparent warnings about our nuclear weapons should not go unheeded much longer. The US DoD should partner with ICAN, the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, sign the UN’s Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, and begin the complex process of banning nuclear weapons worldwide.

The New York Times and its writer Julian E. Barnes have become the UFO cover-up’s go-to voice in their fervor to dissuade the public away from UFOs.
Reporting on Senate Majority leader Chuck Schumer’s recent initiative to flush out moldering UFO-related documents long-held by our US government, Barnes writes, “The measure offers the possibility of pushing back against the conspiracy theories that surround discussions of U.F.O.s and fears that the government is hiding critical information from the public.”
Mr. Barnes, the notion that (a yet to be determined faction of) the US government / Military Industrial Complex (MIC) has been and still is holding highly classified UFO information and recovered alien hardware has become a well-established fact known by almost everyone but you. Lt. Col. Jesse A. Marcel told us this in 1978 for God’s sake! US Intelligence operative turned whistleblower David Grusch was recently referred to the Senate Select Committe on Intelligence by the Intelligence Community Inspector General Thomas A. Monheim with the admonition that Grusch’s information was “credible and urgent“. Grusch’s claims are bolstered by an also recent, first-hand, eyewitness account of an astounding scene that unfolded before the eyes of ex-marine Michael Herrera in 2009. Herrera volunteered this testimony during Dr. Steven Greer’s June 12, 2023 National Press Club event. Herrea’s testimony adds credible support to Grusch’s claim that the US military-industrial complex (MIC) has, for decades, had in place legacy research and development (R&D) programs intent on reverse engineering recovered alien technology/hardware. Additionally, we can surmise that some group within the MIC has successfully developed anti-gravity technology along with what must be a heretofore unknown energy production system. Aside from the obvious questions of who, exactly, comprised the well-equipped para-military team Herrera’s squadron encountered, what they were up to, and who would benefit and who might be harmed by what they were doing, we are confronted with a highly functional craft befitting the classic descriptions we have always heard about UFOs – disc-shaped, quite large, capable of hovering while almost silent, and exhibiting instantaneous acceleration. Herrera did not discover who was operating the UFO, but we know there were flesh and blood humans on the ground confronting Herrera’s squadron and supporting the operation. Listening to their speech patterns, Herrera strongly suspected were Americans. CIA? Special Forces? Blackwater USA? Who knows? It was some group of Americans who may have been working right alongside aliens! Either that, or some group within the MIC has successfully designed, manufactured, and was operating their very own UFO 14 years ago! What might they have today that we have likely paid for but never been told about?
Herrera’s information lends credible support to Israeli Brigadier General Haim Eshed’s claim (use Google Translate) that the US has had, for quite some time, a close working relationship with more than one extraterrestrial group he terms a Galactic Federation? According to Eshed, the countries involved in this clandestine collaboration include the US, Russia, China, Japan, and the UK. If true, this would explain why the countries involved continue to do everything in their power to divert the eyes of the public and our US Congress away from the topic of UFOs. Julian E. Barnes’ use of the term “conspiracy theories” has been one of the tried-and-true strategies employed by the secret keepers to accomplish that goal. The term has been successfully applied toward that purpose for decades. Maybe Senator Schumer’s proposal to create a Biden-appointed review board that will declassify all US government documents relating to UFOs will be successful – but I’m not holding my breath for the 300+ days specified in Schumer’s proposal.
How about, instead, we hold open Congressional hearings in which first-hand whistleblowers like Michael Herrera, David Grusch, Luis Elizondo, Christopher Mellon, Bobby Ray Inman, and a host of others waiting in line are allowed and encouraged to testify before Congress and the American public. Let’s hear their testimonies, all that they know but have been prevented from saying, under oath, with the legal protections they will need to be held harmless by the likes of UFO secret keepers who Eshed claims have murdered many in the past who have dared to speak out.
“Conspiracy theories” Mr. Barnes? It is you who is proffering the conspiracy theories! It is us, the “believers”, who are getting real about this!
Let’s begin with this man, David Charles Grusch telling journalist Ross Coulthart about the US government having deeply buried (“black”) programs to reverse engineer recovered non-human spacecraft, some wrecked and some intact. By the way, he has also testified to this under oath to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IGIC) who referred him to Congress. The IGIC characterized his testimony as “credible and urgent”.

Inside this summer’s 2023 edition of Sierra magazine is an article titled Planes, Trains, and Decarbonization written by Dayton Martindale. The article is presented from the perspective of a person who is (admirably) deeply committed to minimizing his/her carbon footprint that comes with any form of travel, but especially air travel. Overall, the airlines will not be happy with Martindale’s article or his recommendations. In consolation, Martindale does point out that, for trips over 1000 miles, jet travel does produce a lesser carbon impact than diesel-fueled train travel with its frequent stops and starts and more empty seats.
But in the end, Martindale advises a “horse and buggy” approach to our decisions surrounding our future travel plans. Martindale suggests that we travel less, move slower, use buses, trains and cargo ships more often, electrify a national high-speed rail system (yes!), and essentially phase-out most air travel. Martindale writes, “As we make our societies greener and more humane, we may find that the 120-year technology of the aeroplane is no longer best suited for the world we are trying to build.” I couldn’t agree more about air travel for a variety of reasons but, for me in what has usually been a time-pressured life, the destination has always been the better part of the journey! Like, I want to get where I am trying to go – now! So, for me, UFOs seem pretty cool!
What is glaringly missing from the Sierra Club’s and Martindale’s approaches to addressing global climate change and reducing the carbon load of travel is an apparent total lack of awareness of what has been happening with the UFO/UAP whistleblower testimonies of individuals like David Grusch (above), Michael Herrera (below), and unnamed others. These individuals have been testifying under oath to Congress and to the UFO/UAP investigative office established by Congress, the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) led by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick. Their testimonies all have to do with US government Special Access Programs (SAPs) tasked with reverse engineering previously captured and recovered “spacecraft” of non-human origin! Yes, you read that right.
These UFO technologies, if they can be pried out of the Department of Defense (DoD) by Congress and studied by scientists, might allow us to seek a new and previously unforeseen solution toward mitigating or even reversing global climate change. UFO energy systems could give humanity a new edge with an all-new energy technology having the potential to completely replace fossil fuels as our civilization’s main source of energy! If this is possible, this must be accomplished post-haste. Like “Manhattan Project” style.
And get this. Do you remember how the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies came out with that PAPER written by Dr. Kevin Knuth, PhD, Robert Powell, and Dr. Peter Reali, PhD wherein they estimate the power output of the UFO that USS Princeton radar officer Kevin Day tracked on the Princeton’s SPY-1 radar to be (+/-) 1100 GW? That’s gigawatts. That’s 11 X 1000 million watts! That number sets my hair on fire! I’m all perked up and listening now, but is the Sierra Club? According to Dr. Knuth, 1100 GW is about 10 times the nuclear power the US currently generates! What do you think about those watts, Sierra Club and Dayton Martinsdale? Do you all agree that a number like that could really make an impact on global climate change and give our young people today some hope for their futures? Trains, planes and automobiles are so yesterday, and I am tired of being marginalized because of my “belief” in UFOs. Now, shit’s gettin’ real!

OK, so there’s that, but that’s not all! On June 12, 2023, Dr. Steven Greer, M.D. hosted yet another UFO whistleblower event at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. One of those whistleblowers was a man named Michael Herrera, a previous US Marine. Mr. Herrera told of an encounter his unit had in 2009 with what certainly sounds like a UFO both in its size, its shape, and in its performance characteristics. I hope you listened carefully to what Mr. Herrera had to say. Everything he describes about the UFO he and other members of his unit witnessed (where are they when we need them?) fits with what we have all heard about UFOs before. Disc-shaped. Huge. Almost silent. Hovering. Shot off like a bullet. Each of these descriptors has been heard thousands of times from eyewitnesses telling of their civilian or military UFO encounters. What’s perhaps more remarkable about Mr. Herrera’s experience is that there were other people there, human people, who may have been US Special Forces (or some other paramilitary group) that held Herrera and other members of his unit at gunpoint while some type of contraband was being loaded onto the “UFO”. Mr. Herrera’s testimony is chock-full of some very serious implications. Those implications will, for the time being, remain unexplored in this article as we are focusing here on the energy technology exhibited by this craft.
Here I just want to point out to Sierra Club, The Nature Conservancy, Wild Montana, and to all other environmental organizations whose leadership might listen to David Grusch’s and Michael Herrera’s testimonies that the “UFOs” they are talking about are, most likely, not running on diesel, gasoline, coal, wind, or even solar energy. It appears that some government or coalition of governments has, in fact, successfully reverse-engineered one or more captured and recovered non-human UFOs! (Hmmm – makes me think of Roswell.) This feat was apparently accomplished at least 14 years ago, probably at some taxpayer expense, so who knows how much farther along this technology has been developed by now? This energy technology apparently existed before the concentrations of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere reached the dangerous levels we are seeing today! Holy climate change solution, Batman!
I have previously written twice to the Sierra Club leadership about why they need to give UFOs their undivided attention. I have never received a response to my letters, only more requests for more donations. When I wrote my previous letters to Sierra Club leadership, this new whistleblower testimony did not exist. Now it does. Maybe it will finally get some action.
So, how about this, Sierra Club. You guys start using any political clout the Sierra Club has at its disposal to demand immediate action from all legislators you deal with on both the state and national levels to uncover the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about UFOs – and then tell us all about it! Unless and until I start seeing meaningful action from Sierra Club in pushing our US Congress hard for UFO Disclosure, I will not be donating another penny to Sierra Club. The same goes for The Nature Conservancy and Wild Montana, two other environmental groups we regularly donate to who are also missing in action when it comes to UFO Disclosure. I want to see an article in the 2023 autumn edition of Sierra magazine touting all that Sierra Club has done over this summer to help bring about UFO Disclosure and bring these new energy technologies out into the light of day! Our world needs this, and we need it now!
Sierra Club, don’t tell me to go “back to the past” for my methods of travel. Let’s instead go back to the future! For my next mode of travel, fly me in a UFO and let me dream among the stars! In other words, UFO Disclosure now!
