Because we cannot completely explain how UFOs and the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind them are getting here doesn’t mean they aren’t real. That the job of scientists, not attorneys.
The job of attorneys is to prove beyond reasonable doubt that a crime or an injustice has been committed, and that is exactly what civil rights attorney Daniel Sheehan is doing through New Paradigm Institute. The National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) is taking public comments (through July 14, 2025) on a Department of Defense (DoD) initiative to begin manufacturing a new generation of “nuclear pits”. Nuclear pits are an integral part of a nuclear warhead. The nuclear pit serves as the plutonium “trigger” that initiates the nuclear chain reaction inside the warhead of a nuclear weapon.
What is the National Nuclear Security Administration?
This was my comment during yesterday’s NNSA hearing on its PEIS (Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement) concerning the manufacturing of new nuclear pits:
Dear NNSA,
I’m Dr. Richard O’Connor, a retired physician, a longtime member of Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR), and Montana’s Director for New Paradigm Institute’s (NPI) initiative called Citizens for Disclosure. NPI is currently working with Congress, and especially with members of the Congressional UAP Caucus, to pass the UAP Disclosure Act that was first introduced in 2023 and was unanimously passed by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI). The UAP Disclosure Act was introduced by Senators Chuck Schumer and Michael Rounds and is a bipartisan act intended to establish, by law, a Congressional mandate requiring the DoD, DoE, and IC to submit all data they have collected since 1945 that is relevant to UAP (UFOs) and the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind them. This information is to be funneled to a National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) review board appointed by the President. It is remarkable that the UAP Disclosure Act mentions NHI 22 times.
Why is this relevant to nuclear pits or nuclear weapons? Researcher Robert Hastings interviewed over 150 previous USAF Officers who performed as missileers at various U.S. nuclear weapons installations situated in our homeland. Each of these individuals testified to their personal knowledge of and involvement in events during which U.S. nuclear weapons were suddenly rendered completely inoperable at times during which UFOs of non-human origin were visually sighted by base security personnel while silently hovering over the involved nuclear missile installations. Mr. Hastings book, UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites details these events, as does a documentary he produced titled UFOs and Nukes: The Secret Link Revealed.
Both previous USAF Officers Capt. Robert Salas and Capt. David Schindele have testified before members of the SSCI concerning their direct involvement in these incidents. Luis Elizondo, a previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), has publicly acknowledged the truth of these events, both in an open hearing before Congress and in his (DOPSR-reviewed) book titled Imminent. Jay Stratton, previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP) program, has publicly stated that his team was tasked with overseeing the reverse engineering of recovered NHI/ET/alien spacecraft as part of the AAWSAP agenda. Stratton has plainly stated that he has “seen with his own eyes alien bodies and alien craft”. Because the U.S. DoD and IC have never seen fit to rightfully inform the American people about these events does not mean they have not happened. Plenty of firsthand eyewitness evidence now informs us that they have.
This is all to say that there is apparently a neglected, or rather deliberately ignored third party involved in mankind’s nuclear weapons controversy. They are here, they are evidently highly intelligent and very technologically advanced, and they seem to be deeply concerned about mankind’s nuclear weapons. They appear to be weighing in on the question of whether our human family should continue to be trifling with nuclear weapons. I concur with their apparent sentiments. I think these NHI/ET interventions involving nuclear weapons must be considered as a relevant factor as we address the question of whether it is wise, or even appropriate, for the U.S. DoD to consider spending $946 billion USD over the coming decade to produce more nuclear weapons of mass destruction. The NHI/ETs have proven, on multiple occasions, that they can disable these weapons at will. I firmly believe that, if we continue down this nuclear path, there are going to be serious and perhaps devastating consequences in response. We should be doing everything possible to avoid going there. Manufacturing new nuclear pits isn’t that.

A remarkable irony: the U.S. is now held hostage to nuclear weapons.
From the day it began, Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has been accompanied by numerous threats from Putin referencing an escalation to WWIII if the U.S. dares to intervene in the war in Ukraine. President Biden took that warning seriously. He pressed U.S. military involvement in Ukraine right up to that red line. Since taking office, President Trump has almost entirely backed away almost entirely from any U.S. military involvement in Ukraine. There can be no doubt that Putin has found President Trump’s stance on Ukraine entirely satisfactory – until recently.
Yesterday, Russia (Putin) voiced yet another reference to WWIII after President Trump, for the first time through a “Tweet”, criticized Putin for his indiscriminate bombing of Ukraine’s cities and private citizens. News Nation (our only reliable mainstream media source for news related to UFOs, the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind them, and the U.S. government’s decades-long UFO/NHI cover-up) reported on Putin’s response to Trump’s criticism HERE.
What would WWIII look like? Would either the U.S. or Russia initiate a nuclear first strike against the other? Has the fear of an escalation to a full blown nuclear war influenced the U.S. DoD’s response to the war in Ukraine? It is difficult to imagine otherwise. The nuclear weapons that the U.S. developed and then championed during WWII are now severely restricting any latitude the U.S. might have otherwise had in determining how it can respond to Russian aggression in Ukraine.
How would the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI/ET) engaging with this planet respond to a nuclear war?
We don’t know, but X’s AI Grok thinks that previous NHI/ET interventions at both U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons installations may be influencing U.S. policies regarding the use of nuclear weapons. We should hope so. After all, the NHI/ETs have made it abundantly clear that they disapprove of nuclear weapons of mass destruction. First, please listen to this short video clip below taken from a recent interview with Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL) on the podcast titled The Benny Show. This interview was uploaded to YouTube on October 9, 2024. While you listen, keep in mind that Representative Gaetz sits on the House Armed Services Committee. This is one of the four powerful Congressional committees that has allegedly been receiving recent oral and written testimonies from approximately forty new, first hand UFO whistleblowers. These whistleblowers are claiming that the U.S. Military-Industrial-Intelligence Complex (MIIC) sponsors an extraterrestrial UFO crash recovery and reverse engineering program. According to journalist Michael Shellenberger, this illegal Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) has been operating beyond the boundaries laid out by our Constitution under the name “Immaculate Constellation”. After watching the clip, I highly encourage you to click on the link above and read Shellenberger’s article. You can also watch a recent interview with Shellenberger on this topic by Ross Coulthart on the newscast Reality Check, hosted by News Nation.
So, you just heard what Representative Gaetz said during this interview. After he said this, he immediately diverted the conversation to a different topic. But Mr. Gaetz, a sitting Congressman on an important HOR committee, said enough for us to know that Shellenberger’s reporting must be an accurate account from a new UFO whistleblower. The USG has a UFO crash recovery and reverse engineering program that Gaetz surprisingly states is now “open source information”. He says “biologics” are being recovered with these crafts. If these were American, Russian, or Chinese pilots behind the wheel of these recovered crafts, Gaetz would have said so. But he said “biologics”, that term previously introduced by UFO whistleblower David Grusch and meaning the (presumably) dead remains of non-human biological beings (NHI, or Non-Human Intelligence). These beings are apparently smart enough to design, manufacture, and operate these UFO crafts that operate in ways far beyond the capabilities of any man-made aircraft, including the USAF’s new F-22 Raptor. Conclusion: we are not alone on this planet as the only human(oid) and intelligent species! There are others, and we are slowly being introduced to their existence through the processof UFO Disclosure. That process is now well underway. In fact, it is becoming difficult to keep up with all of the new developments and revelations coming our way. With UFOs, separating the wheat from the chaff has always been made deliberately difficult. Representative Gaetz’ statement is wheat.
Another story relevant to this discussion.
The Jesse A. Marcel Library (JAML) exists to help raise citizen’s awareness of information available in the public domain that concerns UFOs and the extraterrestrials in contact with this planet. For example, on the shelves of the JAML are a series of books written by Lt. Charles James Hall (ret.) titled Millennial Hospitality. In these books is written the story of Hall’s two year relationship with a race of extraterrestrials he calls “The Tall Whites”. Hall alleges that he encountered these Tall White ETs on multiple occasions during his tour of duty with the USAF. These events occurred while Hall was working as a weather observer at a remote weather station located within Nevada’s now famous Nellis AFB / Area 51! You can watch a documentary of Hall’s story on Apple TV.
Hall’s account goes into surprising detail about his relationship with the Tall Whites. As those events unfolded, it was revealed to him that the Tall Whites occupy a base that exists inside of a mountain that is located within the Nellis AFB complex in Nevada. The Nellis AFB complex, which includes the Tonopah Missile Range, occupies over 5000 square miles in southwest Nevada. Hall claims to have witnessed the comings and goings of the Tall Whites’ UFO craft from the peak of this mountain which Hall never named in his books but which we now know is Urania Peak. This mountain is situated within Nye County, NV and is, in fact, located within the Nellis AFB complex. How do we now know this? Please listen to this interview with Richard Doty who witnessed, first hand, the opening of this Tall Whites’ UFO base on the top of Urania Peak.
This will be shocking information for many Americans who quickly realize the implication that our US government (USG) has had an ongoing relationship with this race of Tall White extraterrestrials. This has likely been the case for many decades. We can surmise that the tight security of the Nellis AFB complex is, at least in part, due to the presence of this Tall Whites’ extraterrestrial base. According to Charles Hall and others, our government helped construct and supply this base and now helps protect it from any potential intruders (us) under the threat of deadly force. How did this arrangement come to be?
We find further corroboration of all of this in a book titled The Universe Beyond the Horizon, written by Israeli Brigadier General Haim Eshed. General Eshed is highly respected in Israel. He is considered to be the father of Israel’s space program. Eshed has held a teaching position in aeronautics and astronautics at Israel’s university of technology called the Technion. In the book, Eshed plainly states his certain knowledge that the USG has had an ongoing relationship with a race of extraterrestrial beings for decades. Eshed reveals the existence of a “Galactic Federation” comprised of several advanced ET civilizations who stem from other planets within our Milky Way Galaxy. Eshed goes on to write that our US MIIC has troops who are stationed within an underground base on Mars and who cooperatively work there alongside a race of ETs!
Are your socks still on?
Presently, US citizens are being informed about all of this via drip after drip of information coming from highly credible sources. Luis Elizondo’s new book Imminent is a must-read, telling us that Roswell happened and two extraterrestrial UFOs were recovered along with their four dead pilots (“biologics”) in July 1947. A previous director of the US AAWSAP (Advanced Aerospace Weapons Applications Program), Dr. James Lakatski, has told us that the US MIIC has a UFO derived from non-human intelligence in hand and has “gained access to its interior”. New information is coming at us relatively quickly when compared to the past several decades. For most of our lives we were told that UFOs are not a thing and of no concern to us. Now we find that our government has been funding the construction of an alien base inside a mountain and maintaining its security year after year, yet we citizens were never formally told about this. We still haven’t been formally told, but the evidence is mounting that this is, in fact, the case. I’m sorry if you are just now starting to absorb all of this. It’s a lot to swallow.
There is still much we citizens need to know about the nature of this relationship between our US MIIC and this particular group of Tall White extraterrestrials. Is this a friendly, mutually beneficial relationship? Or did our government enter into this apparent agreement only under duress? Does our government share any common goals with these ETs? Will their energy technologies help save us from the worst case scenarios of global climate change? How many of our tax dollars have been and are still being spent on achieving these goals? Does it number in the millions, billions, or trillions of dollars while our national debt continues to soar? Why is Elon Musk still launching SpaceX rockets using chemical propellants when there is obviously a much better way of achieving space flight? Why have some group of ETs been disabling our nuclear weapons? Are we caught up in a war between ET races? And what about the several phenomena that parallel the UFO phenomenon? I’m referring to alien abductions, crop circles, and cattle mutilations. What does our government know about these “accessory phenomena” that they have also not been telling us? If we aren’t considering these other facets of alien contact with this planet and our civilization then, in my opinion, we aren’t seriously scrutinizing the reality we are living in with the thought motivated by the curiosity that they do indeed merit.
Whatever we eventually learn about the nature of this ongoing relationship, we can be sure that, in terms of the average American citizens’ quality of life in this country, some involuntary sacrifices have been made. Many US citizens have experienced medical bankruptcies because our nation still lacks state funded universal health care. Hundreds of thousands of US citizens are homeless and living on the streets all across this country. US military spending is out the roof and the Pentagon has never passed an audit. If we truly live in a democracy, we would have been made aware of these ET happenings a long time ago and the sacrifices by citizens this MIIC-ET relationship would entail. Truth be told, we do not live in a true democracy any more. What we have is a military junta painted over with a veneer of democracy that deals only with trifling domestic issues. But that doesn’t mean that I am not going to vote this coming November. My vote is all I have to help steer this nation back in the right direction.
Why is the USA lagging behind?
During recent visits to China and Japan, I experienced the convenience and efficiency of traveling by high speed rail. These trains make our US rail system seem antiquated, an anachronism in what Americans believe to be “the greatest country in the world”. Presumably, the absence of high speed rail in the US is due to the expense of such a grand project, but China has done it. Japan has done it. Why haven’t we done it? Is it because billions to trillions of our tax dollars are being spent on reverse engineering alien technology? Our public education system is in decline with our teachers being paid a mere pittance compared to entertainers like the athletes in professional sports who keep us looking at the left hand while the right hand, in this case the US MIIC, is “busy doing other things”. Like building UFO bases inside mountains for extraterrestrials, reverse engineering captured and recovered alien craft, and sending our troops to Mars in the company of ETs.
If our nation’s shortcomings seem upside down in a country touted to be the richest nation that has ever existed on this planet, it’s time we begin to seriously question what’s going on. Does the extraterrestrial presence and our US MIIC’s ambitions to reverse engineer their technologies explain some of this? Has the desire of the US MIIC’s to achieve “full spectrum dominance” over the rest of this world using reverse engineered alien technologies resulted in this slow erosion of the American dream? Welcome to life in the USA that has become a modern day Sparta.
Left in the dark as we have been, we are also left with these myriad but presently unanswerable questions. Are actions to remedy these shortcomings of our nation being held up by requirements imposed by extraterrestrials who are holding our US MIIC hostage? Has our nation secretly surrendered its sovereignty to one or more highly advanced ET races? Even if our government has voluntarily “thrown in” with a race of extraterrestrials but failed to let us know about this, we are still being required to support this alleged democracy with our labor and our tax dollars. Shouldn’t we citizens have a voice in what concessions we are willing to make to ET demands? The ETs may be making unreasonable demands for the attentions and resources of our government to which our government has acquiesced. If so, are these demands working to the detriment of all of us and benefiting only the ETs? Can we get a little interplanetary diplomacy going here? What are our options? We don’t know because we have been deliberately and mendaciously left in the dark about all of this, perhaps at the demand of the Tall White extraterrestrials. We generically call it the “UFO cover up” and it has been ongoing for a minimum of 76 years. But there may be and likely is a lot more being covered up than simply the existence of UFOs in our skies! If these hypothetical questions don’t alarm you, then go back to sleep and we will wake you up when it’s your turn to involuntarily surrender your sexual gametes to the extraterrestrials.
If you are wondering how we citizens can gain a louder voice in determining where all of this is heading, then I refer you to New Paradigm Institute. Right now, goal number one is passage of the Schumer-Round’s UAP Disclosure Act through Congress. This is our path toward full and transparent UFO Disclosure – but that is only the beginning. With UFO Disclosure will come a (dirty) laundry list of past criminal acts, private citizen and corporate grievances, and other new and shocking revelations. Revisions to the foundational beliefs that ground our civilization, all highly relevant to our human story on this planet, will unsettle many. There will need to be established a UFO Truth and Reconciliation Commission. If we want the unvarnished truth, legal amnesty for those in the MIIC who have engineered and orchestrated the UFO cover up will need to be enacted. UFO Disclosure will expose the gaping cracks in our democracy that most of our citizens never knew existed. New Paradigm Institute will serve to offer education, legal and moral guidance, and political clout to help our citizens navigate what will surely be the troubled waters ahead.
My intent in writing this article is not to denigrate or impugn the extraterrestrials. We do not yet have enough reliable public information available to ascertain with any sense of certainty why they are here, how long they have been here, what their agenda is, or exactly what our relationship with them is or where it is headed. What I do hope to convey is that too many credible people have told us these things are happening. The ET presence on this planet is real and our citizens need to start taking all of this seriously. If we want to ensure the best possible outcome of our nascent relationship with the extraterrestrials for the benefit of all beings concerned, then we must all become educated about (see Ubiquity University) and involved in this. By now it is obvious the ETs are not going away.

Now, here is a question for public debate. What represents the most immediate and grave threat to the United States and our way of life? Is it Russia? Is it China? Is it North Korea or Iran? Or, is it Global Climate Change (GCC) due to our continuing dependence on fossil fuels for energy? We now know that the US DoD has been recovering “quite a few” (according to whistleblower David Grusch) UFOs stemming from a non-human source. We know this began in July 1947. The US DoD has had 77 years to examine and research the energy systems of UFOs. What has been learned over that time? Is it known whether UFOs utilize Zero Point Energy (ZPE) that they somehow harvest from the quantum vacuum? If so, has the US DoD discovered how this is accomplished and , if so, how this technology could be immediately applied toward the mitigation of GCC caused by our use of fossil fuels?

The AARO’s March 6, 2024 Congressionally mandated historical report on “UAP”, displayed below, continues the practice of a faction of our USG/DoD filtering disinformation about UFOs into the brains of American citizens. The report is less than worthless. Its overarching message, prominently displayed in bold type in the Executive Summary and repeated several times throughout the report falsely states, “AARO found no evidence that any USG investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UAP represented extraterrestrial technology.” This is, literally, a boldface lie. The leadership of the AARO has heard plenty of testimony from people who know we are dealing with a technologically advanced non-human intelligence (NHI) that is engaging with our reality.

Echoing the claims of US intel officer David Grusch, Rear Admiral Gallaudet once again confirms the following:
Our civilization is experiencing contact with one or more higher, non-human intelligence(s) that we may discover are hiding in Earth’s oceans.
The USG has an active UFO crash retrieval program(s).
“Legacy programs” to reverse engineer captured UFOs do exist.
“The Schumer Amendment” is key to our elected representatives in Congress gaining full and unfettered access to known but classified information concerning captured and recovered UFOs stemming from this non-human intelligence (NHI).
Rear Admiral Gallaudet is willing to testify about this under oath before Congress.
We can applaud Rear Admiral Gallaudet’s candid statements as being UFO truth except for one when he states, “Frankly, the government still doesn’t know what they are.” Although the DoD/IC may not yet understand the physics behind how UFOs function, it is by now clearly known that UFOs are a means of physical transport used by the NHI controlling them to “get around”. This has been known since The Roswell UFO Incident of July of 1947 when a NHI craft was recovered by the US military – and has been lied about by the DoD ever since. Fortunately, and like Tim Gallaudet today, we had two honest and courageous individuals who told us the truth about the Roswell craft decades ago – Major Jesse A. Marcel, Sr. and his son, Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr. Both of these men held in their hands and closely inspected the Roswell UFO crash debris which Marcel Sr. declared in 1978 was “not of this Earth.” Both of these men served their country with honor, and both were honest and courageous individuals. By now they have been thrown under the bus by their contemporaries currently occupying positions of “leadership” within the Pentagon so many times that the AARO’s newest report adds little to the damage already done to the reputations of these two men and the honorable service they gave to our country.
What have we previously heard from Dr. James Lacatski?
Dr. James T. Lacatski is an engineer who served from 2009 through 2012 as a Program Manager for the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) under the Defense Intelligence Agency. On page 86 of the book Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, co-author James Lacatski writes, “He (Lacatski) stated that the United States is in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior.” Below, we hear Lacatski being asked about this during an interview with Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp on their podcast Weaponized.
Ross Coulthart’s conversation with Nat Kobitz.
In 2021, Australian journalist Ross Coulthart published the first edition of his book In Plain Sight. In that book and once again in this video interview, Coulthart tells of a telephone conversation he had with a dying man named Nat Kobitz. Mr. Kobitz had served as Director of Advanced Technology Development & Assessment, Director of Research & Development, and, Program Manager for Advanced Ships/Foreign Shipbuilding for the US Navy. During the phone call, Coulthart asked Kobitz if he “had ever been read into” any USG program tasked with reverse engineering a captured and recovered UFO of non-human origin. After a long pause, Kobitz replied, “Yes”. In follow up, Coulthart asked Kobitz how many non-human UFOs had been recovered and Kobitz replied, “Multiple.” Because Kobitz knew he was dying, he expressed to Coulthart his lack of concern for what might happen to him for revealing this classified information. US Navy F-18 Pilot Ryan Graves
US Navy F-18 fighter pilot Ryan Graves explains that non-hostile UFOs were seen off the coast of Virginia Beach and inside the boundaries of their restricted training area by multiple Navy pilots every day. This USN training area is ten miles off the Virginia coast, making it highly unlikely these are the standard “drones” we are familiar with. The objects are described as 5-15 feet in diameter with the shape of some being a dark cube within a clear sphere. The UFOs displayed velocities from zero to 0.8 Mach (e.g. not balloons) with loiter times of 13 hours (about 6 times the continuous operation period for an F-18). Graves rightfully acknowledges these incidents create a serious “domain awareness” issue resulting in a now-known flight hazard for both military and commercial pilots. This issue, and to help remove the “UFO stigma”, is why Graves has created the organization Americans for Safe Aerospace.
Two additional video critiques of the AARO Historical Report are now found on YouTube, one by UFO historian Richard Dolan and another by SUNY Albany professor of physics Dr. Kevin Knuth. Both are worthy of your time, and both make it clear that, among those who truly study UFOs, the AARO report is a mockery of UFO history on a level we might expect from a junior high school student, certainly not a PhD scientist like “Dr.” Sean Kirkpatrick.
So, about the recent Joint Chief’s GENADMIN document…
A recent FOIA request submitted by investigative journalist Douglas Dean Johnson has resulted in his securing the following document. It is recommended that you download and parse the wording of this document carefully.
Focusing on selected portions of this document leads to some interesting and even alarming insights:
3.A.1.The document details the reporting requirements for “all UAP incidents, incursions, and engagements”. This implies the US military is confronting UFOs and their operators using military aggression.
3.A.5. “AARO coordinates across the US Government to identify the appropriate agency to assist in the shipping, transferring, receiving, storing, examining, etc., of material and data associated with the UAP incident.” Would AARO be assigned these duties if the “drones”, “UAPs”, “UASs” being encountered and engaged with are the common, off-the-shelf drones are widely available? How does the military “engage” with an off-the-shelf “drone”?
3.B.1.A. SPACEBORNE UAP are sources of anomalous detections above the Karman line. Vehicles depending on aerodynamic lift cannot perform above the Karman line (>100 km above sea level). Therefore, a “Spaceborne UAP” could not be a conventional “drone” yet, apparently, “spaceborne UAP” are being detected.
3.B.5. A UAP INTEROGATION is the elicitation of UAP location, capabilities, characteristics, and/or intent using passive and/or active sensing capabilities – including but not limited to electro-optical imagery, infrared/thermal, radiofrequency/radar, light/laser/lidar/ladar (for precision velocity and direction tracking), electromagnetic, gravitational, and radioactive means. This paragraph gives us a strong indicator that the “drones” invading these sensitive areas are not standard, off-the shelf equipment. “Drones” do not produce detectable gravitational waves, nor would the largest commercial jet. This leaves little doubt that the US is confronting anti-gravity vehicles (UFOs) that could produce a detectable gravitational disturbance and/or simply demonstrate a directly observable anti-gravity capability (hovering silently) due to an absence of motion and any aerodynamic features/airfoils. This fits the description of a classic NHI UFO.
3.B.8. A UAP THREAT is a force-protection or national security risk to persons, materiel, or information by UAP that demonstrate hostile intent.
The document makes a clear distinction between “sUAS” (standard Unmanned Aerial Systems = man-made drones) and anomalous “UAP” (UFOs) and expresses little interest in sUASs.
“The potentially ubiquitous presence of UAP defines the national security implications of those anomalies which range from operational hazards and threats to technological and intelligence surprise to adversaries’ miscalculations.” This word, “miscalculations”, likely alludes to the possibility of a resulting nuclear war due to misidentification of UFOs that could be mistaken for a launch of nuclear missiles. Presently, the President has 15 minutes to consider all factors and make a decision. The nuclear doctrine of “mutually assured destruction” (MAD) is defunct in the face of thousands of UFO intrusions over sensitive US airspace and installations.
3.C.1. “Details of UAP-related health incidents (e.g. physiological, psychological effects and whether persistent or transitory)… What physiological or psychological effects would a standard “drone” cause or elicit? This makes no sense if the DoD is dealing with conventional “drones”.
P. 5, Line 5.A. UAP ANOMALOUS CHARACTERISTICS/BEHAVIORS (e.g. no apparent control surfaces, extreme acceleration/direction change, detection by certain sensors but not others.) These characteristics of “flying discs” were listed in “The Twining Memo” of 1947! They are still here, and they are now confronting our military, according to General Guillot, by the thousands.
This document features phrases like “mitigation”, “destroy”, and “material exploitation”, a strong indication that the US military is taking a belligerent posture toward these “drones”.
Who else has told us “We are not alone”?
Among Presidents, Barak Obama came closest to telling us the truth about UFOs in 2021 when he stated,” “What is true, and I’m actually being serious here, is that there are, there’s footage and records of objects in the skies, that we don’t know exactly what they are. We can’t explain how they moved, their trajectory. They did not have an easily explainable pattern. And so, you know, I think that people still take seriously trying to investigate and figure out what that is.”
The list of other credible individuals who have either told us or strongly hinted that “we are not alone” is long and still growing. Is the USG in an undeclared “war” with aliens, unbeknownst to Congress and the American people?
Throughout December 2023, we are told “mystery drones” swarmed the highly restricted airspace over Langley-Eustis AFB for weeks. The “drones” varied in size and configuration, and none were perceived to act in a hostile manner. Langley-Eustis AFB is the USAF base primarily responsible for protecting the White House, the Pentagon, and the US Capitol. Note: the distance between Langley -Eustis AFB and US Naval Air Station Oceana where UFOs were being encountered every day by US Navy pilots is 41 miles!

The Pentagon’s wordsmithery
We have experienced a confusing change in the words and acronyms the DoD/IC uses to refer to unidentified airborne objects or phenomena. In the minds of most people today, “UFO” still means a non-human (alien) spacecraft. The gatekeepers of the UFO cover-up rightfully understand that the term “UFO” represents a historical trap from which there will be no escape. To avoid that trap, they moved away from the term “UFO” to “UAP”. The term “UAP” leaves them more wiggle room because, when labeled as a “UAP”, a detected airborne object can encompass a broad range of possible explanations. We have been re-trained to accept the idea that resolving the identity of a “UAP” down to one final explanation, especially one invoking a NHI, is a daunting if not impossible task. The AARO report acknowledges that UAP are real, but falsely states that none are extraterrestrial UFOs stemming from a NHI.
Having successfully completed the re-training of the news media and the public to use the acronym UAP rather than UFO, now and for the past year or so, we are now encountering the insidious introduction of the words “drones” and, even more recently “UAS” (Unmanned Aerial Systems) in lieu of using either of the terms UAP or UFO. In the public’s mind we all know what a drone is. A drone is some variation of a man-made quadcopter or else an unmanned, fly-by-wire military aircraft used for aerial surveillance or enemy attack, right? Using the words “drone” or “UAS” leads us to believe that the aerial object is man-made and effectively masks the possibility that the object(s) of interest might be a craft of non-human origin.
Listen to this March 14 open Congressional hearing with USAF General Guillot when he says the number of these aerial incursions by “drones” or “UAS” over Langley-Eustis AFB has “outstripped the organizational framework that we have to address it.” Are these simply drones, or are they something else entirely – like UFOs?
By now it is apparent that the NHI behind UFOs that is here seems to be creating mounting pressure on the US military. It is possible this may be an effort by the NHI to force UFO Disclosure. Rather than engage in war with the US military, perhaps the NHI prefers to let Earth’s people decide on what direction our human family’s relationship with their race(s) should take? By engaging in these increasingly confrontational encounters with our US military, the NHI is cultivating conditions under which the DoD will, at some point, have to admit that it is bumping up against a superior technology it is not equipped to deal with. We are left wondering whether any of these Senators or even General Guillot himself have been fully informed about the NHI presence and the strong possibility that many of the thousands of referenced “drone” or “UAS” incursions are technologically advanced UFOs stemming from the NHI? If not, that problem can be quickly rectified if the 40+ UFO whistleblowers will courageously step forward and deliver their firsthand testimony, under oath, in open hearings before a select committee of Congress.
What do you think “dealing with little green men” means?
In this speech before the Norwich College ROTC graduates in 2016, General Milley warned the new graduates that they would be “dealing with little green men“.
Certainly, our US military cannot simply ignore what may be thousands of sensitive airspace violations by the NHI. Doing so would create an obvious vulnerability to other US adversaries, leaving them an opportunity to take advantage of any DoD failure to react to the NHI behind many of these “drone” intrusions. Something is going to have to give.
AARO’s claim that “there’s nothing to see here” may be placing all of us in real and present danger.
General Guillot makes it clear the US military is carefully assessing these repeated “drone” intrusions into the airspace over militarily restricted land and sea areas and is formulating strategies to respond to them. General Guillot mentions the potential use of “non-kinetic” weapons to bring them down. A non-kinetic weapon implies the use of a laser or maser weapon platform which the US military has already developed. If any of these “drones” do belong to the NHI, then the successful use of such weapons to destroy their assets may precipitate an escalation in hostile confrontations between them and the US DoD. What that might mean for the rest of mankind is anybody’s guess. That their strong hints about the dangers of our nuclear weapons have gone completely unheeded may add additional fuel to that fire.
The U.S. government must end the UFO cover-up!
From the information provided above it becomes evident that the DoD/IC is reaching the bitter end of its ability to maintain the decades-long UFO cover-up. It is becoming increasingly obvious to citizens and to members of Congress that, for many decades, we have all been lied to about the real existence of the NHI behind the UFOs. New Paradigm Institute, founded by attorney Daniel Sheehan, is intent on exposing the false narratives, like the AARO’s latest report, that continues to be promulgated by the likes of Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick and the dwindling number of USG personnel who still support the UFO cover-up.
Nonetheless, based on the AARO report, it is clear that the DoD/IC are continuing to dig their hole of untruths deeper while they attempt to buy more time to reverse engineer recovered UFO craft and technologies that do not belong to them. It is not wild speculation to imagine that the mindset behind these efforts remains focused on furthering US “full-spectrum dominance” of the world, both militarily and economically. Meanwhile, we have two existential threats looming in our immediate present. It is possible, and I believe probable, that both can be solved or significantly mitigated in short order if recovered UFO technologies would be released to the world:
Global climate change. A single, 40 foot diameter UFO energy system has been conservatively estimated to produce >10 GW of power. See this PAPER.
The ever-growing threat of thermonuclear weapons. UFOs have been tracked by radar at 45,000 MPH or 750 MPM. At that velocity, a nuclear weapon could be delivered from the US to Russia in 7 minutes, and perhaps less. Such a capability would render nuclear weapons obsolete. The UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons would have to be signed by all nuclear-armed nations.
To continue to delay UFO Disclosure is not only a crime against humanity and this planet we depend on for our survival. It is a corruption of the U.S. separation of powers as specified in the US Constitution which undermines our democracy that the UFO cover-up gatekeepers so fervently believe they are defending. First, let’s define a term we are going to talk about here.
National Security State: A post-WWII state in which nearly all aspects of political, economic, intellectual, and social life are dominated by considerations of national defense and the drive to maintain a defense establishment capable of protecting the state against all comers.
If you are an American citizen, a (shrinking) faction of the U.S. Government’s (USG) military counterintelligence apparatus has a target on your back. It’s been there your entire life. It was placed there in the interests of the U.S. national security state (NSS) in an effort to keep you confused and misinformed about non-human UFOs. That modern term for UFOs, that is “UAP”, is part of that strategy intended to steer you toward the idea that UFOs are a “phenomenon”; maybe weather, maybe atmospheric trash, maybe the technology of an Earth-based foreign adversary that is not yet fully known and understood. I won’t be using the term UAP. Here, I will use the term UFO and define them as machines of transport designed and operated by a non-human intelligence (NHI) that everyday citizens and military personnel have been encountering for many decades.
One way, and perhaps the only way to become free of your target is to advocate for full and transparent UFO Disclosure. Only with UFO Disclosure will the need for specific legislation become fully apparent, legislation with teeth, that will prohibit the USG’s NSS from ever again targeting U.S. citizens with propaganda intended to deceive our citizens for whatever the reason.
The latest iteration of such USG propaganda directed at Congress and U.S. citizens came to us on March 8, 2024, with the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office’s (AARO)’s Congressionally mandated Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Volume I , henceforth referred to as “HR1”. Don’t waste your time reading the report. There is little in it of value. Basically, this is what it says:
AARO found no evidence that any USG or foreign investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UFO represented extraterrestrial technology.
Every past report of a UFO encounter or close encounter with ET beings submitted by citizens, air traffic controllers, military personnel, military pilots, commercial pilots, or civilian pilots over the past +/- 80 years has likely been a case of “confirmation bias” or mistaken identification, either because humans are flawed observers and not to be trusted as witnesses, or because they were unaware of classified USG programs they mistook as ET technology.
“The Roswell Incident” of July 1947 was, as previously claimed by the DoD, a Project Mogul balloon along with crash test dummies.
Regarding the claims of intel officer David Grusch, AARO discovered no covert USG Special Access Programs (SAPs), nor any private aerospace companies involved in reverse engineering recovered ET craft or bodies and, therefore, such programs and/or recovered ET craft do not exist.
AARO was unable to discover any past non-disclosure agreements imposed on USG personnel that involved UFOs.
All UFO-related activities within the USG’s DoD, DoE, IC, DHS, etc. have, with due diligence, been faithfully and transparently communicated to Congress.
Surprisingly, AARO’s “historical report” to Congress features this passage: “Whoever, with intent or reason to believe that it is to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of a foreign nation, communicates, delivers, or transmits…information relating to the national defense, shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for any term of years or for life….”. Italics and boldface type are as they appear in the HR1. This is a statement born of the national security state. The inclusion of this passage in AARO’s “historical report” seems completely out of context and appears to be included as a threat directed at any future UFO whistleblowers who, like David Grusch, may presently be considering contacting members of Congress about their insider knowledge of UFO-related SAPs they may be aware of. We are being told there are approximately forty such individuals. We will see.
Attorney Daniel Sheehan Fires Back at DoD and its AARO
In this open letter of rebuttal addressed to Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick and the AARO, attorney Daniel Sheehan offers firsthand evidence that strongly refutes AARO’s contention that a non-human UFO craft has never been recovered by the U.S. military.
In this recent interview with journalist Ross Coulthart, Daniel Sheehan elaborates further on the legal implications of the numerous, deliberately misleading statements included in the AARO’s HR1 submitted to Congress. Every American citizen needs to listen to this. What you will hear in this video is the tip of an iceberg of deceit surrounding UFOs that has been inflicted on Congress and the American people by the NSS over the course of many decades.
Credulous: “having or showing too great a readiness to believe things.”
The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and its AARO, each a component of the NSS are, once again, depending on a credulous American public and our representatives in Congress to accept what is written in AARO’s specious HR1, just as happened after its publication of Project Blue Book’s 1969 Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects, also known as “The Condon Report”. That report set back our understanding of UFOs and the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind UFOs 50+ years. This, despite the fact that there were 701 cases in that study that featured detailed eyewitness descriptions of UFO events from credible people, yet these defied any prosaic explanation of what they might be. The DoD hopes that, with the help of a malleable and submissive mainstream media, HR1 will produce a similar result with Congress and the American public. This time we must show them they are wrong!
In Mr. Sheehan’s open letter to the AARO and in the above interview, he unequivocally states that he personally saw classified photos of a UFO crash retrieval and made that fact known, under oath, to Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, then-Director of AARO. Intel officer David Grusch has testified before a Congressional subcommittee, under oath, his awareness that Special Access Program(s) (SAPs) do exist within the USG that are tasked with reverse engineering (~12) captured and recovered UFOs stemming from NHI. He stated they have the bodies of the UFO pilots. Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, previous Director of NOAA, has backed up Grusch’s claims as true. In the book Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, previous Director of the DoD’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP) Dr. James Lacatski wrote, “He (Lacatski) stated that the United States was in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior.” During the podcast Weaponized, Lacatski’s AAWSAP co-researcher, Dr. Colm Kelleher, also plainly stated that the USG is in possession of UFO craft of NHI origin (begin listening at 1:16:00).
To the above I will add that, through my decades-long relationship with Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr., M.D. as both a personal friend and a medical colleague, he told me, to my face, that both he and his father handled and closely inspected the debris resulting from the crash of a UFO that “was not of this Earth” and was of non-human origin. All of that debris material was handed over to the U.S. military in what has become known as “The Roswell Incident” of July 1947. Dr. Marcel was a man of high integrity. I state again, unequivocally, that the U.S. military has that Roswell UFO wreckage in its possession, it has had it for decades, and it has lied about this to Congress and to the American people in HR1. By now there is no doubt about this.
We can make this right if the public will support Daniel Sheehan, the New Paradigm Institute, and our representatives in Congress who have now become acutely aware of the DoD’s mendacious efforts to mislead Congress and the American public about the truth behind UFOs. That a subset of NSS DoD insiders is continuing on with this decades-long campaign to mislead Congress and misinform the public about UFOs has entered the domain of criminal conduct that can and should be prosecuted under the existing RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act. The UFO “truth embargo” is about to break, and these NSS deceivers must be brought to justice. It is not hyperbole to state that we are facing a Constitutional crisis being brought to a head with this new AARO report.
Confronting UFOs must be a responsibility equally shared by the DoD, IC, and all members of Congress!
At this point, what do you think would be a satisfactory resolution to our present NSS vs. UFO conundrum? It seems, at the very least, that the world must be informed that we are not alone, and we are experiencing contact with a non-human intelligence. If known, details concerning where they are from, what they want, how long they have been here, whether they are considered friend or foe, how many different races are known, why they have disabled our nuclear weapons, why they are abducting people, what influences they may have had on our world religions, and any agreements that have been made between our government and their representatives should be laid out on the table. Efforts to reverse engineer recovered NHI technologies and the past and present monies spent to accomplish this should be transparently revealed. Hard evidence, even photos, of recovered NHI hardware need not be displayed to the public if UFO Disclosure is presented by a comprehensive group of our national (including DoD and IC) leaders assembled in a formal manner in support of the presentation. Classified programs should remain just that, with the understanding that Congressional oversight of those programs will be strictly maintained with periodic inspections to ensure compliance.
Clearly, we are presently in a pitched battle with a faction of our own government for UFO truth. As responsible citizens, we can no longer remain silent about these ongoing and deliberate attempts by the NSS to placate and dissuade the public about UFOs and the NHI in contact with us. Crimes have been committed. Your right to immunity from USG/NSS propaganda has and is being violated day after day that the UFO cover-up is allowed to continue. With regard to UFOs and the NHI behind them, the separation of powers within our government has been usurped by the Executive Branch and presently stands far out of balance. In the background, our planet is burning, primarily due to our continuing use of fossil fuels for energy. Our oceans are dying for the same reason. The risk of a nuclear war destroying Earth’s biosphere and all we depend on for our very lives is rising every day. Billions if not trillions of U.S. taxpayer dollars are being spent on USG efforts to reverse engineer UFO technologies without Congressional oversight while a growing horde of disenfranchised and homeless Americans find shelter in tent camps and beg for assistance.
UFO technologies offer us a path toward solving all of these truly existential crises if we will raise our voices in protest, support New Paradigm Institute’s efforts, support all members of Congress who now understand the depth of this crisis and are willing to step forward and share the reins on UFOs and, above all, support new UFO whistleblowers who are ready to come forward to state their UFO truths. We must ensure that all reverse engineered UFO technologic discoveries will redound to a greater good that will benefit all of mankind as well as this planet upon which all life depends!
