UFO Disclosure: What Can We Expect from Trump?
ONE WOULD THINK that, with the unprecedented momentum that has been building toward UFO Disclosure, the truth that “we are not alone” will be spoken out loud by President Trump and the Joint Chiefs of Staff any day now.

Fueled by the USG’s own admission that UAP/UFOs are real (ODNI’s Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, June 25 2021), we have recently seemed to be hurtling, at speed, toward that momentous announcement. After seeing Dan Farah’s revelatory documentary The Age of Disclosure , and after seeing President Trump’s February Tweet calling for the release of “any and all” USG files related to UFOs, UAP, aliens, and/or extraterrestrial life, it seems that we might be justified in assuming that UFO Disclosure must be just around the corner.

Before We Get Into This, What is Fascism?

Hear is an AI definition of fascism:

Fascism is a far-right authoritarian political ideology and movement characterized by a few core features that most historians and political scientists agree on, though precise definitions vary:
- Ultranationalism: An intense belief in national or ethnic rebirth/renewal, often tied to myths of past greatness and decline.
- Authoritarianism: Rejection of liberal democracy and pluralism in favor of centralized, often dictatorial, single-party rule.
- Totalitarian aspirations: A drive to subordinate most aspects of society—culture, economy, education—to the state or movement’s ideology.
- Militarism and glorification of violence: Viewing struggle, conflict, and military strength as purifying or necessary for national vitality.
- Charismatic leadership: Concentration of power in a single leader presented as embodying the will of the nation.
- Suppression of opposition: Hostility toward communism, liberalism, and independent institutions (free press, unions, opposition parties), often enforced through violence or intimidation.
- Scapegoating: Frequently targets minority groups, immigrants, or perceived internal/external enemies as threats to national purity or unity.
A commonly cited scholarly shorthand comes from historian Robert Paxton, who described fascism as a form of mass political behavior marked by obsession with national decline, cults of unity and purity, and the redemptive value of violence, typically allied with traditional elites to suppress democratic freedoms and pursue expansion or purification through whatever means seem necessary.

What Might UFO Disclosure Look Like? Scenario # 1 – Democratic Disclosure

If we still have a democracy, real UFO Disclosure happens in the near future with President Trump and the Joint Chiefs of Staff standing together at a press conference podium. President Trump states the following points:
- For some time the U.S. government (USG) has been aware that several species of extraterrestrial beings within our galaxy have discovered Earth. They have come here and they have been engaging with this planet, with our government and other world governments, with our military, and with our people for at least many decades.
- The long-standing rumor surrounding a UFO crash and its recovery, along with its occupants near Roswell, NM in July 1947 is true. For better or for worse, our USG has lied about this since the day it happened. The claims that this event involved a Project Mogul balloon and crash-test dummies are false. Not only our citizens, but also the whole of Congress have been deliberately misled about the true nature of that event. However, the truth is that a flying disc of non-human origin, along with its occupants, were recovered by our military in July 1947. Neither this craft, nor its occupants, originated on Earth.
- Scientists employed in our National Laboratories have been busy studying and attempting to replicate the performance characteristics of that craft, and dozens of other recovered ET craft, over decades. We have tried to put your tax dollars to good use and we have made some scientific progress through those efforts.
- It is true that UFOs and their occupants, I will call them “ETs”, have tampered with and even temporarily disabled our ICBM nuclear weapons on numerous occasions. The most famous of these events occurred at Malmstrom AFB in March of 1967. Courageous whistleblowers like Capt. Robert Salas have previously told you about that event. Today, we confirm that the Malmstrom incident, and several other similar events have happened, and the ETs have continued to show interest in our nation’s nuclear assets through the present day. We will answer your questions about those incidents to the best of our knowledge.
- The primary intention of this press conference is to begin a long overdue process of truth and reconciliation between this government, its citizens, Congress, and the press about this new reality and to begin a discussion about where we go from here.
- Presently, the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is working to establish peaceful and transparent diplomatic relationships with those ET species who have or will respond to our invitations to communicate. We will update you on the progress of those efforts as more information becomes available.
- We have established a White House website and published a fact sheet that will help to explain what we know and what we do not know about these various ET civilizations that are here and are engaging with this planet .
- We invite your questions and will make every attempt to answer them, but I remind you that much of the technical information derived from the study of the recovered Roswell craft, and other recovered ET craft, must remain classified in the interest of our national security.
- Lastly and most importantly, our best current assessment is that the presence of these ET species on and around Earth presents no risk of harm to our citizens that we have been able to determine. Citizens will be notified immediately should that assessment change in the future.
What Might UFO Disclosure Look Like? Scenario # 2 – Fascist Disclosure.

At some indeterminable time in our future a U.S. President and the Joint Chiefs of Staff stand together at a press conference podium. The President states the following points:
- The All-domain Anomaly Resolution office (AARO), in concert with Dr. Avi Loeb, the scientists comprising the UAP Scientific Advisory Council, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s (ODNI) UAP Governance Board have informed me that we can now state with absolute certainty that some UAP do originate from a non-human, extraterrestrial source.
- Through the study of their observed and recorded relativistic performance characteristics, scientists working in our National Laboratories have been able to partially determine their power source, how they defy gravity, and how they function with amazing efficiency in space, in air, and in our oceans.
- Based upon years of these observations and data collections, our nation’s private corporate military contractors have been able to engineer and replicate many of those performance characteristics and incorporate them into advanced spacecraft of our own design.
- We invite your questions but remind you that most information surrounding this topic must and will remain classified in the interest of our national security.
- The intentions of these ET species here on our planet remains undetermined at this time. Although they have shown no overt hostility to date, our U.S. Space Force is equipped and stands ready to defend our nation and our planet should military action become necessary. We will keep you posted on any new developments.
How Are These UFO Disclosure Scenarios Different?

The differences between these two UFO Disclosure scenarios are not subtle. They are worlds apart and will take us down two completely different paths. Scenario #1 helps bring our nation and our world together. Scenario #2 will direct us further down the road to fascism. If you want to know whether the USA is still a democracy or we have transformed into a fascist authoritarian system of governance, pay attention as this process of UFO Disclosure continues to unfold.

In UFO Disclosure scenario #1 there is a USG confession followed by the opportunity for our nation to begin healing from this profound breach of trust by the Executive Branch over time. Congress is finally invited to take on its rightful and meaningful role in making decisions that will affect mankind’s relationship with these various ET species for years to come. The Constitutional foundation of our government begins to be repaired. Congress and our citizens become aware that government secrecy and Executive Branch overreach have been ramping out of control for decades. The Executive Branch has admitted this. The work of determining which Constitutional guardrails need to be reinforced to prevent such an abuse of power by the Executive Branch from ever happening again is undertaken by a Congress that has now become fully informed and aware. Our eyes are now wide open.

The result of scenario #2 leaves citizens and Congress only partially aware, disengaged, and results in our deeper decent into authoritative fascism. That appears to be where we are presently heading today. There is no question that Donald Trump leans toward fascism. Recent news from AARO and ODNI discussed below supports that conclusion.

Where Does the Truth Lie and Why Does it Matter?

We can presume that the awareness and curiosity of millions who have watched and will watch Steven Spielberg’s newest blockbuster film Disclosure Day constitutes a rising tide in our collective consciousness. Notably, Spielberg himself has publicly stated his informed opinion that what he presents to the public in Disclosure Day is more grounded in fact than in fiction. Let us also consider the U.S. Department of War’s recent, sequential releases (now three) of vetted military video footage of UAP/UFOs, along with numerous official USG documents like “The Twining Memo” shown below, through its purpose-built DoW website . This website was specifically created for the release of declassified USG UFO/UAP files to the public. Note that the URL reads “war.gov”, not “DoW.gov”. That seems significant, as if they are preparing us for a future of hostile military actions directed at aliens. Perhaps their feathers are still ruffled about those UFOs vs.nuclear weapons incidents? But has anyone considered proposing a worldwide ban of nuclear weapons? If that happened, would we be in a dangerous and expensive war with Iran? Would the ET species present here become willing to engage with us as peers rather than as threats? Would every world citizen breathe a sigh of relief?

The 23 September, 1947 “Twining Memo”

The September 1947 “Twining Memo” was leaked and has circulated within the public domain for many years. Throughout those years, no one from the ODNI or DoW would admit it is real. It has now been vetted as genuine and released to the public by the U.S. Dept. of War. Thanks for that. Finally.

In 1947 the USAF knew the craft recovered at Roswell was not from the Russians or the Chinese. They already had the alien bodies (“biologics”) extracted from the Roswell craft and they knew they were non-human. Both a Roswell Army Air Field nurse and Lt. Walter Haut said they saw the nonhuman bodies, and Haut’s posthumous affidavit confirming this is considered a deathbed confession. What Haut described seeing was not, as the USG claimed, a Project Mogul weather balloon or crash test dummies.

Written 2 months after the Roswell UFO crash and its recovery, the text of Twining’s memo in pp. 2(h)(2) reads “The lack of physical evidence in the shape of crash-recovered exhibits…” tells us:
- A crashed object was recovered.
- The debris recovered was not that of a Project Mogul balloon. Lt. General Twining and Major Jesse A. Marcel, Sr. would have recognized that immediately.
- The planform of the Roswell craft was almost completely destroyed on impact. The debris remained, but the overall shape of the craft could not be accurately determined.
In his book Imminent: Inside the Pentagon’s Hunt for UFOs, UFO whistleblower and UAP Task Force insider Luis Elizondo makes it clear that Roswell happened and involved the recovery of a UFO of non-human origin. In his book The Day After Roswell, Col. Phillip Corso wrote that he saw the alien bodies recovered from the Roswell crash site.

At the time he wrote this now-famous memo, Nathan Twining, a Lt. General, had apparently not yet been fully informed about the recovered alien bodies.

I am also confident that Roswell involved the recovery of a UFO of non-human origin because I knew and worked with Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, M.D., an ENT surgeon, for nearly three decades. He was both a friend and a trusted medical colleague to me, and he was a first hand witness to the Roswell UFO crash debris. He handled and inspected the crash debris. Dr. Marcel was a man of unassailable integrity and I am certain that neither he nor his father would have lied to the world about what happened at Roswell in 1947. They both said Roswell happened. They both said the debris recovered at Roswell was of non-human origin. The USG has been lying about Roswell for decades and we find ourselves in an abusive relationship with our USG. Full stop.

The DoW and ODNI are Stonewalling the Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets

Many remain unaware of the existence of the Congressional UAP Caucus composed of several members of Congress. Representatives Tim Burchett, R-TN, Eric Burlison, R-MO, Anna Paulina Luna, R-FL, and Jared Moskowitz, D-FL have all been very outspoken about the need for UFO Disclosure. They say they are firmly dedicated to gaining UFO Disclosure and their recent statements support that claim. However, like many UFO whistleblowers, what they can say about what they have been briefed on about UFOs in Secret Compartmented Information Facilities (“SCIFs”) is constrained by their Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

NDAs are the root cause of excessive USG secrecy and they should be abolished. Short of that, the definition of “national security” needs to be revisited , more strictly defined, and codified in law.

Recall that on February 12, 2025 the House of Representatives’ Committee on Oversight and Accountability inaugurated its Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets . It has been chaired by UAP Caucus member Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL). Closely held information about UAP/UFOs is one of the specific targets for which this task force was created to ferret out and address. Members of the UAP Caucus spoke about the stonewalling they have encountered from the DoW and ODNI at a recent press conference (below).

Congress is struggling to find their footing in this struggle for power between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. We will further gravitate toward a full-on fascist government if Congress loses this fight.

The June 9, 2026 Press Conference

These members of the UAP Caucus were all present for the June 9, 2026 press conference held on the steps of the U.S. Capitol when we heard UFO whistleblower Col. David Grusch issue his newest and somewhat shocking statements. Listen below to what Col. Grusch and others had to say:

This press conference was organized and presented as a direct appeal to President Trump from Col. David Grusch, from members of the UAP Caucus in Congress, from several credible and courageous UFO whistleblowers, and from members of the Disclosure Foundation . They were all asking President Trump to mandate the declassification of all information related to UFOs, UAP, aliens, and recovered alien bodies that Col. Grusch has referred to as “biologics”. They were not asking for the declassification of any information that could infringe on our national security.

Journalist Lesile Kean put forward a strong argument that the existence of any deceased alien bodies that have been recovered and are being closely held for study by the USG should not be classified, and the withholding of this information from the world is, in fact, a crime against humanity.

They appealed to President Trump to nullify the NDAs previously signed by those who have had firsthand experience within the USG’s alleged “legacy programs” tasked with studying recovered alien craft and bodies. They asked President Trump to hold these and other first hand UFO whistleblowers harmless from any retribution that might come from the UFO secret keepers operating deep within the DoW, the DoE, the DHS, and DoNI.

–President Trump, please issue a Presidential Directive granting blanket amnesty to all UFO whistleblowers. This must be done if transparent UFO Disclosure can continue to move forward.–

If you listened to that press conference video above, when asked how many ET craft the USG has recovered, you heard Col. Grusch reply “dozens”. According to Grusch, the bodies of some of the extraterrestrial occupants of those dozens of craft have also been recovered and are being studied by scientists working within the black world of Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (USAPs). Since Roswell happened in 1947, you and I have been paying for those UFO recovery operations; the specialized training required, the salaries of the qualified personnel involved, the unique equipment that might have been needed, and the salaries of those scientists involved in studying those recovered craft and alien “biologics”. We deserve to be told the whole truth and nothing but the truth about all of this, but will we? Are you tired of being a target of USG counterintelligence efforts to cover up the truth?

At the end of the press conference, an appeal was made to every citizen (you) to contact President Trump and your representatives in Congress and let them know that you want all of this information related to recovered alien craft, alien bodies, and alien technologies declassified and released into the public domain. If we want to get to the truth about all of this, then all of us need to participate and put forth some effort to help get all of this out into the open.

How Are These Alien Craft Being Brought Down?

We should all be asking how and why this has been happening. It is hard to believe that alien spacecraft simply fall out of the sky! How are these alien craft and bodies being brought down for their immediate recovery? Is the USG in a hot war with aliens that neither Congress nor We, the People, have ever been informed about? Is it possible, as some members of the Congressional UAP Caucus suspect, that billions or even trillions of U.S. taxpayer dollars have been and are being spent on “legacy programs” tasked with reverse-engineering recovered or captured alien hardware? Have there been clandestine reallocations of approved Congressional funding (e.g. money laundering) and is this why the Pentagon has never been able to pass a single financial audit? Is this where The Missing Money discovered by Dr. Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts has been going? How many people have been threatened or perhaps even murdered to keep all of this information away from the public? These are all legitimate questions that go to the very heart of our U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.

Col. Karl Nell on Why We Should Take These Claims Seriously.

Col. Karl Nell, a previous member of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force, has been a vocal proponent of UFO Disclosure. In this video we hear Col. Nell reiterate and expand upon the message he first brought to the SALT iConnections conference held in New York City on May 21, 2024. It was at that gathering that he was asked directly about his certain knowledge that UFOs and aliens are real. His now historical reply? “There is zero doubt”.

Matt Gaetz: A Human-Alien Hybridization Program?

Matt Gaetz held office as a member of Congress in the House of Representatives for 8 years. He served on the House Judiciary Committee. Here he makes bold statements about the existence of numerous, top-secret locations throughout the country where human-alien genetic hybridization programs exist. Although these claims by Mr. Gaetz approach almost anyone’s edge of believability, it seems just as unlikely that a man in a U.S. military uniform representing the U.S. military would walk into Gaetz’s Congressional office and make such a claim in front of Gaetz and his staff if there were not some grain of truth to it. Given that we have almost no idea about the nature of our USG’s relationship with the various ET species they have been interacting with, nor why, we should remain skeptical but open to all potential possibilities. If such programs that Gaetz is reporting do exist, there is no doubt that you and I are paying the salaries of those involved in these genetic hybridization programs. If this is true, would you be OK with that, knowing we are living in a country whose government appears to be increasingly calloused toward the needs of its citizens, many of whom are going without health care, food, or shelter? Which of these would you prioritize?

Despite all the momentum that appears to be inexorably pointing us toward some form of UFO Disclosure, I am disheartened to report that, after an announcement I heard today (6/15/2026) coming from Harvard University’s Dr. Avi Loeb, I am feeling increasingly doubtful that we are quickly heading toward full and transparent UFO Disclosure. The root of my suspicion is due, once again, to the notorious machinations of AARO (the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office) presently led by Dr. Jon T. Kosloski. I am suspicious that an evolving UFO Disclosure strategy that will look more like Scenario #2, a UFO Disclosure grounded in fascism, is presently in the works.

Has Dr. Avi Loeb Been Baited Into Project Blue Book 2.0?

Sounding the Alarm

Let us never forget that Dr. J. Allen Hynek worked as the scientific consultant for Projects Sign, Grudge, and Blue Book from 1947 -1969. He was present during the convening of the January, 1953 Robertson Panel . Within the UFO Disclosure community, the Robertson panel is widely regarded as the instigating force behind the deliberately constructed social stigma / taboo surrounding UFOs and aliens that we are still struggling with today. Here is one of the Robertson Panel’s primary recommendations:

“That the national security agencies take immediate steps to strip the Unidentified Flying Objects of the special status they have been given and the aura of mystery they have unfortunately acquired;”

For 22 years, Dr. Hynek went along with the program before he finally broke ranks with the UFO secret keepers and publicly stated that Project Blue Book was a public relations exercise that was masking a UFO cover-up. To set the record straight, Dr. Hynek wrote his own book titled The UFO Experience. Over those 22 years, either Hynek was never given the full details about what happened at Roswell, or he was working under the constraints of an NDA that forever restricted him from any mention of the facts about Roswell. In the end, what he did tell us is that UFOs are definitely worthy of our attention. Hynek did not discount the possibility that some UFOs may be of non-human origin. In fact, he considered the “Extraterrestrial Hypothesis” to be the most likely explanation for some of the UFO cases he investigated under Project Blue Book.

The UAP Science Advisory Council

So, is this new “UAP Science Advisory Council” (UAPSAC) announced by Dr. Loeb while being assembled by AARO and the White House the real deal? Or, is this a new public relations campaign designed to kick the UFO can further down the road in the same fashion as did Project Blue Book? Congress, the American people, and Dr. Loeb need to pay close attention to this because an individual named Michael Shermer has been announced as a member of the UAPSAC. If you are aware of Michael Shermer’s history in the context of UFOs, then you know that is probably not good news.

For several years and through today, the mantra of AARO has been “UAP are real, they may be a threat to national security, but we don’t know what they are.” This posture implies one of two things. Either the Roswell craft and its recovered “biologics” have been stuffed so far down the stovepipe of a Lockheed Martin “Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Program” that they have been made inaccessible even to AARO, or Dr. Kosloski and AARO are lying to our faces.

But if Kosloski and AARO are not lying, then why on Earth would AARO/ODNI invite UFO skeptic Michael Shermer, of all people, to be a standing member of the UAPSAC?

We do not know whether Kosloski/AARO are lying or not. However, with so many testimonies coming from serious and credible people who are telling us that recovered UFO/UAP reverse engineering programs do exist, it seems that AARO should grant them the credit they merit and begin “kicking in doors” rather than kicking the can. Afterall, many of those testimonies have been freely given under oath before Congress under penalty of perjury. Because I credit those testimonies and because I am certain that Roswell happened, I can see no reason why President Trump would not take the actions requested of him by Col. Grusch and the others at the June 9 press conference. If President Trump truly wants, as he once promised, to “drain the swamp”, then he must order the declassification of all files related to UFOs, UAP, extraterrestrials, recovered alien craft, etc. that do not breach our national security. Additionally, President Trump must grant UFO whistleblowers the protective legal immunity (amnesty) they demand and deserve that will allow unfettered UFO Disclosure to move forward.

If those who have withheld from AARO the probative information about what happened at Roswell, NM, or Kingman, AZ, or Kecksburg, PA , or the alien craft Jake Barber claims he recovered for a private aerospace corporation will dare to maintain their secrecy and continue to withhold that information after it has been made explicitly illegal to do so , then they will eventually get what is coming to them. And I will applaud as their prison door slams shut.

“Shermerizing” the UAP Science Advisory Council.

As I mentioned, Dr. Michael Shermer has been appointed as a member of the UAP Science Advisory Council (UAPSAC). Shermer has a BA in psychology and a PhD in the history of science. Not in biology. Not in astrophysics. Not in astronautics. Not in biochemistry. This is alarming.

Over the years, what Shermer has been really adept at is convincing the public, for decades, that UFO-related eyewitness testimony is worthless. That UFOs and ETs are topics that are not worthy of your serious consideration. That there’s really nothing to see here and only stupid or gullible people think there might be.

Those are the typical attitudes we have seen in the past repeatedly expressed by Michael Shermer. If his performance remains true to form, Michael Shermer will act as a “hired gun” on the UAPSAC. His role will be to argue, disrupt, obfuscate, naysay, and belittle any first hand UFO whistleblowers who can muster their integrity and find their courage to step forward and tell the world their truth. However, without the requested legal immunity for UFO whistleblowers granted by President Trump, or with another (4th) failure of the UAP Disclosure Act to pass by Congress this year, we are not going to hear from those would-be whistleblowers anyway. They will choose to remain in the shadows.

That Michael Shermer’s appointment to the UAPSAC apparently came at the request of Dr. Kosloski and AARO should raise the suspicions of everyone involved, but especially those of Dr. Avi Loeb and other members of the UAP Science Advisory Council.

On the Other Hand

Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson has been another outspoken critic of UFO eyewitness testimonies for many years. He has challenged (more like belittled) those claiming contact with ETs to “steal an alien ash tray” and then show the world that physical evidence. But recently Dr. Tyson’s public statements about UFOs have softened. As the status and credibility of UFO eyewitnesses has risen, Tyson has admitted there is more to this story than he originally thought. UFO whistleblower testimonies from a US Navy Commander (David Fravor), a US Navy Rear Admiral (Tim Gallaudet, previous Director of NOAA), F-18 fighter pilots (Ryan Graves, Alex Dietrich), a USS Princeton Radar Chief (Kevin Day), a senior intelligence officer (Col. David Grusch), and previous members of the UAP Task Force (Col. Karl Nell, Luis Elizondo) offer testimonies that, today, are impossible to dismiss. Dr. James Lacatski, previous Director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Special Applications Program (AAWSAP) has plainly written that the USG has a UFO of non-human origin in its possession and has gained access to its interior. Perhaps Michael Shermer has also taken note of this new generation of UFO whistleblowers. Will this modify his stance on the value of eyewitness testimony in the absence of physical evidence. We will see.

Will They Erase the Sins of the Past?

I can read it, but I cannot tell you what it is saying. But it appears that AARO’s and the DoW’s strategy in creating the UAPSAC and this new ODNI / FBI / DoW UAP Board of Governance may be to erase the sins of the past and begin a new scientific study of UAP/UFOs that is solely focused on national security, starting from square one.

We have reached a fork in the road to UFO Disclosure. Erasing the sins of the past leads us to UFO Disclosure scenario #2 supporting a solidly fascist government. The waste, fraud, and unconstitutional abuse of Executive power over many decades must not be swept under the rug. If Congress (we) allow that to happen, it will be to the detriment of every citizen and everything this country has ever stood for.

The Buga Sphere

Many people have been calling for “hard evidence” to prove NHI/ET contact with this planet and our people. This may be it.

Dr. Steven Greer, Director of The Disclosure Project, has undertaken the oversight of various scientific analyses of the Buga sphere and has been transparently updating the public as those results become available . Below are two reports, one concerning the radiocarbon dating of the sphere and the other a metallurgical analysis of the sphere’s metallic shell.

Radiocarbon dating of ‘resin’ obtained from the Buga sphere indicates 12,560 years old!

October 17, 2025

1. The Buga Sphere has been carbon-14 dated by the University of Georgia at 12,560 years old. This is 8000 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza.

2. Metallurgical analysis at a separate certified lab found that the sphere is an aluminum alloy including several rare earth elements with electrical and magnetic uses. Some of these elements were not known to human science until the late 1800s and 1900s. THE ALUMINIUM ALLOY COMPOSITION DOES NOT MATCH ANY KNOWN EXISTING ALLOY.

3. Aluminum was not industrialized until after 1876, when the technology for refining it was invented. Before then, aluminum was rarer and more valuable than gold.

4. The shell of the Buga Sphere has components woven into it – including fiber optic material – unlike modern manufacturing technology. It is more akin to a sophisticated 3D printer. Note that fiberoptics were the result of the study of crashed extraterrestrial craft recovered in the 1940s (Roswell) and after (Kingman AZ, Aztec NM).

5. Two independent linguistic experts have concluded that the symbols on the Buga Sphere are a type of proto-Sanskrit. Translations indicate a warning about some cosmic radiation or astronomical event that could affect Earth’s geophysical stability. NOTE: the Buga Sphere dates from 12,560 years ago, around the end of the last Ice Age, which some believe ended due to some global catastrophic event.

6. We now have 5 independent videos of 5 separate, apparently identical, Buga Spheres operating in the general region of Buga, Colombia, South America. Only one has been retrieved physically.

7. While it is unknown why these objects have been activated after 12,560 years, I (Dr. Steven Greer) hypothesize that some magnetic field anomalies have been detected, and they are an early warning technology of a future geophysical event that could be catastrophic. Note that scientists have been mapping a large area of magnetic field changes over parts of South America.

Preliminary Conclusions: The Buga Spheres are of likely extraterrestrial and/or nonhuman origins, or from an unknown Earth civilization with advanced technology, including anti-gravity propulsion and energy generation (non-nuclear). The activation of these Buga Spheres may be an early warning technology of a possible significant and civilization-changing event in the relatively near future. NHI hardware now in civilian hands!

For me, this data from the Buga sphere provided by Dr. Greer is probative that the sphere is, in fact, alien technology. We are fortunate that the sphere fell into the hands of a civilian before it was confiscated by Columbia’s military establishment and subjected to “TS/SCI” (Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information) classification as has happened on multiple occasions in the past.

If you are aware of UFO history, then you are likely aware of stories about previous recoveries of alien technology, and even intact and functional UFO craft recovered by the U.S. military. For example, according to UFO researchers Scott and Suzanne Ramsey, an intact UFO housing 16 alien bodies was apparently recovered from the desert near Aztec, NM in 1948. The U.S. military scooped up this UFO and its occupants and transferred them to Wright-Patterson AFB, and then on to U.S. National Laboratories and private aerospace companies for further study.

For what has now become decades, the U.S. government, using its trusted private contractors, has been studying this Aztec craft, the Roswell craft recovered in 1947, and other recovered alien technology in efforts to reverse engineer them within Waived Unacknowledged Special Access Programs (WUSAPs). By now, many UFO whistleblowers have attested to these facts. But until recently, U.S. citizens and even most members of Congress have been deliberately left in the dark about the existence of recovered ET craft and legacy WUSAP reverse engineering programs.

The public has become jaded and disillusioned with multiple unsubstantiated claims of UFOs, ETs, and recovered ET technology in the absence of any hard evidence to support these claims.

As of March 4, 2025 that situation may be changing. On that day, our human family apparently received what appears to be a “donation” from the ETs/NHIs who are presently interacting with Earth and our people. The “Buga Sphere” appears to have an anti-gravity capability. It is powered by an unknown energy source. It is inscribed with glyphs and writing in an unknown language, now thought to be a proto-Sanskrit system of writing. An X-ray study has shown it is solid (yet it is able to”fly”!), and it is composed of three different layers. For all these reasons, it is presently thought that this sphere is likely of genuine NHI/ET origin.

The sphere fell to Earth gently and literally at the feet of a private citizen near the town of Buga, Columbia. Prior to and during its descent, the sphere was video recorded by two different individuals in different locations. The man who picked up the sphere is alleged to have experienced nausea for an entire day afterwards.

Fortunately, the Buga sphere has been spirited out of Columbia before the Columbian military could intercept it. This story is presently making waves in Latin America and is worthy of your attention. This may be the hard evidence of NHI/ET we have all been waiting for! The U.S. government’s UFO office AARO (All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office) has previously stated that spheres are the most common (52%) planform of reported “UAP” (UFOs) they have been encountering.

The Buga sphere is presently in the hands of Jaime Maussan, a well-known UFO researcher and TV personality in Mexico. Mr. Maussan intends to have the Buga sphere studied by scientists in Mexico and in the U.S. It is imperative that this sphere remain under the stewardship of trustworthy private citizens and that a chain of provenance be strictly maintained. It must not be allowed to fall into the hands of any government or military organization until we have the answers that we who are interested in UFOs and ET contact NEED TO KNOW.

UPDATE 5/24/2025: This video appeared on Reddit today. Scientist examining the Buga Sphere have determined that it contains optical fibers (fiberoptics), it is transmitting a radiofrequency (to who?), and it seems to be a device intended to monitor a variety of atmospheric conditions: temperature, humidity, etc. We don’t hear anything mentioned to explain how this sphere that has significant mass (it weighs almost 10 kg/22 pounds)levitates itself in Earth’s gravitational field or what its power source could be. Artwork on the Buga Sphere

The designs we see engraved on top of the Buga sphere reminds me of some of the designs we have seen presented in crop circles over the years. I looked through the available archives (thank goodness we have them!) of each summer’s crop circles from 1990 to the present. I found many that display the arcuate glyphs we see inscribed on the sphere. Although I was not able to find an exact match to the design on the sphere, the photo below from Lucy Pringle bears some similarities to what we see engraved on the Buga sphere. Could there be a connection?

It’s the same for the writing on the sphere. I could not find an exact match in the crop circles, but some of the characters (one looks almost identical) appear to be similar to those seen in this crop circle from East Field, July 2010.

Looking at the image, it feels as though we are looking at a single sphere that has been sliced down the middle parallel to (through) its equator with the two halves displaced from each other. This provides a look at the interior of the sphere. Inside the sphere, we see a picture similar to what is being seen inside the Buga Sphere, a network of nodes that the image suggests are communicating among the nodes. If we could superimpose these two images, what would that look like? What does the message say?

Kona Blue Documents Declassified!

UFO debunkers can read these and weep. Documents concerning a proposed 2011 UFO studies program named Kona Blue have been declassified and have been published on the AARO website. The documents, along with some highlights (RKOs), are shown below. What is ironic is that the Kona Blue program’s proposal would utilize human observers and remote viewers in its UFO data collection process, despite the public being repeatedly admonished over decades that human beings cannot be trusted to be reliable observers of UFOs! Apparently, that was all baloney and was a facet of the counterintelligence strategy to cover-up the reality of UFOs and the non-human intelligence behind them. We continue to push forward!

Congress needs to bring Dr. Tara O’Toole, Mr. Joel Wall, and Mr. Steven Cover to the witness stand to obtain their testimony about their involvement in Kona Blue.

It’s Called Counterintelligence for a Reason (and it’s directed at you!).
Definitions: AARO – the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office; DoD – Department of Defense; IC – Intelligence Community (eighteen separate US intelligence services); NHI – Non-human Intelligence (e.g. ETs/aliens); USG – United States Government; UAP – Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena; sUAS – standard Unmanned Aerial System (implied meaning = man-made drone)

The AARO’s March 6, 2024 Congressionally mandated historical report on “UAP”, displayed below, continues the practice of a faction of our USG/DoD filtering disinformation about UFOs into the brains of American citizens. The report is less than worthless. Its overarching message, prominently displayed in bold type in the Executive Summary and repeated several times throughout the report falsely states, “AARO found no evidence that any USG investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UAP represented extraterrestrial technology.” This is, literally, a boldface lie. The leadership of the AARO has heard plenty of testimony from people who know we are dealing with a technologically advanced non-human intelligence (NHI) that is engaging with our reality.

What does USN Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet have to say about the AARO report?

As a rebuttal to the AARO’s claim that “there’s nothing of interest to see here”, the video below features the latest statements we have heard from US Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet (Ret.), previous Director of NOAA and now a member of The SOL Foundation‘s and Americans for Safe Aerospace‘s Advisory Boards. He has already spoken to the AARO and he told them what you hear in this video. (For brevity’s sake, these clips are taken from podcast The Big Thing hosted by Kristian Harloff. These clips omit any mention of Darcy Weirs’ documentary film Transmedium: Fastmovers and USOs which is available on Amazon Prime and several other media outlets. Please check it out!)

Echoing the claims of US intel officer David Grusch, Rear Admiral Gallaudet once again confirms the following:
- Our civilization is experiencing contact with one or more higher, non-human intelligence(s) that we may discover are hiding in Earth’s oceans.
- The USG has an active UFO crash retrieval program(s).
- “Legacy programs” to reverse engineer captured UFOs do exist.
- “The Schumer Amendment” is key to our elected representatives in Congress gaining full and unfettered access to known but classified information concerning captured and recovered UFOs stemming from this non-human intelligence (NHI).
- Rear Admiral Gallaudet is willing to testify about this under oath before Congress.
We can applaud Rear Admiral Gallaudet’s candid statements as being UFO truth except for one when he states, “Frankly, the government still doesn’t know what they are.” Although the DoD/IC may not yet understand the physics behind how UFOs function, it is by now clearly known that UFOs are a means of physical transport used by the NHI controlling them to “get around”. This has been known since The Roswell UFO Incident of July of 1947 when a NHI craft was recovered by the US military – and has been lied about by the DoD ever since. Fortunately, and like Tim Gallaudet today, we had two honest and courageous individuals who told us the truth about the Roswell craft decades ago – Major Jesse A. Marcel, Sr. and his son, Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr. Both of these men held in their hands and closely inspected the Roswell UFO crash debris which Marcel Sr. declared in 1978 was “not of this Earth.” Both of these men served their country with honor, and both were honest and courageous individuals. By now they have been thrown under the bus by their contemporaries currently occupying positions of “leadership” within the Pentagon so many times that the AARO’s newest report adds little to the damage already done to the reputations of these two men and the honorable service they gave to our country.

What have we previously heard from Dr. James Lacatski?

Dr. James T. Lacatski is an engineer who served from 2009 through 2012 as a Program Manager for the Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) under the Defense Intelligence Agency. On page 86 of the book Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, co-author James Lacatski writes, “He (Lacatski) stated that the United States is in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior.” Below, we hear Lacatski being asked about this during an interview with Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp on their podcast Weaponized.

Ross Coulthart’s conversation with Nat Kobitz.

In 2021, Australian journalist Ross Coulthart published the first edition of his book In Plain Sight. In that book and once again in this video interview, Coulthart tells of a telephone conversation he had with a dying man named Nat Kobitz. Mr. Kobitz had served as Director of Advanced Technology Development & Assessment, Director of Research & Development, and, Program Manager for Advanced Ships/Foreign Shipbuilding for the US Navy. During the phone call, Coulthart asked Kobitz if he “had ever been read into” any USG program tasked with reverse engineering a captured and recovered UFO of non-human origin. After a long pause, Kobitz replied, “Yes”. In follow up, Coulthart asked Kobitz how many non-human UFOs had been recovered and Kobitz replied, “Multiple.” Because Kobitz knew he was dying, he expressed to Coulthart his lack of concern for what might happen to him for revealing this classified information. US Navy F-18 Pilot Ryan Graves

US Navy F-18 fighter pilot Ryan Graves explains that non-hostile UFOs were seen off the coast of Virginia Beach and inside the boundaries of their restricted training area by multiple Navy pilots every day. This USN training area is ten miles off the Virginia coast, making it highly unlikely these are the standard “drones” we are familiar with. The objects are described as 5-15 feet in diameter with the shape of some being a dark cube within a clear sphere. The UFOs displayed velocities from zero to 0.8 Mach (e.g. not balloons) with loiter times of 13 hours (about 6 times the continuous operation period for an F-18). Graves rightfully acknowledges these incidents create a serious “domain awareness” issue resulting in a now-known flight hazard for both military and commercial pilots. This issue, and to help remove the “UFO stigma”, is why Graves has created the organization Americans for Safe Aerospace.

Two additional video critiques of the AARO Historical Report are now found on YouTube, one by UFO historian Richard Dolan and another by SUNY Albany professor of physics Dr. Kevin Knuth. Both are worthy of your time, and both make it clear that, among those who truly study UFOs, the AARO report is a mockery of UFO history on a level we might expect from a junior high school student, certainly not a PhD scientist like “Dr.” Sean Kirkpatrick.

So, about the recent Joint Chief’s GENADMIN document…

A recent FOIA request submitted by investigative journalist Douglas Dean Johnson has resulted in his securing the following document. It is recommended that you download and parse the wording of this document carefully.

Focusing on selected portions of this document leads to some interesting and even alarming insights:

- 3.A.1.The document details the reporting requirements for “all UAP incidents, incursions, and engagements”. This implies the US military is confronting UFOs and their operators using military aggression.
- 3.A.5. “AARO coordinates across the US Government to identify the appropriate agency to assist in the shipping, transferring, receiving, storing, examining, etc., of material and data associated with the UAP incident.” Would AARO be assigned these duties if the “drones”, “UAPs”, “UASs” being encountered and engaged with are the common, off-the-shelf drones are widely available? How does the military “engage” with an off-the-shelf “drone”?
- 3.B.1.A. SPACEBORNE UAP are sources of anomalous detections above the Karman line. Vehicles depending on aerodynamic lift cannot perform above the Karman line (>100 km above sea level). Therefore, a “Spaceborne UAP” could not be a conventional “drone” yet, apparently, “spaceborne UAP” are being detected.
- 3.B.5. A UAP INTEROGATION is the elicitation of UAP location, capabilities, characteristics, and/or intent using passive and/or active sensing capabilities – including but not limited to electro-optical imagery, infrared/thermal, radiofrequency/radar, light/laser/lidar/ladar (for precision velocity and direction tracking), electromagnetic, gravitational, and radioactive means. This paragraph gives us a strong indicator that the “drones” invading these sensitive areas are not standard, off-the shelf equipment. “Drones” do not produce detectable gravitational waves, nor would the largest commercial jet. This leaves little doubt that the US is confronting anti-gravity vehicles (UFOs) that could produce a detectable gravitational disturbance and/or simply demonstrate a directly observable anti-gravity capability (hovering silently) due to an absence of motion and any aerodynamic features/airfoils. This fits the description of a classic NHI UFO.
- 3.B.8. A UAP THREAT is a force-protection or national security risk to persons, materiel, or information by UAP that demonstrate hostile intent.
- The document makes a clear distinction between “sUAS” (standard Unmanned Aerial Systems = man-made drones) and anomalous “UAP” (UFOs) and expresses little interest in sUASs.
- “The potentially ubiquitous presence of UAP defines the national security implications of those anomalies which range from operational hazards and threats to technological and intelligence surprise to adversaries’ miscalculations.” This word, “miscalculations”, likely alludes to the possibility of a resulting nuclear war due to misidentification of UFOs that could be mistaken for a launch of nuclear missiles. Presently, the President has 15 minutes to consider all factors and make a decision. The nuclear doctrine of “mutually assured destruction” (MAD) is defunct in the face of thousands of UFO intrusions over sensitive US airspace and installations.
- 3.C.1. “Details of UAP-related health incidents (e.g. physiological, psychological effects and whether persistent or transitory)… What physiological or psychological effects would a standard “drone” cause or elicit? This makes no sense if the DoD is dealing with conventional “drones”.
- P. 5, Line 5.A. UAP ANOMALOUS CHARACTERISTICS/BEHAVIORS (e.g. no apparent control surfaces, extreme acceleration/direction change, detection by certain sensors but not others.) These characteristics of “flying discs” were listed in “The Twining Memo” of 1947! They are still here, and they are now confronting our military, according to General Guillot, by the thousands.
- This document features phrases like “mitigation”, “destroy”, and “material exploitation”, a strong indication that the US military is taking a belligerent posture toward these “drones”.
Who else has told us “We are not alone”?

Among Presidents, Barak Obama came closest to telling us the truth about UFOs in 2021 when he stated,” “What is true, and I’m actually being serious here, is that there are, there’s footage and records of objects in the skies, that we don’t know exactly what they are. We can’t explain how they moved, their trajectory. They did not have an easily explainable pattern. And so, you know, I think that people still take seriously trying to investigate and figure out what that is.”

The list of other credible individuals who have either told us or strongly hinted that “we are not alone” is long and still growing. Some of the better known include Major Jesse Marcel, Sr., Dr. Jesse Marcel, Jr., Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, Mercury astronaut Gordon Cooper, British Admiral Lord Hill Norton, AZ Governor Fife Symington, Col. Phillip Corso, Sgt. Dan Sherman (Above Black – communicated with 2 different alien beings), Luis Elizondo, Capt. Robert Salas, Capt. David Schindele, USAF Staff Sgt. Is the USG in an undeclared “war” with aliens, unbeknownst to Congress and the American people?

Throughout December 2023, we are told “mystery drones” swarmed the highly restricted airspace over Langley-Eustis AFB for weeks. The “drones” varied in size and configuration, and none were perceived to act in a hostile manner. Langley-Eustis AFB is the USAF base primarily responsible for protecting the White House, the Pentagon, and the US Capitol. Note: the distance between Langley -Eustis AFB and US Naval Air Station Oceana where UFOs were being encountered every day by US Navy pilots is 41 miles!

Update 4/21/2024: An article from The Hill has been published today that also questions whether “drones” is the appropriate descriptor for the objects (UFOs) being repeatedly witnessed near sensitive U.S. military installations and assets, including nuclear weapons sites. You can find that HERE.

The Pentagon’s wordsmithery

We have experienced a confusing change in the words and acronyms the DoD/IC uses to refer to unidentified airborne objects or phenomena. In the minds of most people today, “UFO” still means a non-human (alien) spacecraft. The gatekeepers of the UFO cover-up rightfully understand that the term “UFO” represents a historical trap from which there will be no escape. To avoid that trap, they moved away from the term “UFO” to “UAP”. The term “UAP” leaves them more wiggle room because, when labeled as a “UAP”, a detected airborne object can encompass a broad range of possible explanations. We have been re-trained to accept the idea that resolving the identity of a “UAP” down to one final explanation, especially one invoking a NHI, is a daunting if not impossible task. The AARO report acknowledges that UAP are real, but falsely states that none are extraterrestrial UFOs stemming from a NHI.

Having successfully completed the re-training of the news media and the public to use the acronym UAP rather than UFO, now and for the past year or so, we are now encountering the insidious introduction of the words “drones” and, even more recently “UAS” (Unmanned Aerial Systems) in lieu of using either of the terms UAP or UFO. In the public’s mind we all know what a drone is. A drone is some variation of a man-made quadcopter or else an unmanned, fly-by-wire military aircraft used for aerial surveillance or enemy attack, right? Using the words “drone” or “UAS” leads us to believe that the aerial object is man-made and effectively masks the possibility that the object(s) of interest might be a craft of non-human origin.

Listen to this March 14 open Congressional hearing with USAF General Guillot when he says the number of these aerial incursions by “drones” or “UAS” over Langley-Eustis AFB has “outstripped the organizational framework that we have to address it.” Are these simply drones, or are they something else entirely – like UFOs?

By now it is apparent that the NHI behind UFOs that is here seems to be creating mounting pressure on the US military. It is possible this may be an effort by the NHI to force UFO Disclosure. Rather than engage in war with the US military, perhaps the NHI prefers to let Earth’s people decide on what direction our human family’s relationship with their race(s) should take? By engaging in these increasingly confrontational encounters with our US military, the NHI is cultivating conditions under which the DoD will, at some point, have to admit that it is bumping up against a superior technology it is not equipped to deal with. We are left wondering whether any of these Senators or even General Guillot himself have been fully informed about the NHI presence and the strong possibility that many of the thousands of referenced “drone” or “UAS” incursions are technologically advanced UFOs stemming from the NHI? If not, that problem can be quickly rectified if the 40+ UFO whistleblowers will courageously step forward and deliver their firsthand testimony, under oath, in open hearings before a select committee of Congress.

What do you think “dealing with little green men” means?

In this speech before the Norwich College ROTC graduates in 2016, General Milley warned the new graduates that they would be “dealing with little green men“.

Certainly, our US military cannot simply ignore what may be thousands of sensitive airspace violations by the NHI. Doing so would create an obvious vulnerability to other US adversaries, leaving them an opportunity to take advantage of any DoD failure to react to the NHI behind many of these “drone” intrusions. Something is going to have to give.

AARO’s claim that “there’s nothing to see here” may be placing all of us in real and present danger.

General Guillot makes it clear the US military is carefully assessing these repeated “drone” intrusions into the airspace over militarily restricted land and sea areas and is formulating strategies to respond to them. General Guillot mentions the potential use of “non-kinetic” weapons to bring them down. A non-kinetic weapon implies the use of a laser or maser weapon platform which the US military has already developed. If any of these “drones” do belong to the NHI, then the successful use of such weapons to destroy their assets may precipitate an escalation in hostile confrontations between them and the US DoD. What that might mean for the rest of mankind is anybody’s guess. That their strong hints about the dangers of our nuclear weapons have gone completely unheeded may add additional fuel to that fire.

The U.S. government must end the UFO cover-up!

From the information provided above it becomes evident that the DoD/IC is reaching the bitter end of its ability to maintain the decades-long UFO cover-up. It is becoming increasingly obvious to citizens and to members of Congress that, for many decades, we have all been lied to about the real existence of the NHI behind the UFOs. New Paradigm Institute, founded by attorney Daniel Sheehan, is intent on exposing the false narratives, like the AARO’s latest report, that continues to be promulgated by the likes of Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick and the dwindling number of USG personnel who still support the UFO cover-up.

Nonetheless, based on the AARO report, it is clear that the DoD/IC are continuing to dig their hole of untruths deeper while they attempt to buy more time to reverse engineer recovered UFO craft and technologies that do not belong to them. It is not wild speculation to imagine that the mindset behind these efforts remains focused on furthering US “full-spectrum dominance” of the world, both militarily and economically. Meanwhile, we have two existential threats looming in our immediate present. It is possible, and I believe probable, that both can be solved or significantly mitigated in short order if recovered UFO technologies would be released to the world:
- Global climate change. A single, 40 foot diameter UFO energy system has been conservatively estimated to produce >10 GW of power. See this PAPER.
- The ever-growing threat of thermonuclear weapons. UFOs have been tracked by radar at 45,000 MPH or 750 MPM. At that velocity, a nuclear weapon could be delivered from the US to Russia in 7 minutes, and perhaps less. Such a capability would render nuclear weapons obsolete. The UN Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons would have to be signed by all nuclear-armed nations.
To continue to delay UFO Disclosure is not only a crime against humanity and this planet we depend on for our survival. It is a corruption of the U.S. separation of powers as specified in the US Constitution which undermines our democracy that the UFO cover-up gatekeepers so fervently believe they are defending. This is a Battle for Truth!
First, let’s define a term we are going to talk about here.

National Security State: A post-WWII state in which nearly all aspects of political, economic, intellectual, and social life are dominated by considerations of national defense and the drive to maintain a defense establishment capable of protecting the state against all comers.

If you are an American citizen, a (shrinking) faction of the U.S. Government’s (USG) military counterintelligence apparatus has a target on your back. It’s been there your entire life. It was placed there in the interests of the U.S. national security state (NSS) in an effort to keep you confused and misinformed about non-human UFOs. That modern term for UFOs, that is “UAP”, is part of that strategy intended to steer you toward the idea that UFOs are a “phenomenon”; maybe weather, maybe atmospheric trash, maybe the technology of an Earth-based foreign adversary that is not yet fully known and understood. I won’t be using the term UAP. Here, I will use the term UFO and define them as machines of transport designed and operated by a non-human intelligence (NHI) that everyday citizens and military personnel have been encountering for many decades.

One way, and perhaps the only way to become free of your target is to advocate for full and transparent UFO Disclosure. Only with UFO Disclosure will the need for specific legislation become fully apparent, legislation with teeth, that will prohibit the USG’s NSS from ever again targeting U.S. citizens with propaganda intended to deceive our citizens for whatever the reason.

The latest iteration of such USG propaganda directed at Congress and U.S. citizens came to us on March 8, 2024, with the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office’s (AARO)’s Congressionally mandated Report on the Historical Record of U.S. Government Involvement with Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Volume I , henceforth referred to as “HR1”. Don’t waste your time reading the report. There is little in it of value. Basically, this is what it says:
- AARO found no evidence that any USG or foreign investigation, academic-sponsored research, or official review panel has confirmed that any sighting of a UFO represented extraterrestrial technology.
- Every past report of a UFO encounter or close encounter with ET beings submitted by citizens, air traffic controllers, military personnel, military pilots, commercial pilots, or civilian pilots over the past +/- 80 years has likely been a case of “confirmation bias” or mistaken identification, either because humans are flawed observers and not to be trusted as witnesses, or because they were unaware of classified USG programs they mistook as ET technology.
- “The Roswell Incident” of July 1947 was, as previously claimed by the DoD, a Project Mogul balloon along with crash test dummies.
- Regarding the claims of intel officer David Grusch, AARO discovered no covert USG Special Access Programs (SAPs), nor any private aerospace companies involved in reverse engineering recovered ET craft or bodies and, therefore, such programs and/or recovered ET craft do not exist.
- AARO was unable to discover any past non-disclosure agreements imposed on USG personnel that involved UFOs.
- All UFO-related activities within the USG’s DoD, DoE, IC, DHS, etc. have, with due diligence, been faithfully and transparently communicated to Congress.
- Surprisingly, AARO’s “historical report” to Congress features this passage: “Whoever, with intent or reason to believe that it is to be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of a foreign nation, communicates, delivers, or transmits…information relating to the national defense, shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for any term of years or for life….”. Italics and boldface type are as they appear in the HR1. This is a statement born of the national security state. The inclusion of this passage in AARO’s “historical report” seems completely out of context and appears to be included as a threat directed at any future UFO whistleblowers who, like David Grusch, may presently be considering contacting members of Congress about their insider knowledge of UFO-related SAPs they may be aware of. We are being told there are approximately forty such individuals. We will see.
Attorney Daniel Sheehan Fires Back at DoD and its AARO

In this open letter of rebuttal addressed to Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick and the AARO, attorney Daniel Sheehan offers firsthand evidence that strongly refutes AARO’s contention that a non-human UFO craft has never been recovered by the U.S. military.

In this recent interview with journalist Ross Coulthart, Daniel Sheehan elaborates further on the legal implications of the numerous, deliberately misleading statements included in the AARO’s HR1 submitted to Congress. Every American citizen needs to listen to this. What you will hear in this video is the tip of an iceberg of deceit surrounding UFOs that has been inflicted on Congress and the American people by the NSS over the course of many decades.

Credulous: “having or showing too great a readiness to believe things.”

The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and its AARO, each a component of the NSS are, once again, depending on a credulous American public and our representatives in Congress to accept what is written in AARO’s specious HR1, just as happened after its publication of Project Blue Book’s 1969 Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects, also known as “The Condon Report”. That report set back our understanding of UFOs and the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) behind UFOs 50+ years. This, despite the fact that there were 701 cases in that study that featured detailed eyewitness descriptions of UFO events from credible people, yet these defied any prosaic explanation of what they might be. The DoD hopes that, with the help of a malleable and submissive mainstream media, HR1 will produce a similar result with Congress and the American public. This time we must show them they are wrong!

In Mr. Sheehan’s open letter to the AARO and in the above interview, he unequivocally states that he personally saw classified photos of a UFO crash retrieval and made that fact known, under oath, to Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, then-Director of AARO. Intel officer David Grusch has testified before a Congressional subcommittee, under oath, his awareness that Special Access Program(s) (SAPs) do exist within the USG that are tasked with reverse engineering (~12) captured and recovered UFOs stemming from NHI. He stated they have the bodies of the UFO pilots. Retired Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, previous Director of NOAA, has backed up Grusch’s claims as true. In the book Inside the U.S. Government Covert UFO Program: Initial Revelations, previous Director of the DoD’s Advanced Aerospace Weapons Systems Application Program (AAWSAP) Dr. James Lacatski wrote, “He (Lacatski) stated that the United States was in possession of a craft of unknown origin and had successfully gained access to its interior.” During the podcast Weaponized, Lacatski’s AAWSAP co-researcher, Dr. Colm Kelleher, also plainly stated that the USG is in possession of UFO craft of NHI origin (begin listening at 1:16:00).

To the above I will add that, through my decades-long relationship with Dr. Jesse A. Marcel, Jr., M.D. as both a personal friend and a medical colleague, he told me, to my face, that both he and his father handled and closely inspected the debris resulting from the crash of a UFO that “was not of this Earth” and was of non-human origin. All of that debris material was handed over to the U.S. military in what has become known as “The Roswell Incident” of July 1947. Dr. Marcel was a man of high integrity. I state again, unequivocally, that the U.S. military has that Roswell UFO wreckage in its possession, it has had it for decades, and it has lied about this to Congress and to the American people in HR1. By now there is no doubt about this.

We can make this right if the public will support Daniel Sheehan, the New Paradigm Institute, and our representatives in Congress who have now become acutely aware of the DoD’s mendacious efforts to mislead Congress and the American public about the truth behind UFOs. That a subset of NSS DoD insiders is continuing on with this decades-long campaign to mislead Congress and misinform the public about UFOs has entered the domain of criminal conduct that can and should be prosecuted under the existing RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act. The UFO “truth embargo” is about to break, and these NSS deceivers must be brought to justice. It is not hyperbole to state that we are facing a Constitutional crisis being brought to a head with this new AARO report.

Confronting UFOs must be a responsibility equally shared by the DoD, IC, and all members of Congress!

At this point, what do you think would be a satisfactory resolution to our present NSS vs. UFO conundrum? It seems, at the very least, that the world must be informed that we are not alone, and we are experiencing contact with a non-human intelligence. If known, details concerning where they are from, what they want, how long they have been here, whether they are considered friend or foe, how many different races are known, why they have disabled our nuclear weapons, why they are abducting people, what influences they may have had on our world religions, and any agreements that have been made between our government and their representatives should be laid out on the table. Efforts to reverse engineer recovered NHI technologies and the past and present monies spent to accomplish this should be transparently revealed. Hard evidence, even photos, of recovered NHI hardware need not be displayed to the public if UFO Disclosure is presented by a comprehensive group of our national (including DoD and IC) leaders assembled in a formal manner in support of the presentation. Classified programs should remain just that, with the understanding that Congressional oversight of those programs will be strictly maintained with periodic inspections to ensure compliance.

Clearly, we are presently in a pitched battle with a faction of our own government for UFO truth. As responsible citizens, we can no longer remain silent about these ongoing and deliberate attempts by the NSS to placate and dissuade the public about UFOs and the NHI in contact with us. Crimes have been committed. Your right to immunity from USG/NSS propaganda has and is being violated day after day that the UFO cover-up is allowed to continue. With regard to UFOs and the NHI behind them, the separation of powers within our government has been usurped by the Executive Branch and presently stands far out of balance. In the background, our planet is burning, primarily due to our continuing use of fossil fuels for energy. Our oceans are dying for the same reason. The risk of a nuclear war destroying Earth’s biosphere and all we depend on for our very lives is rising every day. Billions if not trillions of U.S. taxpayer dollars are being spent on USG efforts to reverse engineer UFO technologies without Congressional oversight while a growing horde of disenfranchised and homeless Americans find shelter in tent camps and beg for assistance.

UFO technologies offer us a path toward solving all of these truly existential crises if we will raise our voices in protest, support New Paradigm Institute’s efforts, support all members of Congress who now understand the depth of this crisis and are willing to step forward and share the reins on UFOs and, above all, support new UFO whistleblowers who are ready to come forward to state their UFO truths. We must ensure that all reverse engineered UFO technologic discoveries will redound to a greater good that will benefit all of mankind as well as this planet upon which all life depends!
